Ginásio e piscina enorme. Algumas áreas comuns na piscina precisam de alguns arranjos, o jacuzzi não estava em funcionamento mas também não fez falta nenhuma.

• Svetlana (9/5): Wonderful experience! - Stayed here with three friends and had a wonderful experience! The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Even the sofa bed in the living room was great for sleeping. The location is excellent too, a shopping mall is just across the street, which was very convenient. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, always quick to answer any questions or requests. For Cancun, this was truly an exceptional apartment — I was pleasantly surprised. Would stay here again if the price remains the same! The shower head in the second bathroom sprays in all directions and may need replacing.

Previously, the sofa wasn't very comfortable, but the person's responsible listened to the previous reviews and purchased a new, larger, more comfortable sofa, which also doubles as an extra bed.

• Julie (10/5): Fabulous Apartment in Cancun - I've stayed here before in September of 2024 and loved it so much I booked it again this past February 2025. It's very clean, modern, spacious, and fully equipped. Unlike some properties that only have a few basics, this apartment has enough dishes, appliances, and culinary tools to have a very comfortable and home like experience. The air conditioners have all been changed and run very well. There is plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Beautiful views. Great wifi. Clean and very comfortable beds and pillows. Infinity type pool are very well maintained and clean. Lots of sun loungers and umbrellas. Love the proximity to the mall amd grocery store restaurants and bars. This is very minor, but the living room sofa which still looks great and is clean, just isn't comfortable as the cushioning is getting thin so when you sit on it you can really feel the wooden frame.

• Luca (9/5): Overall great experience with a couple of hiccups - The apartment is spacious and bright, located in an excellent area with great building amenities, especially the pool. The kitchen is large and well-equipped, and the apartment was very clean upon our arrival. The address provided was missing some details, and we struggled to find the entrance. There was an issue with the boiler, leaving us without hot water twice (once upon arrival and again just before checkout). However, the owner promptly addressed the issue.

The Wifi was great. T.v.'s in both bedrooms and living room. Everything was great. Communication with the owner was always prompt and helpful.
