• Guest (10/5): Perfektes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Istanbul. - Die Lage war super, das Zimmer sehr schön und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es kann etwas laut sein - aber das liegt eben an der zentralen Lage. Das Hotel legt dafür Ohrenstöpsel im Zimmer bereit. Das war sehr aufmerksam.
• Almuhairi (8/5): - Great stay at Mr Cas Taksim ✨ Clean hotel with the perfect location right in the middle of Taksim — shops, cafes, and restaurants are all downstairs. The interior design was beautiful and one of our favorite things about the hotel. Special thanks to Benaymin and the staff for being helpful and cooperative. Benaymin helped us with our luggage all the way to the taxi and made sure everything was okay until the end. The only small downside was the room lighting, it was a bit dim. Other than that, everything was great.

Грязный пол, грязная раковина, отсутствие шампуня. Завтрак очень скромный. Порадовал официант на завтраке: очень внимательный и приветливый. Вот и все их преимуществ.

• Seitkenova (10/5): - I had been planning to stay at this hotel for a long time, as it is located in the very heart of Istiklal, has a rich history dating back to its construction in 1900, and has hosted many well-known people. I would also like to thank the hotel staff for their kindness, understanding, and hospitality. Mr. Bünyamin, thank you for taking such good care of my luggage and for your prompt attention to any requests. I loved the large, spacious rooms, the incredibly comfortable king-size bed, the high ceilings, and the design—it feels like stepping into royal palace chambers Not knowing, I booked a room without a window, and it was quite difficult without natural light.
• MEHMET (10/5): Un hôtel coup de cœur, idéalement situé et plein de charme, où je reviendrai sans hésiter. - 🇫🇷🇹🇷 J’ai eu un véritable coup de cœur pour cet hôtel. J’ai été particulièrement séduit par son architecture et son design, très élégants et soignés. L’établissement est idéalement situé en plein cœur de l’avenue Istiklal, ce qui est parfait pour profiter pleinement de l’ambiance de Taksim. Le balcon de ma chambre offrait une superbe vue sur le lycée Galatasaray d’Istanbul, un vrai plus pour les amateurs. Étant souvent à Istanbul, c’est tout simplement le meilleur hôtel du secteur Taksim/İstiklal pour moi. Rien de particulier à signaler, tout était à la hauteur de mes attentes.

• Christoph (10/5): Fully recommended - Very nice staff that is happy to assist with questions and organisation. The room was spacious enough and clean, as was the bathroom area. The window facing into a side street meant it was pleasant and quiet with light coming in. The location is amazing for exploring Istiklal street, Taksim square, Galata area (all with many restaurants, cafés, shops, ...) and beyond, short walks to tram stations to quickly get to the old city. We did not have the breakfast booked as there are many options around in the neighbourhood so one can explore freely, but we tried the hotel's breakfast twice for convenience and enjoyed it as well. Would recommend to stay here again! For awareness (but not deal breakers for us): the bathroom did not have a door and was only visually separated by walking around a wall. Additionally, while there was no noise coming in from the street, it was possible to hear other guests walking and talking in the hallway, which can be annoying if your neighbours come in late at night.

• Andreas (2/5): Μεγάλο λάθος η επιλογή του συγκεκριμένου ξενοδοχείου. - Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε μια εξαιρετικά θορυβώδη περιοχή. Ακριβώς απέναντι υπάρχει ένα νυχτερινό κλαμπ και η μουσική και τα μπιτ δονούν όλο το ξενοδοχείο. Κάτι για το οποίο δεν υπήρχε καμία ενημέρωση ή προειδοποίηση. Αντίθετα υπήρχαν δύο ζευγάρια ωτοασπίδες που ανάγραφαν επάνω πως είναι προνόμιο να μένεις σε μια τέτοια περιοχή. Τουλάχιστον κοροϊδευτικό για την εμπειρία που είχαμε από την πρώτη κι όλες στιγμή. Το ξενοδοχείο σαν κτιριακές εγκαταστάσεις είναι πάρα πολύ παλιές, κάποια αποτυχημένη ανακαίνιση δείχνει την πολύ κακή δουλειά που έχει γίνει σε επίπεδο ηχομόνωσης μεταξύ των δωματίων, τα πατώματα έτριζαν και στον αέρα ύπαρξη αισθητά η μυρωδιά από την μούχλα της υγρασίας.

