• Rueda (10/5): - La ubicación es excepcional súper cerca a la estación del tren muy práctico y conveniente si viajas con equipaje y no quieres pasar por todas las escaleras y vías de Venecia hasta encontrar tu estancia, en la calle donde se encuentra ubicado tienes todo supermercado restaurantes farmacia. El apartamento es tal cual como se ve en las fotos, todo está muy limpio e impecable a nuestra llegada. Nada todo estuvo excelente

Mieszkanko na 3 wysokim piętrze , łóżka bardzo wygodne , pościel i ręczniki czyste i pachnące. Polecam Brak Kawy ,Herbaty , cukru i ręcznika w kuchni . Był ekspres do kawy na kapsułki ale brak kapsułek - wystarczyło by kilka. Brak wody w butelkach na dzień dobry. W łazienkach 3 rolki papieru toaletowego na 9 osób stanowczo za mało. Sama wynajmuję i zawsze zapewniam te rzeczy dla moich gości. Były dwie łazienki ale niestety mogła tylko jedna osoba się kąpać jednocześnie gdyż w drugiej łazience wtedy leciała zimna woda z prysznica.

• Julia (10/5): Authentic Venetian stay near the train station - The location was perfect, walking distance to the train station, no need to take a boat with the luggage. The house is lovely, very authentic experience. No sorage room for the luggage after check-out, but we new about that inadvance, so no surprise.

• Shereen (7/5): But the apartment was quite enough for all of us and convenient near the center. - The location was very good near the station. However we arrived by a private van and a bit late in the night. we were 6 ladies, the van could not come above the bridge and we had to drag the luggage, no porter at all at that time and the apartment was 3 storeys up we were struggling to take our bags up the stairways. However we found one person, and paid him to take the luggage up for us 6 girls. that was an experience. But overall the apartment was good I should say. If we were only informed about the stairway at the beginning, it would have been easier and we could have planned well ahead. Anyway thank you.

• sandra (9/5): Lots of space, clean and great location - The location could not be better for what we needed and we had just enough space where everybody was very, very comfortable. The directions were clear and easy to find. Having two full bathrooms was perfect and the AC worked really well as each room had its own split. I honestly didn’t have any complaints, but if I had to pick one thing it would be there was no elevator, but this is pretty common in Europe.

Very thoughtful, responsive and considerate Host. The stairs wer an issue for our elderly parents but we were able to carry their bags up and down for them.

• Jitendra (9/5): Great location and facilities - Great location next to the station. So didn’t have to carry luggage over a long distance. 3 flights of stairs to carry luggage. No lifts. No quilt on beds. Did feel cold.
• Saul (9/5): Great apartment, great location, great hosts! - Amazing location, only about 500m from Piazzale Roma. This matters, because in case you haven't been to Venezia before, Piazzale Roma is the only point you can get to by car or bus. Everywhere else, you're walking or taking ferries, and that is a major drag if you're schlepping suitcases with you. As it is, you will have to carry your bags over one large bridge, and then up 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartment. That's not a complaint; that's called "getting off lightly" by Venetian standards. :-) The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, with good a/c in most rooms, and a nice, strong fan in the one room that doesn't have a/c. It's well equipped and maintained. The hosts are super responsive and accommodating. I thought we got off to a poor start when we arrived; the fridge was not working well and there was a terrible smell emanating from the back of it. I reported the problem, and the host immediately sent a technician to come and look. He couldn't do anything for us that day, but the next day he returned...with a brand new fridge! I was blown away. *That's* what I call service. Note for religious Jewish travelers: this is a great choice for a Shabbat stay. It's close to the Ghetto, inside the eruv, and if you make a special request, you can get a mechanical key for the front door. The wall separating the two bathrooms doesn't go all the way up to the ceiling, which is kinda...weird. So you could be brushing your teeth in the one bathroom and hearing toilet noises coming from the other. But ok. Also, there's a supply cabinet in the entrance hall which seems to be shared by multiple neighbors. A couple times during our stay we had randos ringing at our door to get access to the cupboard. It didn't reach the point of being a nuisance at any point, but it was a little disconcerting.
• Wai (4/5): Disappointing - location is good The water pressure in shower is very weak, it may fluctuate when in high demand. Poor air conditioning. The kitchen smells bad, the fridge are dirty inside. The bathroom are quite old, washing and drying machine are not clean enough. The room on rooftop is dark with poor air conditioning. It's terrible. There are only 2 bathrooms. It is on 3rd floor without lift, not suitable for tourist who have many luggages!

