• Ramos Topham (7/5): Londres siempre es bien - Alojamiento no esta en el centro de Londres pero está bien ubicado porque las conexiones del metro son buenas. No había toallas de mano, ni cuchillo para cortar el queso, ni tijeras. Preguntado para que nos pusieran toallas de cara y mano nos indicaron que tiene coste extra y que el cuchillo para cortar queso no lo ponen por seguridad.

• PAUL (4/5): I do not recommend you to stay there! - The location is o.k. The apartment was dirty. The bed linen was not changed before I moved in. The curtains were broken and two strips were missing, it was very difficult to have privacy. The washing machine was full of wet bed linen. So I had to dry it to get clean bed linen and towels. Bad, very bad service! In fact there was no service at all. I do not recommend you to stay there!

• Diego (7/5): Overall, I liked it. The pros outweigh the cons. - - Property is exactly like the photos. Very modern and fancy looking. - Good neighbourhood. - Clean and spacious. - Fast wifi - Good location with lots of transportation and grocery stores close by. - The process of retrieving the keys looks like a scavenger hunt, but not a fun one. Unnecessarily convoluted, with outdated photos to guide you. Luckily they also included a small video so once I got some internet to watch it, I was able to find it. - The host only answers by Whatsapp, so if you don't have the app you're dead in the water as they don't pick up the phone. We tried calling them on the phone number provided but only an answering machine responded. - The booking advertised "Streaming service (like Netflix)". It doesn't have any streaming service nor TV channels. You can only use Netflix if you already have an account yourself. The only thing I managed to use was Youtube and the TV struggled a bit (the internet was fast so I would say it's because the TV is a bit on the older side) and had to be restarted quite a few times. - They also offer dishwasher machine, but there are no pods available in the property. The host said I should procure them myself, which doesn't make sense to me (you can't buy pods in small quantities). I had to manually wash everything.
• Patricia (8/5): - Clean, modern, spacious & well equipped apartment. Great location, surrounding facilities included Mini marts, cafes, restaurants, bars, cinema ,& outdoor sitting areas. Loved the diverse neighbourhood, felt very safe walking day & night. Apartment hosts were very responsive & gave clear instructions. Lack of air-conditioning, I may have misunderstood that it had air-conditioning. Double bed was too low & too soft, so slept on quite narrow single bed.

• Laura (9/5): Nice apartment in central London - The apartment is very well located near several metro and train stations, and in a secure and quiet building. The communication with the host was great and the check-in process very straightforward. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was very clean. The kitchen needs more utensils and cutlery as currently there are very few of those

• Blackmur (10/5): Exceptional - Location great, apartment has everything and was very spacious and the en-suite was as good as it gets. Special shout out to my host, Sam Peers, an excellent host, kept me fully updated during the whole process. I slept in the double bed and matress was ever so slightly hard for me.
• Kim (5/5): Disappointed - Nice and clean. Management company were super on communication. Very helpful polite and caring (until the very last issue we had) excellent clear instructions. Lovely modern equipped apartment. Great location for us with amenities close by. Specifically asked for three beds, as three adults travelling. Arrived to find it was a double and a single. When I phoned they did say there was a sofa bed! They would get back to us. Waited around for a never to be received call. Ended up having to make the sofa bed up with a spare duvet and pillow. I like my friends but not to share a bed with on a very hot summer night with the bed against a wall also.Could not get the air con to work (if it was air con) no instructions and it was so hot. TV didn't work. No signal - because there was no aerial!

• Sabrina (10/5): Great central place to stay, with desk and good wifi - Sam Peers has been an excellent host, he guided me through check-in and check-out, how to access the apartment and was always available to answer my questions. I had to change my check-in time the same day and there were no issues at all. Beautiful apartment, well insulated, with space to work from there if needed, very clean.

• Foley (1/5): Dont do it if u dont use whatsapp - Nothing I booked this apartment as i needed it for the night There checkin time is 15-21:00 i left to drive there around 8 it took me 45mins . Once i arrived the to the address at 8:45 i was unable to find the property so i attempted to call the number (no answer) i then messaged the property upon seeing they had messaged me while i was driving saying they have attempted to call me multiple times and that they will give me a grace period until 21:05 (no one had called me) After seeing this i attempted to call the number provided and message again multiple times no response so i contacted booking .com they told me to wait 45 mins in which i booked another accommodation. After 30mins booking.com contacted me saying the host is still willing to accommodate me however no one other than booking.com had contacted me. I then noticed on the reviews that the host will contact you via whatsapp however i dont have whatsapp so just confused why they couldn’t call my actual phone number. So in hindsight if you do not have/use whatsapp DO NOT BOOK! Booking.com ended up refunding me
• Carl (10/5): Exceptional - Location was great, close to tube, tower bridge etc. Clean overall and nice bathroom. Quiet building as well. dishwashing tablets would have been a plus

• Jon (4/5): Disappointing - The location was excellent The apartment was very cold, the towels were dirty and despite advertising parking, there was no parking included or available at all. Check in was fine in the end, but the amount of texts and calls was over the top.

The house was very clean and overall very comfortable. The key handover process was extremely easy. The location was excellent. I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip. • Sean (8/5): Central apartment minutes from Aldgate East - Perfect for me visiting London for a trade show needing to close to the ExCel (20 mins by tube). Clean and tidy and plenty of amenities nearby. Dishwasher tablets would have been helpful. A small thing though.
