The walk-in shower was great. The location was just right for my stay. It was difficult to find the BnB as Google Maps failed to identify the street (14th Ave) to turn off the main street. A phone call to the host resolved this problem!

Das Frühstück war super gut und anschließend hat sie uns zur Fähre gebracht. Haben es sehr genossen und würden sofort wieder kommen!

The area around the property was quiet. The rooms were decorated to our taste and our host was delightful. The property can be difficult to find using Google maps, so do your homework in advance.

• Egils (10/5): Great place for staying in Richmond, with a very personal touch from the host - The personal attitude from the host. The Squrrel TV (ask her about it). The stories about real Metro Vancouver and Canada you will never hear in a hotel, and about First nations in Canada. The suggestions what to see around. Awesome place and experience. It was really the cherry on top of the cake for our Canada vacation. Everything was just fine.

• Law (8/5): A very comfortable night after a long flight with a fantastic breakfast on the balcony. - Very clean, comfortable and quiet. The balcony was lovely. We enjoyed being amongst the trees and watching the squirrels and birds coming to their feeders.Bonnie was an excellent host and her breakfast was delicious. Her place is very handy to restaurants and shops and close to the ferry at Swartz Bay. It was a great place to stay after our long flight from New Zealand. We had a few issues finding Bonnie’s place. Google took us to the wrong entrance and then we couldn’t figure out how to get in. Once we managed to call Bonnie all was well and she explained how to find our way.
• Paul (9/5): A comfortable stay in a family home. - Comfortable bed. Good sized modern bathroom with great shower. Bonnie is a very friendly and helpful host. Lovely breakfast with great coffee made at a time to suit me. She gave me good recommendations for eating places and on catching the ferry to Vancouver island. I loved the hummingbirds feeding on the veranda. The accommodation was difficult to find and get into. The room is in an apartment where the host also lives. The apartment is in a building with lots of other apartments and it was hard to find the entrance and the access buzzer didn't seem to work well. Having said that it wasn't a major issue as Bonnie came down to personally let me in.

Bonnie’s apartment is situated in a great area , very quiet , surrounded by lovely gardens and yet within a very short walk to restaurants and grocery shopping . The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. You have your own private large, super clean bathroom. Bonnie is very welcoming and helpful , always available for any questions. Parking is ample , no issues with finding a spot . Breakfast was superb , her French toast with Challa bread is the best . We loved our stay and could not recommend it more . Thank you Bonnie for a lovely stay and for your hospitality.

Great location/value if you need to catch a ferry - Great location, friendly host, beautiful grounds, convenient location, great price Nothing. Just be aware this is a room in someone's condo. You aren't renting out your own place. The host was incredibly kind and friendly and makes a GREAT breakfast!

• Kumiko (10/5): Amazing stay - This cozy B&B is a must-visit for cat and plant lovers. The friendly and well-behaved cat, Kevin, will let you pet him as much as you want. The large cactus in the living room is stunning, and the room was decorated with beautiful houseplants (possibly a Calathea). Every corner of the house was spotless, and Bonnie’s French toast was absolutely delicious. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance. Everything was great.

I had one room in a two bedroom unit sharing with a lady. It is like a hostel for an outrageous rate of $159 plus taxes. No privacy, I left without having breakfast.

• Felicity (8/5): Peaceful and super comfortable bed - A room on third floor with a view to a tall thick hedge at rear of apartment building and consequently the room was private and quiet. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and sheets were super comfortable too. Location was great for what we wanted, visiting a relative nearby. Enjoyed watching birds as well as squirrels visit the tiny verandah beside the room. Expectation the bathroom would be in our room but it was across the hallway. However, It was a designated guest bathroom so was not an issue for us, especially as dressing gowns and slippers were provided.

• Abigail (9/5): Super - would definitely recommend. - The extra instructions were helpful for finding the location. There was a big comfy bed and we had a good nights sleep. We headed to bed early as we were up early for the ferry the following day and Bonnie was very quiet when she came in from her dinner and didn’t disturb us at all. It’s a nice quiet neighbourhood but walkable to amenities which is nice when you have been travelling all day. It was very close to the ferry terminal which was helpful for the early morning start the following day. We didn’t see Bonnie much as she headed out for dinner just after we arrived and it was just a quick overnight stay for us but during the small interactions we did have she was very friendly. The only issue we had is that when we tried to get into the building, the code that had been provided in the description was incorrect and due to not having local SIM cards, were unable to contact Bonnie. Luckily we managed to find a tenant from the building who was able to point us in the right direction.

Nice quiet neighborhood, uber driver was confused about location as Google tries to take you to the gated entrance round the back. Shame the private bathroom wasn't ensuite, but clearly states it when booking

Bedroom was nice, and the bed was very comfortable. Slept like a log. The host also provided a lift to the nearby Tassenwan BC Ferries terminal, which was great, as I did not have a car. bathroom was separate to the bedroom. Its close by, but on the other side of the corridor.

• Katherine (10/5): Exceptional - Bonnie was a great host, and the condo is lovely. We were made to feel at home. Great shower and bathroom we didn't have to share. Lovely to have a drink and chat on the sunny balcony and great to be able to use the laundry facilities. Bonnie even got up early to make our tasty breakfast before our early start for the ferry. A great homestay. Not Bonnie's fault at all but the Vancouver traffic was terrible. Make sure to leave enough time to get there to be able to see the area.

Was less than 5 min away from where I was going to a gathering. A great location just off the Main Street in town. Google maps had a hard time pinpointing the location.