• Choktheng (7/5): We will not recommend this apartment to my friends. - The location is really good, less than 5 mins walk from train station and the supermarket is just downstairs. The facilities are very complete, full kitchenware & have washing machine & dryer. 👍 The owner responds to our request is very fast, we highlighted that the rooms were stuffy, requested for extra fans and the owner brought up 2 new fans and a new air cooler in the evening 😄 The apartment is at 3rd floor and there no elevator in the apartment, the staircase is quite stiff, it’s tough to climb up if u carry heavy luggages or with young children or elderly. Very stingy to provide toilet rolls, we have 10 pax, stay for 4D3N, there’s only 2 rolls of 1 ply toilet roll in each toilet. Pls take note of the sunroof window between the 2 bathrooms. The reflection can see the other toilets very clearly, there’s no privacy at all!

• Marcos (1/5): Avoid this place! - The apartment is spacious. However, we weren’t informed that it’s in the 3rd floor and there is no lift, so we needed to carry our luggage up using the stairs. Also, when we arrived, there were garbage bags on the floor, in the building lobby. They sent us a pdf with instructions for check in. In the instructions, it was said that we could let our luggage inside the building after the check out time, and we could come back later to pick it up. However, we started to receive messages from the host urging us to pick our luggage back, as the neighbor was complaining and threatening to put our luggage out!!!!!! When we mentioned that in the pdf was said that we could let the luggage in the building, the host said they had forgotten to remove this part from the pdf. This caused us HUGE problems, as we had planned our day based on the guidance available on the pdf and needed to rush back to the building under the rain. It was an AWFUL experience and we definitely don’t recommend this apartment. The location is also not great, as you need to take the boat to see the best parts of Venice.

• Ivy (1/5): Would have given a rating of -1 if I could LOL - BEWARE DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Story short, we informed owner upon arriving Venice that we have arrived early and understand that the room was not ready till 15:00 for check-in so we decided to tour around Venice and be back the apartment after dinner. The apartment key was not placed in lockbox and we waited for about 20 minutes for owner to inform alternative location of the key. The apartment was not cleaned, and beds not made up after previous guests. We called owner but owner refused to speak stating reason that she not good in English and only through WhatsApp which we found it difficult to communicate. Our family decided not to have the room cleaned as it was already very late 22:00 at night and we were very tired. After 45 minutes, we got some towels but were not very clean with many stains which we used as bedsheets covers. The common bathroom toilet seat was very stained and old. There were also woodlice like-insects crawling around the bathtubs and bathrooms floor/doors but owner informed us that it was because we didn’t let them clean the apartment. But in my opinion, owner should get pest control. The heaters were not working, and all rooms were freezing cold. There are 4 flights of stairs to the apartments and are narrow, slippery and unsafe when carrying luggages. Me and two of my family members slipped while walking down the stairs. I had bad bruises on bum, calve and elbow from the fall. Never imagine that an apartment could be this bad!

There is a full kitchen, washer and dryer and comfortable air conditioning. The wifi did not work. The shower curtain, the sofa bed and the extra bedding were not the cleanest.

• Ben (8/5): Very comfortable stay in a conveniently located hotel - Good location, fairly close to the Centrale Station. Clean, quiet, and food eateries and supermarkets just a step away. The breakfast was good. We will book the property again if we visit Milan. Nothing, only issue was the other visitors tended to pull their wooden chairs across their rooms, making noise.
• Travelexperia (9/5): Large apartment, great for large family of group of friends - Very spacious. As we were a group of three families it was great that there were ample room for kids to move around. Fully stocked kitchen, 2 bathrooms. 50m from the St Lucia train station and very short walk to the bus station, was very convenient as some of our party arrived very late at night so very easy to get to the apartment. Check -in very smooth, preregistered & paid the tourist tax online, detailed instructions sent for the apartment how to retrieve the keys etc. Rubbish policy not very tourist friendly, but I suppose there is nothing the hosts can do about it. You have to drop the rubbish at the collection boat in the mornings (2min from the apartment) or wait for the rubbish collectors to go around the houses and collet it at random times. We had to leave a small amount of waste at the apartment as the collection was early in the morning and while we finished packing, some extra stuff would be accumulated before the check out, so there was no way of disposing of it.
• Ελένη (10/5): Excelent italian-style appartment! Highly reccommended for your stay in Venice. - It was an amazing Italian-style home in the center of Venice. The location was perfect, the appartment was really comfortable with an amazing balcony to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. The bathrooms were clean, with many towels, soaps and a hairdryer. Our stay was excelent, we totally reccommend this for your stay! I am not sure if there was an elevator, but we used the stairs to the 3rd floor.

Everything was as advertised. There is not 1 thing that we did not like. Place was perfect! I only wish we ( family of 5 including 2 teenagers ) packed lighter. :)
• Dainius (2/5): Very poor - As check-in time supposed to be 15:00, at 19:00 apartment was not ready, not cleaned after previous guests. After call with owner he promised apartment to be ready at 21:00. At 22:00 cleaner was still preparing apartments and requested for another hour to finish. Finally we could enter apartment at 23:00. That means we had to hang around in the city with languages and kids for an hour.
