• Ali (3/5): - The pillows had no cases with human hair showing The host did correct the problem but I find it appalling as if they were trying to get away with it Also the towel situation was deplorable Very thin bath towels you are supposed somehow to let them dry and reuse one towel for 3 days Never seen anything like this The faucet in the kitchen was “wobbly “ There is more but I will stop for now

• David Roig (9/5): Excelente Ubicación y Gran - Sin lugar a dudas la ubicación es excelente a menos de 10 de la estación del Ponte Vecchio..., es sin duda un punto clave para empezar tus rutas por Florencia. También destacar la limpieza del apartamento con camas anchas y equipado con todos los utensilios necesarios para pasar los días contratados. El apartamento también disponía de jabón para la ducha, manos y hasta pastillas para la lavadora. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue fluida y con las instrucciones muy claras. Excelente elección. Pequeños detalles que no pueden desmerecer todo lo anterior, alguno de los splits no funcionaba igual de bien que el resto y alguna ventana que no cerraba bien en exceso, pero nada fuera de lo normal.

• Sixin (8/5): Convenient place to stay in the city of Florence - Good location, in the city centre right by one of the bridges so it’s easy to go over to the other side of Florence too. Good size rooms. Tucked away in a courtyard, quiet and secured. It could be better if the host can be more flexible around check-in/check-out time or allow us to leave luggages in the apartment.

• Mark (9/5): Superb - Great location, 10 mins walk from most areas and right by the river. Conad supermarket just over the bridge. Very secure, clean, and comfortable. Living area small with a single sofa, large table six chairs. Was perfect for 3 couples.

• Sharyn (6/5): Good location - Great location. Entrance instructions re gate not quite clear enough, but once through gate easy access. Place wasn’t cleaned from previous people. It was disgusting and we had to advise them it hadn’t been cleaned. We couldn’t access the rooms for 3 hours after check in so extremely disappointing. Once cleaners came they hadn’t cleaned one of the bed properly there were still marks down side of bed. What would’ve been a great stay ended up being very disappointing.

• Kim (7/5): Location good but apartment is run down. - Location of apartment is good. Apartment is on the first floor and there is a lift available. Three separate bedrooms with Queen size beds, bed were comfortable but the pillows were hard and high. Free wifi available. The hosts gave us a one hour early check-in which was appreciated. The photos of the apartment online make it look fresh and modern but the apartment is run down, the beds and bed furnishings are old and faded. One of the showers is very very small/tight. It was advertised with a washing machine and dryer but there is no dryer just an airer to hang your clothes on. The living area is small with one old dining table with four chairs and one sofa only large enough for two people. Pulled the curtains open in the living room and the entire curtain rod fell down. The apartment is not really ideal for 5 adults (in which we had). We had to contact host for TV code and that didn't work. Overall the apartment was disappointing.

• Selim (9/5): Superb - Location and size of the apartment are very good. WİFİ speed is perfect. two bathroom are proper for big families. Communication with the owner was comfortable. Check-in and check-out times could have been more reasonable. For exemple 11 and 15 wolud be better. There are not enough clothes and towel racks in the bathrooms and rooms
• Oleksandra (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location, close to everything but not crowded. Air cons in each room help you keep comfortable temperature. Management team is really helpful and responsive - they create a WhatsApp group to answer your questions about your stay.
• Josephine (7/5): Good - the location is nice, walking distance to the duomo I cant do drop luggages in the apartment, I have to park the car in the garage about 7 minutes walk IF you dont bring big luggages! So we have to take big taxi for our luggages and cost us €40 just for 5 minutes drive

• Saz (9/5): Perfectly sized apartment in a perfect location - The location was perfect, walking distance from the main station as well as all the main sites. It was also very safe as the main gate was locked at night. The rooms were spacious and the aircon was great! Towels were also provided. The size of the living space was also good for the 5 of us. When asking for washing up liquid they brought us some straight away. Minor point but there were no shelves or anything in the showers to place toiletries, which meant placing everything on the shower floor. Not a lot of toilet paper was provided and when contacting the property they said it’s down to us to buy more, but once I said it’s not enough for 5 people for 4 nights they brought us some straight away.

Low or no supplies (half roll of paper towels, no dishwasher soap, no coffee) Lost precious time waiting for instructions on the washing machine dryer combination. Poor shelving in the bathrooms.

• Susan (7/5): excellent location - location is amazing beds comfy washing machine is difficult to work out. no coffee pods or tea bag’s provided toilet brush was absolutely disgusting no t towels to dry dishes etc and cleaning cloth was left still wet in the cupboard and had to be washed. Mop left soaking wet in the cupboard. Bath towels need to be replaced as they are thread bear, thin and fraying.
