Pod domem lokalny bar z pyszna kawa, spermuta, slodkosciami- mozna tam tez cos zjesc na cieplo. Jesli jestes w wiecej niz 2 osoby to ludzie spiacy w salonie musza przejsc do lazienki przez twoja sypialnie.

Great location (close to the bus stop and the metro station). A big park is a few steps away from the building. An owner is very responsive and makes sure you have everything you need and beyond. -

• Daniel_Lungu (7/5): Fair accommodation in Rome - It was nice overall, Enzo was very helpful and welcoming. We had coffee capsules for the machine, he got us a bottle of wine to welcome us and these gestures were much appreciated. The apartment was fine considering we took the accommodation just for sleeping, as we wanted to visit a lot of things during the day. The location is pretty good, a bus station at 50 m that we used a couple of nights when we arrived late from the city center as well as a metro station a few minutes away. There isn't any deal breaker, but there are a couple of things that can be improved, such as the couch and the shower functionality. The only thing that can't be changed is the fact that you have to go through the room to get to the bathroom, so if there are more than two people this can be less pleasant.

Blisko stacji metra. Sklepy i cukiernie również są w pobliżu. Miły i pomocny pan gospodarz. Na przywitanie wino musujące oraz schłodzona woda mineralna, co po podróży w upalny dzień było miłą niespodzianką. W łazience spory zestaw kosmetyków pod prysznic.

• ANIKITOULA (10/5): Great Stay in a Well-Connected and Comfortable Apartment - We had a great stay here during our visit to Rome. The apartment is fully equipped with everything we needed, and the owner was very nice and polite — truly welcoming and helpful. The place was also very clean, with decent internet, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is convenient: just a 3-minute walk to the metro station, and the 86 bus stops right in front of the entrance. It takes about 30–40 minutes to reach the city center, main bus station, or train station, but the connections are direct and reliable. The neighborhood is also very handy — there’s a small supermarket nearby, four pizzerias within walking distance, and a bakery just behind the building. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay!
• Réka (10/5): - Tiszta, szép lakás, kis konyhával, ami pont elegendő a nyaraláskor. Teljesen felszerelt a lakás, sampon tusfürdő, kávé, satöbbi bekészítve. A tulajdonos kedves, segítőkész, az ott tartózkodásunk alatt kérdéseinkre gyorsan segítő válasz adott. Éttermet is ajánlott, ami kiváló volt. A ház alatti őrzött parkolóban hagytuk az autót (15 euro/nap), minden rendben volt. A ház mellett szuper reggeliző bár van, nem drága. A metro 5 percre van, a metro mellett szupermarket. Minden rendben volt!

This is a great spot to chose, price is very appropriate for the quality you get!

• Edward (8/5): Comfortable, spacious apartment in a convenient location with a good range of shops, public transport and walking routes - Very friendly and helpful host. Spacious rooms. Good neighbourhood. Pretty much everything you need is within a few minutes’ walk, including a metro station and a direct bus to the Colosseum. Balcony (small) with a view of Caffarella Park. Washing machine. Only small niggles: kitchen is basic (minimal work surface, no microwave) but fairly well equipped otherwise; no toaster, so you have to grill bread in the mini oven (without setting off the smoke alarm); hot water boiler is a bit temperamental; poor soundproofing between apartments.

He even welcomed us with a bottle of Prosecco and a Panettone at no extra cost. The apartment has a living area and a bedroom, and it’s equiped with everything that you need. Very close to Colli Albani metro station that takes you to the city centre. nothing to complain.

• Farhana (10/5): A well stocked cute small apartment in a great location - Owner is very nice The apartment was stocked with a lot of products such as cleaning equipment, plates etc Apartment was close the colli albani station and also next to the 87 bus stop which goes to colosseum and other places. Room was cold at night, heaters were not working and the blankets were too thin, my mum was very cold. A microwave would be useful but the cooker and grill was a help. There was a lot pressure from owner to give a 10 rating which can make you a bit uncomfortable.
