Guest Reviews
- Krystal (4/5): Not worth the money - The view is the only thing to really like. There are many things wrong with this apartment if you look a little closer. Honestly, you're just paying for the view.
They don't tell you the intercom isn't connected. The lift is slow as all hell. All you can hear is wind squealing from under the front door even with everything closed up.
The water pressure sucks so bad
The light switches are weird buttons and you can't turn off the master bathroom lights fully.
You can't close the master bathroom fully see through glass door, so forget any privacy whilst trying to poop in there. The master batroom shower reminds me of a men's bathroom urinal and water just goes everywhere. The water pressure is so slow that the bath takes 2 hours to fill. One bathroom sink is clogged.
The shower head in the main bathroom is dodgy af.
It's a combo washer dryer which is a nightmare, it'll take 10 hours to dry anything, too bad if it's pouring like it was when I was there.
The garage is a freaking nightmare to navigate and they park in it so narrow only a tiny car could really fit and even then you're lucky to not scrape the walls.
Getting the keys from 2km away is annoying as well especially if you don't drive.
- Roy (6/5): A few issues - Convenient location, close to public transport, lovely view We were not advised of key pick up and return before we booked this apartment! Very annoying. It was a major issue for us to have to hire a taxi to pick up the room key and another to return it after our stay. to the office. The office is some 3km and some time through traffic away from the apartment.
We asked to be allowed to leave the key in the apartment on leaving, but were advised that all guests abide by their process.
We had a plane to catch and it was a hassle and cost we did not need. Other places we have stayed at have had a representative meet us at a property with keys on arrival and allowed us to leave the keys in their apartment on leaving
The Single beds were not as we would expect, instead they were the roll under variety and short for two 6 ft people. We arrived to them separated out and nicely made up but then there was No place to put clothing because then the bed was hard against the wardrobe.
The open wet-room type shower in the second bathroom had the washing machine at one end.
There was only one lift operating for all of the people in the 20 story building, throughout our 12 day stay. The pool was empty.
A resident of the building explained to us that the apartments were not supposed to be used for letting out to short stay people.
- Tracey (8/5): Very good - Location and view were incredible. We Bathrooms were a bit weird and not any instructions for using the appliances.
- Jodie (1/5): Bad - View Aircon did not work, lights blown, very small single beds floor height in 2nd bedroom, dirty patio
- Rwb (9/5): Superb - Location
- Abdi (10/5): Best australia day view & location - Best swan river & fireworks view during australia day Sliding bathroom door in the main bedroom was stiff and hard to open/close
- Rizza (10/5): Exceptional -
- Trevor (9/5): Superb -
- Kevin (9/5): Spacious apartment in good location with excellent views - Excellent views and spacious apartment in a great location Could improve beds and pillows. Would be great is audio system made ready to use and with instructions.
- Yasri (10/5): Awesome!!! - View and location were superb. Not that I can think of.
- Chun (8/5): Very good - It’s a fantastic apartment with amazing views. Kate from the Staycay Team has been wonderful in helping me with my queries on light switches and storage of my luggage.
- Nick (10/5): Exceptional - the location was awesome and the views were unbelievable we couldn't think of anything we didn't like, the rooms were very clean and comfy, kitchen amenities were very good and easy to use, would highly recommend
- Rumana (10/5): Great location - Clean & water view
- Kahkeong (9/5): Magnificent views of the swan. Buy a few magnificent bottles of red, some cheese and snacks and just chill in the balco - The views were impeccable Master bedroom Bed is slightly too soft for me. Aircon wasn’t 100% .
- Madeline (9/5): Superb - Great location and well equipped Shower in the main bathroom was dreadful… looked like it was about to fall out the ceiling and the water leaked out the sides. However that would be our only complaint, everything else was perfect
- Rochelle (7/5): Good - Amazing location - close to everything! Was a pain to have to go so far to pick up and drop off the keys.
The sliding door out onto the deck from the lounge needs some TLC as it was very stiff and two of the sliders were fixed together.
- Craig (5/5): Nice location, over priced - The location The mould on the roof in spare bathroom
Some fittings didn't work
Needs more regular maintenance
Draws and cupboards where packed full of random things with no limited storage for our own things
Main shower twin heads is a waste of time as not enough water pressure and hot water to run both showers
The aircon sounds like there's a tornado in the room, needs servicing
The spa in the building hasn't worked or been cleaned for some time. Bloody tampon and other discusting rubbish in it
The balcony sliding doors are very hard to open, needs maintenance
