• Martynova (10/5): - Хочу оставить свой отзыв об апартаментах в Софии. Квартира находится на тихой улице. Возле подъезда -справа- есть кафе. Слева от подъезда, каждое утро, готовят свежую выпечку. Особенно мне понравился круасан с шоколадной начинкой. На углу улочки - французский ресторан. На другом конце улице- пиццерия. До бульвара Витоша минут 15 ходьбы. В апартаментах чисто и уютно. Я приехала когда на улице было холодно. В квартире очень тепло. Кухня современная. Есть духовой шкаф и микроволновка. Все, что необходимо для самостоятельного приготовления пищи, есть. Утюг и гладильная доска имеется. Фен отличный. Имеет несколько функций. Укладку без проблем сделала. Постель чистая. Отдельный выход во внутренний дворик. Не шумно. Владелец всегда на связи. Если вам необходим комфорт - рекомендую именно эти апартаменты!

• Seyma (10/5): Great Choice - The flat is just like on the photos. Very fresh, and clean, nicely decorated. The bed is very comfortable. There are enough kitchen utensils for 2 people. The location is quite nice, very close to the center but also on a rather quiet street. There is a very nice park right across the street, and nice cafes near. The best part of the flat is the view from the big window 😍 I havent used the shower so can not comment on that. It was quite easy to check-in. House owner responded very quickly and was very polite. I would prefer to stay again when I come back ❤ P. S. The sleepers are in the closet right near the entrance.

• Jen (4/5): Lovely apartment, terrible service. - Spacious comfortable apartment, well furnished and equipped and in a great location - Oborishte is a really pleasant area with lots of cafés and restaurants. Nice big bedroom with comfortable bed, great bathroom with lovely shower. Very quiet at night. I loved the trees at the back - so good to overlook greenery in the city. I’d recommend it without hesitation if my stay hadn’t got off to such a bad start. As they couldn’t fulfil the terms of the booking, at least they could have allowed a cost free cancellation. During my train journey to Sofia, I got a message from the host saying that due to circumstances beyond their control, the apartment would not be available until 18:00 - although I could leave my luggage before that. Six o’clock in the evening is far too late to check in - after a tiring journey I needed somewhere to rest and get changed before that - so I asked about cancellation. Reply was polite and apologetic but clear: policy indicates that cancellation would incur full costs. The deal I booked was to check in at 3pm. As this could not be honoured I think a cost free cancellation would have been fair and reasonable. We book accommodation with expectations of access at a reasonable time - they failed to provide this, and failed to offer a solution. I did drop my suitcase off at 15:30 and could see that no cleaning had been started since the previous occupant left. This was the only place I stayed in Bulgaria where no bottle of water was provided.
• Ventsislava (5/5): Passable - The apartment is absolutely lovely. Spacious, well equipped with everything you need, they even had coffee. It was clean (besides some visits from Spiderman). The location is perfect. I absolutely loved it and would love to stay there again There was no hot water in the shower and the water heater was able to warm some water only for the sinks.
• Ma (10/5): great place to stay in sofia! - very welcoming home in sofia. good location for our conference at the university. spacious enough. clean space. superb kitchen. easy to contact host. with nearby bakery and coffee shop outside. if I return to sofia, i will stay here again. the outside door could be repainted quickly. it is very inconspicuous, and one may wonder if you got the place right. it does not give justice to the beautiful apartment inside.
