- Oczkowski Franck (8/5): Un hotel confortable et bien situé - L'emplacement de l'hôtel est a 3 arrets de tramway du centre historique d'Istanbul. Les équipements de l'hôtel et prestations sont aux niveaux d'un hôtel 5 étoiles. Tres bon sejour.je reviendrais pour les équipements et la localisation. Les grandes chambres sont confortables. Je ne reprendrais plus de demi pension. Les plats ne sont pas a la hauteur de la demi pension. Tres peu de choix de plats pour la demi pension. La qualité des plats et la présentation sont identiques a une pizzeria en France et pas a un 5 étoiles. Peut etre que je ne devrais pas faire un comparatifs avec un hotel 5 étoiles francais ou suisse par rapport a un hotel 5 étoiles d'Istanbul. Les critères sont peut etre différents d'un pay a l'autre pour la cuisine des hôtels.

Staff members were polite and helpful to accommodate all our requests . Specially to make the booking for 5th December when the hotel was almost full but the kind reception team made it possible for us . Excellent customer service. Really appreciated how much comfortable environment they made it for our two weeks stay. I have experienced a cosy, safe and delightful place to enjoy my holidays . Breakfast was good but limited options

I was asked to pay on arrival when I already paid through booking.com, the bed covers was smaller than the bed itself. The heating failed to work in my room and I called 3 times for that. No clear signage that mini bar drinks was for sale, thought it was complimented for staying long. I had to pay too expensive for the items I used. Most staff very apprehensive and unfriendly only interested in cashing in especially the receptionists. Internet on/off. The rooms had poor lighting.

- Hasib (8/5): - Man wird hier als Gast sehr schnell wahrgenommen . Wenn irgendwelche Probleme oder Wünsche gibt, werden diese vom Management und vom Personal ernst genommen und schnell behoben. Weniger gefallen mir hat die Klimaanlage. In einem Zimmer hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, sodass wir kurzfristig in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen müssten. Außerdem ließ sich die Klimaanlage generell nicht manuell einstellen. Die Temperatur wurde automatisch geregelt und war entweder zu warm oder so kalt, ohne dass man selbst nachjustieren konnte. Die Mitarbeitern musste lächeln und Begrüßung beigebracht werden.
