• Alisha (1/5): Not pleased - The location wasn’t bad Upon entering the building the doors wldnt open We get upstairs and the smell of moldy or musty smells came from the building hallways and the actual room The bathroom sinks didn’t drain the ceiling fans were dusty Night one wasn’t in room much ate downstairs and restaurant was a little sketchy same weird smell and almost a ghost town thought maybe time of day ?! I get ready for bed use the bathroom and see a roach think nothing of it at first Wake up at 6 am go to the bathroom and they are everywhere on the walls the floor the kitchen in the dishwasher behind the over wall in the living room completely disgusting I messaged and look for a new place for me and my family to go last minute such a huge inconvenience after not hearing anything back I find the number and text she responds but no emails back or anything I have tried to get past this but it makes me so upset that I had to deal with it

• Jacqueline (8/5): The stay was good overall. Big enough for our group. - The property were big and accommodating. Location perfect, beds comfortable. Appliances clean and works well. Easy to access, good communication from the host. The bathrooms have mold.

• Elena (8/5): Overall, it was a good experience, nice location. - Location is great, prompt replies from the host to the questions asked, condo looked as expected from the photos, will not stay again simply because not traveling to Disney any time soon. Did not expect to see broken items: microwave door handle bottom part is broken, hard to open and close microwave every time when heating up food that was the main issue.
• Crystal (10/5): Would revisit next spring break, loved my short stay. - What I liked about the property was the balcony, and walking distance from the mall. What I dislike about the property the decor pieces. My 1year old twins came and even though the property had a play pin. I still I allow them to walk around and play and I had to move them. They thought they were toys.
• Richard (9/5): Superb - Location very clean. No bugs spacious and very convenient to shopping golf and restaurants. Property felt safe was well lit and building was very quiet in the evening
• Tashara (3/5): Blah - Only that it was 6 bedrooms in another location because we had issues getting access to the original property we rented Check in process sucked!! So I can’t even leave a review for the apartment shown, We had to go to another location to pick up the access cards to enter the building. In the instructions it does not tell you what floor to go to. Upon finding our apartment we rented we could not get the door to work to be able to put another code on that was given. After back and forth communication with the host for about 30 minutes or so with my family hold all the luggage we unpacked from the car found out that the company for the door lock was closed and we would not be able to stay there. The host did offer us 6 bedroom house that was unoccupied for that weekend and let us check out later however it was in another city away from all of my daughters birthday plans we had for the weekend. They could not turn on the heat in the pool even if I paid for it which that is what my daughter wanted to do more than anything that weekend was swim. The trip was ok not anything that we expected. Hopefully it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

The apartment has everything you need for your stay. - Lovely and modern with the wooden flooring making it cleaner than carpets. Really quiet building with the Pizza Hut and shop underneath so not far to walk for necessities. Nothing
• Terry (9/5): Superb location and property - We have stayed at this resort many times over the last 17 years and love the layout of the rooms, location, pool and facilities. Disney is on the door step and so are shops like Walmart, TJ Maxx, Ross, etc. Superb. The safe in the room didn’t work but apart from that there was no issues.
• Myra (7/5): Good - Location and the decor Could have been better cleaned, the sliding door was extremely hard to open, TVs not in good working condition, doors in every room were dirty, kitchen could have been cleaner, facility needed to be updated in bathrooms, thin a while to get key access to the resort

Our apartment was quiet and very roomy, master bedroom/bath was huge. We loved everything about it! The smaller bathroom had a slight musty smell

• Tracey (10/5): Relaxing, fun, Orlando weekend! - Everything was fantastic, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Ice maker in freezer. Great location, kids 12 and 16 could easily walk to shops located directly behind resort. The pizza hut downstairs was open late but it was way more, convenient store, souvenir shop all in one. And didn't seem to be price gauged either. Very reasonable not much if at all more than we would pay at home for pizza hut. Tvs in each room where you could log in to all of your own favorite platforms but had free platforms to view as well. Spacious! Nice size balcony as well. Cool game room downstairs. Not really a dislike -couldn't find code for wifi (must have needed a different access code than from the front door??) but we had enough data or Hotspots to make due especially since we were on vacation, weren't on devices much. Couldn't find detergent for washing machine.
