• Thomas (7/5): - Zentrale Lage die nicht besser sein könnte. Sehr freundliches Personal. Schönes Cafe mit Möglichkeit im Freien zu sitzen. Zimmer klein, Frühstück war zwar ok aber wenig Auswahl. Zimmer auch schon in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt.

• Lisa (4/5): - L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très appréciable et permet d'accéder à la plupart des sites historiques à pieds. Le personnel de l'hôtel était également très sympathique et nous a prodigué de nombreux conseils (bien que l'un de ces conseils nous orienta vers un restaurant extremement cher par rapport à la moyenne du quartier, sans que la qualité ne soit au rendez-vous). En dehors du personnel très sympathique, et de l'emplacement favorable, je vous conseillerai de choisir un autre hôtel qui aura un meilleur rapport qualité-prix. L'hôtel affiche des réducations donnant l'impression que nous obtenons une chambre qui couterait 500euro/nuit pour seulement 130euro/nuit, alors que les chambres sont d'une qualité vraiment basique, avec des matelas relativement durs (bien loin du standard d'une chambre à 500e...) Nous avions la chambre avec terrasse au dernier étage. Celle-ci était particulièrement sale, avec les sorties d'aération à côté, et ne disposait que d'une petite table avec des vieilles chaises, sans même un endroit agréable où s'assoir, comme un transat. Nous aurions mieux fait de choisir un balcon. Les photos ne sont pas non plus conformes à la réalité selon moi, et donne une impression de chambres bien mieux entretenues qu'elles ne le sont vraiment. Les équipements sont très basiques et parfois en mauvais état. Pour le même prix, nous avons eu un très bel hôtel avec un magnifique petit-déjeuner, au bord de mer le dernier jour.
• Dorota (10/5): - Lokalizacja fantastyczna, bardzo miły i uczynny personel. Pokój komfortowy i czysty. Opis całkowicie zgodny z rzeczywistością. Ogólne wrażenie bardzo dobre. To był mój czwarty hotel w Istambule i trzeci na tej ulicy i z pewnoścą do niego jeszcze wrócę.

• David (8/5): Loved Istanbul and this hotel is located in the heart of the old town. - The staff were ALL so helpful and friendly. The room we had was quite (except for some noisy neighbours), we had some of the best sleeps. Not the fault of the hotel, but you can get some noisy neighbours banging doors and loud talking at bar closing times. We stayed 6 nights, the breakfast had become a bit boring after 3 days. Install a coffee machine and let us choose what we drink.

The location is excellent — very close to the main tourist attractions and the tram station, which makes getting around Istanbul very easy. The staff were truly amazing, very kind, helpful, and always attentive to guests’ needs. They really made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. The room was correct and comfortable for a short stay, although the hotel seems a bit dated and could benefit from some renovation to feel fresher. The breakfast was okay but somewhat limited in variety.

• Raquel (4/5): Mejorable las instalaciones, inmejorable el personal - La ubicación es inmejorable, a apenas 2-3 minutos caminando de la mezquita azul y el personal también es extraordinariamente amable y dispuesto a ayudar siempre. Éramos 3 y elegimos la habitación Terrace. Es cutre y con el tercer colchón en el suelo. Nos quejamos y amablemente nos cambiaron de habitación, en la primera planta. Esta estaba mucho mejor pero el tranvía pasa por delante y es difícil dormir. Para colmo, una de las noches hicieron una obra en un local al lado y no pegamos ojo en toda la noche. No fue culpa del hotel, pero complicó la estancia. Las almohadas no son muy cómodas tampoco. Me da pena señalar esto porque el personal es realmente amable. El desayuno es escaso y no hay cacao para los niños. Tuvimos q pagar aparte un chocolate.

• SIMI (10/5): Starší hotel v anglickém stylu, s vynikajícím personálem! Výborná kuchyně. Skvělá poloha. - Vynikající poloha hotelu Perfektní a velice ochotný personál, poradili, pomohli. Zejména oceňuji pana Hamana (nebo podobné jméno, omlouvám se), který to co slíbil také splnil. Výborná restaurace přímo v přízemí hotelu! Ůčet jsme každý večer podepsali a uhradili až na konci pobytu v celku. Nebyl doplněný šampon ve sprše po celou dobu pobytu V 1.patře byl slyšet hluk z restaurace a z ulice. To však patří ke koloritu města. Slabší snídaně, ne špatné, ale na sortimentu by mohli trochu přidat.
• ROBSON (4/5): FALTA EMPATIA - Excelente localização. Elevador estragado. Estrutura desieganizada. Café da manha deixou a desejar... mas o maior impacto negativo foi a falta de empatia do hotel: nossa mala foi extraviada no voo e pedimos para o hotel recebe-la por nos caso, em localizando, entregasse no hotel, ja que estaríamos por 2 dias na Capadocia. Era uma situação especial. O hotel se recusou a fazer isso, alegando que nao tinha espaço para guardar uma mala. Fomos a um hotel próximo e, mesmo nao estando com reservas lá, eles pudessem receber, o que foi aceito prontamente.

