• Костолова (10/5): - Просторен, уютен и чист апартамент, обзаведен и оборудван с всичко необходимо за един страхотен престой, какъвто беше нашият. Намира се на много близко разстояние до централната част на града, а в същото време на тиха и спокйна улица. Любезни и отзивчиви домакини. Малка препоръка- би било по-удобно ако в баните се поставят закалки за кърпите и поставки за душ-принадлежностите

• Eva (10/5): Sehr empfehlenswert!!! - Es waren wunderschöne Tage in Prag! Dank der zentralen Lage der Wohnung waren alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß problemlos erreichbar. Die Wohnung erfüllte all unsere Wünsche und auch der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war jederzeit sehr angenehm und entgegenkommend. Keine Mängel!

• Carlo (9/5): - Sehr zentrale Lage. Sehr sauber. Buchung und Kommunikation war einfach und unkompliziert. Bei Fragen hat Gastgeber sehr schnell geantwortet. Stühle machen instabilen Eindruck.
• Mirko (9/5): Gern wieder . - Central gelegen , fussläufig alles zu erreichen . Zu wenig besteck und Geschirr.Waren mit Hund da evtl ein Staubsauger bereit stellen. Kein Fernsehe Empfang. Parken nicht so wie angegeben, besser über mc Parket ; Parkplatz suchen sonst zahlt man 60 Euro pro Tag.
• Michelle (9/5): Thoroughly enjoyed by all - Excellent location , clean , smooth and easy check in . Excellent communication Nothing really apart from from maybe a bit more hot water for showers for everyone , the hot water seemed to run out quickly .

• Mark-D (10/5): top Lage für ein schönes Wochenende in Prag - Das Appartement ist auf den Fotos bestens dargestellt. Wir waren zu viert als Familie mit erwachsenen Kindern dort und jeder hatte viel Platz. Die Ausstattung ist prima, alles was man braucht, ist dort. Die Lage ist absolut top. Wir kamen mit dem Auto, haben in dem daneben liegenden Parkhaus geparkt und sind das ganze Wochenende nur zu Fuß durch Prag gegangen. Das Team von Wagner Stays war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert - herzlichen Dank! Einziger Wermutstropfen war der Preis des Parkhauses - hier bei "kann ich dort parken" steht CZK 750,- pro Tag, in einer Mail stand CZK 960,- pro Tag. Es sind aber tatsächlich CZK 60,- pro Stunde, eine Tagesrate gibt es nicht (mehr). Also teures Parken, aber dafür sehr günstig gelegen.

• Liliya (5/5): the price for the apartment is not worth it because the parking is very expensive. - Apartment is big. The location is great. Walkable distance to every important location and to the old town. The photos are definitely better than the reality. In reality, you can clearly see that the apartment is lived in, old, and the furniture is not new. Also the pillows are very uncomfortable, they are huge and too soft. But WATCH OUT, they provide FALSE information about PARKING. Parking for us was a key factor, the information on the booking was clear: price for a day 750 CZK and that the parking is located at the apartment’s TERRITORY and is PRIVATE. In reality, parking is from a separate building, Gallery, and the price is 60CZK per HOUR which is 1440 per day. Important: there was no note from the apartment that the price may be changing. After contacting the apartment host, all they said is that they DON’t control niether parking nor the pricing.

• DULCE MARIA (9/5): ESTUPENDO, PARA REPETIR SIN DUDA¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡ - Todo en general, muy amplia y bien decorada, con todo lo necesario. Muy amplia, con muchas camas. Situación perfecta, a diez minutos andando de todo. Por poner un pero, un ruido de una aparato que había en un patio interior, que puede molestar por la noche, aunque no fue mi caso. Y algo que me resultó raro, que tienes que tirar tu la basura al irte, no me había ocurrido nunca.

• Sarah (9/5): - Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter waren gut erreichbar und nett. Der Check-in mittels Schlüsselbox ging schnell und reibungslos. Die öffentliche Tiefgarage ist direkt daneben, was praktisch ist. Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut, man ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Da die Wohnung Altbaut ist, war es nicht all zu warm und etwas hellhörig

• SH21 (9/5): Tolles Appartement, toller Gastgeber - Sehr sauber. Groß und gute Ausstattung. Super Lage Karlsbrücke war nur 10 min zu Fuß. Tramlinien 2 Minuten zu Fuß Zur Moldau waren es auch nur 2 Minuten. Toller aufmerksamer Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und hat sich auch erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Klare Weiterempfehlung. Nicht die ruhigste Lage, aber das ist klar, wenn man so zentral ist.

• Justina (9/5): Superb - Spacious apartment in a very convenient location - you can walk to Charles Bridge (1.3 km), and then take a tram (there are several stops right next door), 600 meters away there is a large Tesco store. The apartment has all the utensils, tools, iron, hairdryer. It is convenient that there are two shower rooms. Comfortable wide beds. The house has a nice old elevator. If you are traveling by car, please note that there is an underground parking lot nearby. The daily price is about 40 Eur. The apartment is furnished with cheap materials from Ikea - one chair was already broken, the knife broke while cutting cheese - I hurt my hand. There is no shower curtain, mat or brush in the shower - the showers even splash water on the toilets. The toilets do not lock. Almost all the doors of the apartment creak. The refrigerator is freezing and water is running on the food. The door to the large room does not close properly and does not isolate the sound - get ready to sleep in the living room 🙂 Also keep in mind that there is a school nearby, so on weekdays you will have to wake up quite early from the noise of the children. Also keep in mind that you are asked to wash the dishes when you leave.

• Ni (5/5): Not worth the high price, poorly managed. - The room is clean, and there are enough bathrooms for 4 people. The host didn't give the check-in info(location of key box and code and so on) until the morning of check-in day, communicated with them directly but no one answered the phone call or replied to my message, had to complain to Booking , and finally got the info. There is no way to hang towels in the bathroom, and the sink area is way too small, no place for the toiletries, and one towel has a big hole in it. There is no cabinet or wardrobes for clothes in entire flats, we had to keep all our clothes in suitcases. the wifi name and password given by the host were wrong, the host gave another one afterwards, however, it's not 5G as promised, but only a super slow 2.4G... Not worth the price at all.
