• Hans (7/5): Ok maar niet top. - Dichtbij luchthaven. Fijne verwarming en warme douche. Gehorig, 'goedkoop' materiaal gebruikt voor de kamers te bouwen maar is (nog) netjes, beetje lastig contact met Franstalige eigenaar, geen response op issue met sleutelkastje.

• Andrew (7/5): Fine for a short stay only issue was the tv - Plenty of room and it was clean the large bed mattress is lumpy but fine for a 1 night stay the shower was good the sofa is big but the arms seemed damaged but is fine for a shirt stay. The tv We could not get it going there was no information on how to get it to comment to the tv or how to change the language on the tv so if I was landlord I’d fix this immediately to safe other annoyed people. We had laptop so we were fine
• Kathleen (5/5): It was fine for one night - The location would have been fine if there hadn't been a national strike and we had been leaving the next day. The shower had good pressure, but was broken The front door doesn't close properly, which is a security risk. The shower is broken so the shower head doesn't stay in place. The sofa falls apart and the arms fall off it, also it is very cheap and uncomfortable. The bed in the main bedroom has an old, very soft mattress that rolls you into the middle. The soundproofing in the building makes it sound like it's make of cardboard when the upstairs neighbours move around and go to work or wherever at 6am. It was a nice looking little apartment, but just the fixtures and fittings could have been better and more comfortable.

• Daniel (2/5): Nul. - Emplacement proches de l'aéroport. Chauffage fonctionne Très compliqué à trouver. Parking devant maison quand pas squatté. Il a fallut d'agacer un peu. Un tas de poubelles éventrées dans l'entrée de la cour Vieille maison en cours de rénovation. Pas tout a fait finie. Pas de volets dans la chambre principale. Meubles vraiment cheap qui ne tiennent pas. Cabine de douche défoncée. On avait les serviettes salles des précédents locataires dans la salle de bain. Un détail , frigo éteint. Fenêtre de la chambre qui ne ferme pas non plus. Porte d'entrée qui laisse passer la lumière et le bruit. Parlant de bruit l'enfer, du bruit de la route, l'isolation est inexistante, et les voisins au dessus très bruyants. La literie est affreuse. C'est l'une de mes pires expériences d hébergement. A tel point que même si ce n'était pas remboursable, j' ai préféré louer un hôtel ailleurs plutôt que passer une autre nuit dans ce bouge. J'aurai du lire les commentaires plutôt que la note . D'ailleurs les gens quand vous dites que c'est nul ne mettez pas 7 ou 8.... Cela n'aide pas surtout quand cela vaut 2.

Vicino l aeroporto con il taxi sono.circa 5 minuti ( a piedi sconsiglio di fare il tratto per andare all aeroporto perchè sei in mezzo al niente e su strade a scorrimento veloce). Vicino la.casa diversi posti dove mangiare e raggoungibili a piedi ( noi nom siamo andati perchè era giornata di chiusura quasi per tutti)

• JULIE (6/5): Appartement propre mais sommeil perturbé ! - Appartement moderne et propre Les matelas et oreillers peu confortables et sonorisation insatisfaisante. Concrètement, on en entend les bruits des personnes vivants au dessus de l’appartement (pas et évacuation sanitaires) et on entend la circulation nocturne notamment des voitures qui klaxonnent le long de la rue- peut-être n’avons pas eu de chance car c’était un vendredi !

• Dijana (2/5): - The apartment is close to the airport There is also an excellent Italian pizzeria/restaurant near the apartment. There was no heating or hot water all night and it was 4 degrees outside. In the morning the owner tried to convince us that we could fix the water heater ourselves, although he knew that it was impossible because everything was sealed in a box and we would have to have tools with us to even open it, but at 10 he sent a repairman to fix it because I called Booking and said I will not leave the apartment until I took a shower. As far as I can see, this thing with heating and hot water happens all the time. Also, the neighbors above were dragging something or jumping all night and you can't sleep because of them. There was no heating, but no blankets either, so we had to sleep in our clothes so as not to freeze because in the apartment you only get one thin blanket. Also only small children can sleep in the room with the bunk bed. Mattresses and pillows are a disaster.

Dairenin ısıtma sistemi kapalı olduğundan girdiğimizde çok soğuktu ısıtma sistemini açmamıza rağmen ertesi gün bile daire tam anlamıyla ısınmadı. Havaakanına çok yakın fakat taksi, uber, otobüs gibi olanakları kısıtlı olması sebebiyle 45 dakika araç aradıktan sonra 40 dakika bavullarla yağmurda ve soğukta yürümek zorunda kaldık.

• Valeriia (10/5): Very comfortable stay with a wonderful host — we would happily come back again. - The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was nice and well equipped, and the shower was hot and lovely, which was especially great in winter. One room had a bunk bed, and the other room had a very comfortable king-size bed. At first it felt a bit cold because it was winter, but once we turned on the heating, the apartment warmed up very quickly — we were pleasantly surprised. The apartment also had nice tea and coffee. The host was amazing, very kind and flexible. Nothing — everything was great.

• Di Lodovico (6/5): Bene ma si può migliorare - La casa era grande e comoda per ospitare 6 persone con il parcheggio proprio davanti la porta ed a 5 minuti dall'aeroporto. La porta d'ingresso lasciava passare il freddo perché non perfettamente allineata. Eravamo in 6 ma abbiamo trovato solo 5 asciugamani e nonostante ne avessimo richiesto uno in più non ci è mai stato portato. Le dotazioni della casa assolutamente non adeguate per il numero degli ospiti ed i giorni di permanenza (un solo sacchetto dell'immondizia, carta igienica insufficiente, stoviglie piccole, per pulire solo una vecchia spugna e sapone per i piatti...)

