• Alessandro (9/5): Super satisfatória - Localização excelente, tem mercados e restaurantes nas proximidades, perto do Central Park e em frente ao Morning Park. A mesa da cozinha poderia ser maior para acomodar familias grandes como a minha. REcomendo uma mesa retratil.
• Alessandro (5/5): Foi bem satisfatóirio, pois como passávamos a maior parte do dia fora não influenciou muito o espaço - Localização excelente e 4 quartos Limpeza dos utensilios de cozinha, os lençois e colchoes são velhos, estavam limpos, mas por serem velhos da um aspecto não muito bom. A mesa da cozinha é muito pequena, como estavamos em 7 pessoas tinha que comer na cama ou em pé.

• Andrea (10/5): - Todo fué excelente. La verdad no tengo ninguna queja del lugar. Está muy bien ubicado, el apartamento es muy acogedor, las camas son muy cómodas, la cocina tiene todo lo necesario para prepararte comidas, café, calentar en el microondas. La nevera no enfriaba mucho pero eso no fué un inconveniente para nosotros ya que estuvimos en invierno y todo permanecía frío, además el congelador funcionaba a la perfección. Siempre tuvimos nuestra ropa limpia ya que contamos con la lavadora dentro del apartamento. Cuando necesitamos algo nos respondían casi que de inmediato en el correo. Además fueron muy atentos con nuestros requerimientos y nos ayudaron a la hora del check in ya que llegamos muy temprano y no teníamos donde quedarnos para esperar la entrega del apartamento y nos moriamos de frío afuera, y ellos hicieron lo posible por limpiar y dejar todo listo en el menor tiempo para que nosotros pudiéramos ingresar con anticipación ya que teníamos dos niños y dos adultos mayores que no soportaban más el frío. En definitiva es un lugar que volvería a escoger para una próxima visita a New York con mi familia. Algunas baldosas de los baños estaban sueltas y al tener niños pequeños podrían ser peligrosas para ellos ya que podían cortarse.
• Vishalraj (10/5): - I had a fantastic stay here during a trip to New York in December. The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the city. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance or a short trip away, which made the whole experience incredibly convenient. The accommodation itself was comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed for a few days in the city. After long days exploring New York in the winter, it was great to come back somewhere warm and relaxing. Overall, it was a great base for a December trip to New York, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located and comfortable place to stay. I’d happily stay here again on a future visit.

• NOUIB (10/5): A very enjoyable experience, combining comfort, cleanliness, and excellent accessibility. - During my stay at 4 Bedroom Paradise next to Central, I was particularly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the premises, the quality and variety of the amenities provided, as well as the ideal proximity to public transportation, which greatly facilitated getting around. o be honest, there was nothing in particular to report; everything was up to my expectations.
• Patrick (3/5): Touristen-Abfertigung! Günstig ja, aber das ist an der falschen Stelle gespart! - Ruhige Lage, allerdings schon relativ weit außerhalb. Wir hatten einen defekten Kühlschrank – ein Problem, das laut anderen Bewertungen offenbar seit Längerem bekannt ist. Umso unverständlicher ist es, dass hier offenbar nichts unternommen wurde. Nachdem der Hausmeister den Kühlschrank nicht reparieren konnte, wurde uns ein Ersatzgerät zugesichert. Geliefert wurde dieses jedoch erst nach mehreren Tagen und wiederholten Nachfragen – ausgerechnet am Vorabend unserer Abreise, sodass wir faktisch nichts mehr davon hatten. Der Gipfel der Unverschämtheit war dann der angeblich „neue“ Kühlschrank: Er wurde völlig verdreckt und verschmutzt wortlos in die Wohnung gestellt und nicht einmal angeschlossen. Auf mehrere Beschwerde-Nachrichten an die Verwaltung reagierte man lediglich mit Vertröstungen. Obwohl wir darauf hingewiesen haben, dass wir sämtliche Lebensmittel entsorgen mussten und um Erstattung gebeten haben, blieb eine zugesagte Entscheidung bis heute aus – trotz mehrfacher Erinnerungen. So ein Umgang mit zahlenden Gästen ist schlicht nicht akzeptabel

• Joanna (4/5): - Blisko metro. Opóźnienie w zameldowaniu. Zepsuta lodówka. Mało miejsca do spożycia posiłku, małe sypialnie. Brudno i karaluch w pokoju.
• Alberto (6/5): Falta de mantenimiento. - Buena ubicación, 4 cuartos, 2 baños completos. Las fotos de la publicación muestran mejores condiciones de las reales. El departamento pudo haber estado más limpio, muchos focos fundidos, baño sucio, toallas sucias, se cayó una parte del techo en nuestra estadía, cables colgados, no había detector de humo. 2 puertas no cerraban y uno de los cuartos sin cortina ni persiana.
• alessio (8/5): Con la famiglia a Nyc - Ottima posizione , in zona tranquilla e ben servita dai mezzi , a due passi da Central Park . Appartamento ben fornito , le 4 camere e i due bagni erano ideali per il soggiorno del nostro gruppo. Abbiamo potuto fare la spesa e cucinare spesso a casa , avendo con noi due bambini è stato molto comodo. Comunicazioni veloci ed efficaci con i gestori . Piccoli problemi agli elettrodomestici ( congelatore non funzionante, la lavastoviglie perdeva un po' d' acqua ) . I gestori hanno ricevuto lamentele per rumori , che provenivano però da altri appartamenti.

• Айнур (1/5): Считали дни пока уедем, самая жуткая квартира - Оборудованная кухня Нет свежести. Окна невозможно открыть и от этого нет циркуляции воздуха. 4 этаж без лифта, в подьезде пока поднимешься жуткий запах. Шторка в ванной комнате пахла ужасно, что лишний раз заходить боялся

• Chen (10/5): Out of 10, I would give it an 8 or even a 9 - The accommodation is very quiet and the location is the principle of the main road. If you're just looking for a good place to sleep. This can be a good choice. But if you're willing to cook your own meals, the range hood will keep you satisfied. The door lock of the room may have to be changed, which is a bit annoying

• Beth (1/5): Bad - The staff was very unhelpful and hard to get a hold of Everything! We never even stayed here because there was no parking available in which you have to search in the posting to find. Which NY, I get that but there were zero local parking garages that could accommodate us on top of it. We spent around and hour and a half to find a garage or space on the side of the road and we're sadly disappointed with zero findings.