Отдельно хочется отметить персонал Бенджамин и Мухаммад просто замечательные! Очень дружелюбные, внимательные и всегда готовы помочь. Благодаря им пребывание стало ещё приятнее. Остались только положительные впечатления, с удовольствием вернёмся сюда снова и обязательно будем рекомендовать!

• Nadezhda (8/5): Впечатлений больше чем от дворцов! - Дизайн отеля шедевральный, восторг, получаешь эмоции на каждом шагу. А эмоции это то за чем люди путешествуют. Персонал супер, помогли с такси. Заселили по возможности пораньше Внимание, в описании не увидела что колодец (внутренний дворик) - это в здании. Я когда бронировала думала как в Питере или Италии, где вверху нет крыши. Кто привык дома жить с открытыми окнами - не подойдет). (Вверху на потолке было окно, мне сказали оно автоматически открывается периодами, но я не увидела ни одного раза).

• Tarina (6/5): Сомнительное удовольствие - Отличное расположение, отель расположен в историческом здании, внутри очень красивые инстаграмные интерьеры - можно сделать кучу классных фотографий, в номере высокие потолки и нет ощущения тесноты, очень удобный матрас на кровати, в ванной гель для душа и шампунь с очень приятным запахом. Персонал вежливый, приятный и предупредительный, особенно нам понравилась работа бармена/бариста, который на второй день запомнил, какой кофе мы будем пить за завтраком и делал его до того, как мы просили. К сожалению, во многом отель не соответствует заявленной категории и проигрывает по соотношению "цена-качество". В номере было много пыли, особенно по углам и на всех плинтусах. Ещё в номере отсутствовали шкафы, шкафчики или комоды для вещей, в нашем номере для одежды был только рейл с вешалками. Для отеля на одну ночь не критично, но мы останавливались на 5 дней, было очень неудобно. В номере предусмотрены полотенца, но не было банных халатов. Завтрак, который оплачивается отдельно, был довольно скудным и не очень разнообразным. Мы брали номер с окнами на внутренний двор, чтобы уличный шум не сильно мешал - по факту это окно во внутреннее помещение отеля, из-за этого в номере было очень душно. Самое неприятное - в этом же здании расположен ночной клуб (информации об этом нет на букинге и сайте отеля, мы обнаружили это на гугл-картах уже после того, как заселились) и ночами с субботы на воскресенье и с воскресенья на понедельник было очень шумно, хотя наш номер был на 3ем этаже. В номере на этом случай есть беруши, но они не особо помогли.

• Assem (10/5): - A very beautiful hotel in a convenient location. It's easy to get to both the airport and major city attractions. The hotel is very authentic and steeped in history. There is an exhibition museum on the second floor. On the fourth floor there is a lounge bar with an incredible design. The staff was very attentive and responded positively to all requests.

• Reem (7/5): - Location is taksim nice area rooms needs more lighting, and toilets don't have hangers so you put your clothes on the floor. reception are not very friendly the bar on 4 floor is very nice, and the bartender is very nice but sadly it closes at 11pm weird vibes in the hotel, weird smell. they didn't refill the coffee capsule and water bottles and we asked for them they wanted to make us pay for it but we refused.

• shirin (8/5): An ode to the beautiful past of Turkey - We had a wonderful stay at Mr Cas Hotel. The location is perfect and located on Istiklal street, surrounded by shops on both sides , perfect for shopping. The metro station is a 10 min walk from Hotel. Must visits like Blue Mosque, Aaya Sophia and Baslica cistern are only 4 stops away from the metro station. We stayed at the. Junior suite for a week. Mr Mohammed Yosin was very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and the lounge upstairs was also perfect for morning coffee looking over the Galatassaray stadium .

