- Chandler (1/5): Guaranteed to have your car trapped due to overcramped parking space - The room had its own bathroom. Not every room has that though. The parking is completely bad. You are guaranteed to be blocked in by the other guests cars because there isnt enough space to park. Furthermore, the guests will come banging on every single room's door at 8am to find out who is blocking them in. so be prepared for a rude awakening.

The bed is not good, Extremely ridiculously soft, I literally sunk in it. The furniture are old, and the bedsheets are old, not fresh. Nothing smell right in the room. No good ventilation, It was hard for me to breath properly, No AC, the room has a funny smell, like an old basement. Found a spider on the side desk lamp. There are weird folded rugs at the entrance when climbing the stairs.

Very good location to Pearson Airpo - The communication with the owner was excellent, giving me answers to any and questions in a timely manner, easy access to the Accomodation with key codes to main door and bedroom, cleanly marked out sections in fridge, well planned and organised, clean and tidy place for a great price The Accomodation is around 35 mins from Richmond Hill Station which is hard to navigate at first, with bags it’s a very long walk. Option of a later check out would have been nice but fully understand cleaning rotas are already in place

- SJ (10/5): - Despite the fact that there were other people staying in the house, it was quite quiet at night, which made my stay very cozy and comfortable. The hosts were very quick to respond to any inquiries. Lastly, having the mall just a 3-minute walk away was definitely a plus.

I love that it was clean, quiet and had a shared kitchen. even though it has 5 other rooms with people staying in them we never saw them or heard them. everyone respected the rules and space. we shared a bathroom with 2 other rooms and never had a problem. it was always left clean. There is a Go Bus and a transit bus a few blocks away and restaurants, stores, etc. I would stay there again! also very affordable.
- Emma (6/5): - It was a nice stay, but in my opinion the listing is a little misleading. Very clean room, kitchen, and bathroom, but was missing amenities that were listed such as A/C in the rooms. Although the building is cooled, the room itself remained very hot without the option to adjust the temperature. We were also missing basics such as hand or face towels, and only received two body towels throughout our almost 4-day stay. The room is nice but significantly smaller than the photos make it seem, and although the listing says there are in-room microwaves and refrigerators, all of the kitchen amenities are shared with other guests. Overall it was a nice stay, but one should certainly be aware of these small differences/inconveniences. Everything other than what I mentioned was great, especially the reasonable pricing!

The pictures of the accommodation were nowhere near reality. I paid a cheap price but really wished I had paid the extra pounds and got a hotel with private facilities and breakfast. Seriously disappointed
- Cassandra (6/5): - It was nice to have a bed and private bathroom. Please note that this "room" is on the main floor of someone's home, next to their kitchen and laundry machines. The instructions noted that there was quiet time between 10pm-8am. However, the residents were quite noisy during this time, impacting my sleep, as they live right below this bedroom in the basement. The resident was showering and blow drying their hair at 1am, and doing their laundry at 4am. The walls are thin, and the noise carries through the home. There was two used floss lines on the bathroom floor from the previous rental. The room was tidy, but could be deep cleaned. Please note that there is no top sheet on the bed, only a comforter, and there is no pillow case on the pillows only the matching comforter shams, which are not that soft.

Presence of other folks creating noise from time to time around the property doing stuff, not under the control of hosts, and are unable to deal with such stuff. Free bottled water, tea/coffee, access to utensils, laundry, etc. Great value for money. Some rooms have attached washrooms while others don't. Some bugs on the property encountered regularly.

There was also free parking at the property which was convenient since I had a car rental. I would recommend it, particularly for solo travellers, since there are quiet hours to accommodate sleeping guests (11pm - 8am).

Never saw another guest haha everyone kept to themselves which was good and the smart locks were easy to navigate. My only complaint is that the walls and floors were very thin so anything more than a whisper or hush-toned speech can be picked up through them.
