• Erik (2/5): Cheap stay but very cheap building plus very poor communication from owner - Only provided with a picture of the building and a door code. Attempted entry into the front door and was unable. Another renter came along and the building is being rented out as each room, except ours. Ours was around the back in a co vetted porch. Found numerous code violations that would shut the building down. Cleanliness, door would not shut completely, directions to the unit poor, landlord spoke to me my email primarily in another language. Room was run down and dirty.
• Joyce (5/5): Appreciate the roof over my head and very close to shops - The host was very sweet getting us in sooner. Very clean, and the price was good. Maybe not the right fit for seniors. Inside Door handle came off trying to close it that night. No wash clothes. And being deaf on one side and 50 percent on the other I was a little worried not having a fire alarm. I do think it would have been helpful to know that they did not speak English and I flunked Spanish 58 yrs ago🤣 .

Good directions to locate room and unlock door. Owner sent messages and responded quickly. Cleaner used had a strong odor. 1 set of dishes for 2 people. Mattress rolled towards the middle. Loud voices and machinery outside. Outlet in bathroom doesn't work so can't use hair dryer. Broken tiles on floor. No shampoo or conditioner. Only a bedspread on the bed. Packing tape on the lock. Un'eventuale walkway is a tripping hazard. Cushion on chair was wet.

• isabel (8/5): Buena relación calidad precio y bien conectado con downtown - La ropa de cama , el micro hondas, el refrigerador , el aire acondicionado , el amplio baño, la limpieza , el armario , bien comunicado aunque en una zona algo deprimida Habria que mejorar los enchufes . Tuve que comprar un cargador y solo se podía cargar en baño al lado del WC. El adaptador que compré en España me ha servido en todos los establecimientos que he visitado estos días . Era problema de sus tomas de electricidad . No son muy amables ni te dan tips

• Lucas (6/5): OK for an overnight stay. - The place was clean. The lady who attended to me was a little impersonal. She stood outside the room while explaining how the AC worked. There were two ACs. The one working was dependent on a remote that I did not know how to operate. I did not realize the fact until she had left. The exchange was a bust!

• Narciso (1/5): never back again - only the AC and the place Sorry to tell you this but never I was told that bed shouldn't be change it daily never did it, the tv never works, roaches, the main gate should be looked all the time never, did it the owner when i questioned her about the tv she said that's property does not belong, to me she disappear for the rest of her life,
