• Emily (8/5): Though small, phenomenal view - The view as well as the location were phenomenal. The apartment was very centrally located within easy walk to everything downtown. The best feature of all was that the apartment was right across from the beach. The apartment is very small without space to spread out. Although there is a countertop against the living room wall for eating, the countertop wasn't spacious or comfortable since the toaster and kettle were also located there. The water heater was not big enough for two people to take showers one right after the other. We had to wait a few hours for the next person to shower.

• Oliver (10/5): Super Lage ! - Reizendes Appartement im 10. Stock eines sehr gepflegten Hochhauses direkt am Strand Malagueta. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Tolle Lage ! Zur Altstadr und zum tollen Hafen sind es wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Die Aussicht ist gigantisch, der kleine Balkon wurde von uns zum Frühstücken und auch mittags und abends zum Essen und einfach nur sitzen viel genutzt. Der Strand und das Meer: klasse ! Das Parken des Mietwagens ist sehr schwierig ! In der Umgebung gibt es wenige freie Plätze und nur Parkautomaten (kostenpflichtig immer von 9-14 und 16-20 Uhr, nur Sonntags frei). EasyPark ist möglich, funktioniert aber nicht „in Verlängerungen“. Kontrolliert wird oft. Der Strafzettel kostet 100,-€ ! Parkgaragen gibt es für 40,-€ am Tag. Das ist tatsächlich nervig

It’s right on the beach, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the old town—yet still just a 15-minute walk away. The unit is compact and tidy, perfectly suited for two people, though it might feel a bit tight for three. The furnishings are minimal but of good quality. One of the best perks is being able to stroll across the street and dive straight into the sea. A supermarket is conveniently located just behind the building. Be mindful not to confuse it with the “Markets” along the beachfront—those not actual grocery stores. If you’re planning to prep breakfast or light meals, the supermarket is the place . The street out front tends to stay busy, and parking spots are almost always occupied. This can make arrivals and departures a bit tricky, as it’s hard to find a nearby spot to stop. It’s also wise to allow extra time when leaving, since taxis or Ubers may take longer to arrive. If you can, wake up early to catch the sunrise—it’s absolutely breathtaking as it rises over the Mediterranean. In that moment, you’ll likely feel that the premium for this location was well worth it.

• Natalia (10/5): Amazing! - Location is great, directly at the beach, incredible views. The apartment is very modern, clean, full of light and air. A/c works perfectly, it had everything we could potentially need, including coffee already put into the coffee maker. A very nice welcome touch was having cold drinks and olives for us. Very comfortable bed and solid shower with good water pressure.

Apartment is small and compact, clean and comfortable, white towels, good TVs, has everything you need including hair straightener and spices left behind by previous people. It is near the beach and 15 minutes walk from town centre. Nothing to complain about

The balcony is where you will spend all of your time! The pillows were very uncomfortable, and there were no extras to choose from.
