- Nenad (8/5): Great location for sightseeing - Location, location, location. This charming apartment is close to the underground and train stations, as well in the walking distance to parks, shopping streets, restaurants, pubs and museums. At the same time, it is located in very quiet and peaceful street. The beds were very comfy and warm enough so we could rest well. The apartment has many useful amenities that might be needed during a longer stay. There is wifi that worked flawlessly so we could easily stream movies on Netflix. It was very easy to check in and out. The communication from the host was at times a bit late. We only got the check instructions in the arrival day which made us already nervous. However, it went well in the end. The heating was off when we arrived and the windows in the bedrooms were open (it was Christmas time) so it was very cold. We managed to turn on the heating on our own (the instructions came only next day). It took a day until the apartment was properly warm so the first night was not good. The smaller bedroom was always cold as the heating was permanently turned off (there is a small electric heater provided but you can't use it longer than few minutes). The apartment is spread over three levels, which involves a lot of walking up and down the stairs. I imagine that it would be difficult for some people. However it is mentioned in the apartment description. There is TV in the living room but not a single cable channel. BBC could be watched using installed application though. There are also no speakers or radios. Since we could hear the people from the next apartment talking, I believe the reason is to keep the noise down as the sound insolation might be poor.

- Karolina (9/5): Highly recommend. - Fantastic location very close to Regent’s Park. Quiet street full of pretty mews houses. The host was very attentive during our stay. The only negative is that I thought there was a parking space but the parking space is tiny and would only fit a tiny car. It does specify parking for a ‘city car’ in the description but I didn’t clock this until we arrived.

It had good kitchen , great living room and bedrooms. The host ensured we have everything what we need . Our stay was very convenient and comfortable. Loved it👍 None
- S (1/5): We regret that in spite of paying full amount, received confirmation, we could not access property - We regret to inform that in spite of paying full amount in advance and received confirmation, we could not access this property on arrival at the property. We tried to contact the host mobile number and did not get any response. Eventually we managed to get a text message to say, they usually do not rent for one day. We did not receive any information regarding and we family of four planned spen quality time in London, and had to book a hotel paying a lot late in the evening. I tried to send mail to customer services@booking.com, but no luck so far. If I do not get any response I am forced to proceed legally. We tried to contact the host mobile number and did not get any response. Eventually we managed to get a text message to say, they usually do not rent for one day. We did not receive any information regarding and we family of four planned spen quality time in London, and had to book a hotel paying a lot late in the evening. I tried to send mail to customer services@booking.com, but no luck so far. Why did it accept booking for 1 day. accept money, confirmed booking and did not respond or return the money so far.

- Deborah (8/5): Apart from the shower issue, great place and location. - Fabulous location with train, bus, eateries and supermarkets nearby. Beautiful Regent Gardens within walking distance. Comfortable place overall. The shower wasn’t working so we had to use the bath .
- Katarina (9/5): Great! - Location location location!! 2 min to regent park, 2 min baker street, 15 min walk to selfridges 🤗 …. Absolutely great. Loved the living room space, very comfy and lovely. The narrow steep stairs are a challenge, especially if you have a serious shopping habit l! But also a part of the charm of the property.