It was more expensive than the last time I visited, 18 months ago. Perhaps everything is.

• Charles (7/5): - Sa situation au centre des lieux principaux à visiter. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre moyennant un supplément. La chambre réservée avec terrasse était une mansarde. Atteignable par un escalier extérieur en colimaçon. WC douteux.
• S.L (8/5): Centrally located for easy walking around Sultanhamet - Central location, close to tram stop, museums, sites and cafes. Large room with big windows, comfy bed, kettle and fridge. Helpful staff ⭐️ It was a little noisy from tram and restaurant downstairs... but that was also part of the hotel's convenience. Also note that taxi is unable to stop/drop off passengers directly at the hotel but it's just a short walk around corner to Faros entry.

• Irene (8/5): - die Lage ist perfekt, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, die Betten sehr bequem. In der ersten Nacht hatte ich ein Zimmer zur Strassenseite hin, was mir zu laut war. Am nächsten Morgen konnte ich ohne Probleme in ein ruhigeres Zimmer umziehen, die Dame von der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ok, etwas Obst und eine kleine Wurstauswahl wäre schön.

• mark parker (9/5): - The location is great but you have to put up with the noise of the trams, however they do stop late at night. the room is a good size, bathroom recent reno, great shower, some of the furnishings a bit dated but that adds to the rustic character. staff very thoughtful, we left at stupid o'clock to catch a flight and so left before breakfast, they offered to make us sandwiches!

• Karen (9/5): Staff and the location of this hotel made Istanbul an easy visit. - The location could not be better. 2 minute walk to major attractions and laneways full of restaurants. The lady at the reception desk was fantastic, couldn’t do enough to help us and gave very good orientation and sightseeing information. The room was spacious and comfortable. The lighting in the room was not great. The hotel was on a main tramway route so was a little noisy, but with the windows closed we slept well.
• Daniels (10/5): Overall best hotel I’ve stayed at and I’ve been to Turkey four times now. - I really liked the size of the room, the bathroom, shower was amazing - big and good water pressure. Location was great - in the middle of our two favourite spots (Grand Bazaar and Spice Bazaar). Tram literally right outside. Loads of food places nearby. The staff were super friendly, the cleaner was exceptional. Room was cleaned properly and she even packed out things neatly. Breakfast variety not great but that’s like every hotel on Turkey.

Op loopafstand van Hagia Sofia, Blauwe Moskee en Grand Bazaar, en metro voor de deur. Top! Ziet er van binnen uit als een frans brasserietje. Ik vond het hier en daar wat achterstallig, beetje groezelig, maar dat was vooral omdat het een oud pand is.
• Stephanie (7/5): Lovely staff and good location - The staff! So lovely and helpful. Couldn't do enough for us. Great location if you want to be near the big sites. The room was a lot smaller than I was expecting. Luckily we were out and about a lot, so it wasn't too much of an issue. The room was also a bit tired as well in places and looked like it needed a bit of TLC. Breakfast could be a bit chaotic and I was expecting a slightly bigger spread, but it was adequate for our needs giving us sustenance till lunchtime..

• Lahlou (9/5): Dream Team in central Istanbul 😊 - L'emplacement et l'excellent accueil de l'équipe de réception. Toujours à l'écoute et prêt à aider. Ils sont de très bons conseils. Vous pouvez tout faire à pieds. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation. Rien. Tout était impeccable.

• Abrar Ahmed (10/5): Excellent stay +staff is awesome with manners, they extend themself for your comfort. LOVE YOU ALL. - Room was very spacious, awesome location and view of the main Sultanahmet neighborhood, The break fast has few dishes such as scrambled egg + cheese roll+ potato veges or veggies . Remaining all milk and cereal + yogurt . It an average breakfast , but fulfills your breakfast requirements As we are from Saudi Arabia & Muslims /Islamic values, we have to have a ablution shower at W/C to wash , which is missing in this Bathroom/wc , the w/c has a bidet fixing shower - which most Muslims will not use for ablution, Rest all is awesome .

• Radu Stefan (9/5): Very good location - Central position very close to important attraction in Istambul The noise from outside ( street and restaurant) was important even if it was february wirh closwd windows and not a lot of tourists). The breakfast was poor, some of the food was kept I think for a long period and the taste was unpleasant.

• Bathul (10/5): Bets place to stay at Sultanahmet - The location was 10/10, the staff were very polite and welcoming, the rooms were clean and moderately spacious Breakfast was fresh and good, but the options were limited. If there can be more options added it would be great

• Mithun (8/5): Very good hotel for value for money. - Best lication to be in Istanbul to explore. Staffs are excellent, always helping. Breakfast options were very limited.