• Salehi (9/5): Great stay, superb staff, totally recommend if you are couple or want to be in the heart of Istiklal Street for shopping - The staff spoke very good English and were easy to understand. Everyone was polite and helpful, and whenever we needed something in the room, they assisted us right away. The breakfast was great with a good variety. We initially booked a city view room, but it was very loud. After we mentioned this, they kindly moved us to a garden view room, which was much quieter, and they also offered us complimentary breakfast. Overall, the staff handled the situation professionally and made our stay more comfortable. -inside the hotel lobby and room was too dark - city view rooms are loud as there is a club right across the street

• Johanne (8/5): Hôtel magnifique, nous recommandons mais très bruyant ! - Hôtel magnifique Chambre et salles de bains magnifiques Il était très agréable de séjourner dans ce bel hôtel Hôtel très bruyant dans une rue très passante et très bruyante avec des clubs On entends donc la musique très forte, même avec des boules quies, et elles sont fournies, ce qui veut tout dire… Nous avions réservé une chambre vue sur cour intérieure mais nous avons eu une chambre vue sur l’avenue très bruyante. Nous avons donc demandé à changer de chambre, ils nous ont proposé une autre chambre mais la même juste un étage au dessus, et ensuite une autre vue sur une autre rue, avec encore un club mais moins bruyant. C’était apparement une chambre premium mais nous n’avons pas vu la différence, ils nous ont dit que nous pouvions l’avoir sans frais supplémentaires. C’était le minimum sachant que nous n’avions pas eu ce que nous avions réservé et qu’aucune chambre vue sur cour intérieur était disponible. Ils n’ont pas fait de problème et ont été gentil et compréhensif. Nous avons très bien dormi avec boules quies en conclusion. Mais cela n’est quand même pas normal de ne pas avoir ce que nous avons réservé.

Most of all, the staff was the best of the best. Especially Cihan, who helped us on the 31st of December, that was more than anyone could imagine posible, thank you so much, once again!

They made me feel very welcome - Location , Staff , Interior , My room was clean, odor-free, and cozy 💛 The window in my room was small, with a courtyard view, and there was limited natural light. I think I was just assigned that type of room.

• zeynab (10/5): - MR CAS Hotel was simply breathtaking, words honestly can’t describe it. The room was so beautiful and cozy that you genuinely didn’t want to leave to go outside. There was something about the atmosphere that made sleep unbelievably good. The entire place was spotless clean. Housekeeping came very early and worked quickly, so you never had to worry about whether your room would be cleaned like in some other hotels. Everything smelled of luxury. The staff is on another level: incredibly friendly, accommodating, and truly hospitable. Whenever we approached them with a personal matter or question, they always had an answer and were happy to help. Special thanks to Manager Hüseyin, Cihan, and Mehmet: they truly went out of their way to make our stay as smooth and comfortable as possible.

• Jack (9/5): Lovely 17th century Ottoman vibes - Fabulous hotel, right in the heart of town (European side), only a short walk to bars and resturants. The rooms are fantastic 👌 The resturant/bar on the top floor is wonderful, worth a look if you stay! Can't complain 😌

• Corina (10/5): Better than expected - Me and my mom went to Istanbul and stayed here for 2 nights. We will def return here. The location is excellent, some reviews said it was loud, we didn t hear any noise at all. It was close to all places we wanted to see, and even to the metro which is a great way to get around ngl. And the hotel is something else than you usually see, in the best way. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved it here! Thank you!

• Zachary (10/5): A classy and vintage stay in the heart of Istiklal - Location is great, easy walking distance to bus stops and tram stops. My wife and Ioved the high ceiling room and sitting nook/reading nook overlooking the street. Staff was amazing, accommodating, and helped with delayed baggage from my flight. Breakfast was delicious, and the whole hotel was picturesque and aesthetic. Street was a bit loud, but that was anticipated given the booking location, and the staff provided earplugs which ended up really not being needed. Not really a negative, if you book this beautiful stay you should already know this in advance.