• Ana Jesús (7/5): Muy bien situado, aparcamiento en la puerta, ideal para dormir si vas al aeropuerto - La ubicación es fenomenal, muy cerca del aeropuerto, fácil llegada y muy detallada en las instrucciones, a falta de una mejor explicación de como cerrar la puerta de entrada, es cierto que dentro tienes un cartel que indica como hacerlo, pero no estaría de mas que lo pusiera en las instrucciones que envía, estuvimos un rato intentando cerrar hasta que las vimos. La casa estaba calentita y había café, infusiones y leche, si llegas por la noche se agradecen esos detalles. Aparcamiento en la misma puerta. Para pasar una noche esta genial. Los colchones de las camas son muy malos, sobre todo el de matrimonio, había un agujero en la pared de ese cuarto y en algún otro sitio, podrían taparlos, trasmite falta de mantenimiento.

• Koen (8/5): Comfortable place to stay for a trip to Belgium, or if you need to be at the airport early in the morning. - Located close to the airport, and ample parking space. Spacious apartment with private kitchen and bathroom. Very helpful host! The address of the accommodation was not entirely easy to find; it would help if there were some photos from the outside, or a map with some directions. The apartment is also a bit atmosphereless, maybe it would be nice to add some plants and decoration.

• Wendy (5/5): Niet weer voor ons - Het was schoon en fris. Host was erg vriendelijk per mail. Appartement is netjes in gericht maar geen kwaliteit. Jammer dat voor het nasturen van vergeten items de hoofdprijs wordt gevraagd! Heel gehorig, slechte kwaliteit, stoelen, bank en bed. We waren bij vertel een jas vergeten. Nasturen kostte 50 euro!!! Ongelofelijk slechte service voor wat dat betreft.

• Cherki (4/5): Es war sehr schlecht 1 Kind war ohne Bettwäsche die Kontaktperson hat nicht mehr auf meine Frage reagiert! Einfach miser - Wir sind eine Familie 2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder. Wir mussten leider feststellen dass Bettwäsche nur für 5 Personnen vorhanden sind. Ich habe das Gestern gemeldet und ob jemand uns Bettwäsche vorbeibringen kann? Die Antwort bitte rum in der Wohnung in den Schränken vielleicht finden Sie was! Das war echt Frechheit. Wenn man eine Reservierung für 6 Personnen bestätigt dann muss man dafür sorgen dass sie die entsprechenden Equipment sonst soll die Wohnung für maximal 5 und suche woanders weiter! Stattdessen bombardieren sie mich mit Dutzenden und sehr langen Nachrichten was ich nicht vergessen darf u d was ich tun soll! Ich würde die Wohnung überhaupt nicht empfehlen und über booking schon gar nicht ich bin sehr enttäuscht!! Ich finde hier booking macht zu wenig!

• Eris (10/5): Clean place in a good location, but no hot water ruined the experience. - The apartment was clean and had a modern look. The location is convenient for an overnight stay near the airport. There was no hot water during our stay, which made it very difficult, especially with children. This was a major issue and should be fixed immediately.
• Anandhi (8/5): Good stay next to the CRL airport! - Big property, close to the Charles roi airport (10 mins by car, not walk-able as the approaching roads don't have a walkway). The house was quite big and had all essentials in the kitchen. Finding the property was a big task, the house number is somewhat hidden from the road's view. There are houses upstairs, and we could hear people walk/run at night.

• Claire (3/5): Absolutely awful - The Pillows in the bedrooms were completely flat. They made for a dreadful nights sleep. There was no quilt in the living room for our child sleeping in there. The guests upstairs were VERY noisy from midnight until around 2.30am. The apartment was freezing.

• Aki (4/5): No sleep - Property was clean and nice. The neighbor upstairs kept me awake all night. They were awake the whole night, and every step or any other movement could be heard in my apartment. Around 5 AM, they likely turned on the washing machine. Not good!
• Viktor (8/5): Apartment close to the airport - The apartment is real close to the Charleroi airport, free parking. A dishwasher would be an advantage.
• Bence (6/5): It's perfect as transit accommodation, but longer stays are not recommended for families. - Ideal for transit accommodation, the double bed is comfortable and the Wi-Fi is fast and good quality. Spacious parking in front of the house. The value for money is very good. It was difficult to find the property as the Google Maps position was inaccurate. The house numbers are hard to see in the dark (many places don't have them) and it took us 10 minutes to find the right door. The shutters in the property are difficult to operate and dirty. The bunk bed was not very comfortable. The atmosphere of the apartment could do with some improvement, the lack of furnishings is a bit overwhelming. The cleanliness is not 100%, there are holes in the walls and many places are dirty. Externally the property looks like a building under renovation, not very inspiring. I would not recommend a longer stay, especially for families - however, it is perfect as transit accommodation.
• Raluca (5/5): Not confortable - The place is spacious. There were many mosquitos in the apartment and the beds were not comfortable at all. The towels looked very used and old. The location has a coffee machine, but without coffee. There is no air conditioning. The bedrooms are shady.

• Konstantinos (8/5): Comfortable and convenient stay - Quiet area, parking in front of the appartment, very close to the airport. The appartment is well equiped and offers a comfortable stay. Picking up the key from a lockbox allows you to arrive at any time convenient for you. The appartment could be a bit cleaner (we found hair from previous guests in some corners) and it would be nice if there was some coffe and tea at least for the first day since there is nothing in walking distance.
