• Antonis (10/5): Great stay! - The apartment was in the heart of Athens and next to a lot ot amenities, cafes, restaurants, shops etc. The apartment was spacious, access to the apartment was easy and host was kind and ready to help!

• Irma (8/5): Overall, the apartment is fine for 2–3 people, but not suitable for 5 - What I really liked about the property was the location it was absolutely perfect. Everything was working properly, and there was plenty of parking nearby, even though the apartment itself didn’t have parking. The owner (or manager) was also very attentive, always writing to us, giving us information, and making sure our stay was going well. Thank you very much! What I really did not like was the check-in. It was very annoying and confusing open this, put the code here, if you don’t find the code there… honestly too complicated. Another issue was the hot water: when you arrive and want to take a shower, you can’t. You have to wait around 30 minutes for the water to get warm, which was very frustrating. Yes, the sheets were clean, but the floor was very dusty. The big problem was that there was no brush or vacuum provided, so for the two days we stayed, we had nothing to clean the floor with. Since the building itself was also dirty, and the entrance of the apartment leads straight inside (no small hallway to leave shoes), the floor should definitely be cleaned more or at least a brush should be available for guests. Another important point: the apartment is not suitable for five people, as advertised. In reality, it works for a couple with one child. There are two sofa beds, but they are not true doubles only one person can sleep on each. So with us being two couples and one child, there was no privacy at all. One couple had to stay in the living room, while the other shared the bedroom with the child. For three people it would be perfect, but for five it’s really not.

• Sumeeth Cyriac (9/5): Apartment in centre of Syntagma Square.. - Clean residential apartment on 1st floor..price ratio was OK..2 AC in rooms..large bathroom..functional kitchen..no oven..but microwave present..sofa bed adequate..lots of storage place..location superb..eateries all around..washing machine provided.. large separate sofa in bedroom..comfortable for 4-5 ppl.. Checkin date time slight confusion with host which was sorted out..entry into apartment building at night a bit tricky and tedious but I guess for security reasons it's OK..no oven..
• Wilko (8/5): Een appartement dat qua locatie fijn is om de stad te verkennen. - De locatie van dit appartement is erg goed als je de stad wilt bekijken. Het is een veilige buurt. Je zit direct om de hoek van het winkelgebied en het parlementsgebouw is op enkele minuten loopafstand. Je loopt in een paar minuten naar metrostation Syntagma. De wijk Plaka kun je lopend verkennen. Het appartement is schoon en veilig. Het ziet er allemaal nog vrij nieuw uit. De slaapbanken liggen niet erg lekker, maar voor 2 nachten was het voor ons prima. Het appartement is erg gehorig. Ook al zijn de ramen dicht, toch lijkt het alsof ze wijd openstaan. Alle geluiden van buiten hoor je (auto-alarmen, sirenes en scooters) waardoor je vaak wakker wordt.

• khalid (8/5): - Several things were great; Location, amenities, detailed instructions, safety of building, staff follow up, and value for money When I closed both sofa beds, there was a lot of dust under them. Those were the only uncleaned areas! The rest was very clean.

It is close to trains, monuments and shopping and eateries places.includes a small kitchen, sofabed and washing machine. Very modern apartment. It can get a bit noisy at night on the street due to location. I am a light sleeper but it didnt bother the rest of the family. Only a preference
• Abir (9/5): Superb - The location. The apartment is clean ,very comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed staying there. There is a high step to enter the bathroom so be careful at night. WiFi is not always speedy.

• Arthur (9/5): We had two seperate stays here for 4 and 5 nights respectively and enjoyed our time immensely. - Location was excellent, close to all attractions and cafes, restaurants and shopping. Communications with the host was great and his recommendations for attractions, food and shopping were really appreciated. The only thing that disappointed me slightly was the wifi connection, which was poor at times. Not a big deal but I would also suggest that for stays of 4 or 5 nights (which is what we did) some additional kitchen utensils such as sharper knifes or scissors and a dustpan or vacuum cleaner could be supplied.

• Deanna (10/5): Great location, great amenities, clean, affordable and only 2 blocks to the best Gelato in the city. - Athenian apartments are centrally located. They are just 2 blocks from Syntagma Square on Voulis in between Ermou and Periklious. This place is in an unassuming location, in reality this place was a gem. My husband and I have stayed in other locations near the Greco Project off of Ermou, but as we have gotten down the road from our first visit to Athens 10 years ago, prices have risen considerably with even the more affordable options. We found the Athenian Apartments on Booking.com so blessed we did. This is a fairly large place with a separate bedroom, included a kitchenette, living room and a dining table. The place was modern and clean and well worth the price. There is not one thing we didn’t like.

• Elenif65 (8/5): Great location but can be very noisy - Convenient location for Athens stay. Central to all major attractions and locations of interest. Check in & out communication from host was great. Apartment was clean and spacious enough for 2 people. This is out of the host's hands; for 2 of our 3 night stay there was a lot of noise from a nearby venue. Really loud music from 11:30pm to about 3:00am in the morning. There were double glazed windows but did not help with the noise. Generally there is a lot of street noise at all hours. This is the price you pay for being in the middle of the city.

• Georgia (7/5): Excellent location but could improve the windows to prevent cold & noise - We noticed a draft coming through the windows, causing us to feel cold at night. Additionally, the lack of soundproofing in the windows resulted in some noise disturbance, especially in the morning as it is a very central location.
