• CHRISTOPHE (9/5): Merveilleux - L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal. IL se situe à 1170 M d'altitude avec une vue imprenable sur Montreux et le lac Léman. De plus le train à crémaillère qui monte jusqu'au Rocher de Naye s'arrête juste à côté. Le personnel est très professionnel et sympathique. Le bâtiment ancien sous forme de chalet est atypique et est un lieu de pause déjeuner et diner certainement très connu et réputé pour ses plats de qualité ainsi que ses desserts. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité. Sans surprise, puisque c'est bien noté dans le détail de certaines chambres, les sanitaires sont en commun et plutôt vétustes. Nous sommes dépendant de la propreté et du respect des autres clients...

• Daniel (5/5): Für einmal ok, jedoch nur wegen der Lage und Aussicht, für den Preis pro Nacht erwarten wir uns mehr. - Super Lage, wunderschöner Ausblick. Sehr teuer für wenig Essen Frühstück sehr wenig zur Auswahl Zimmer Alpine, schön und gut wenn man dass so nennt, jedoch für 200€ pro Nacht erwartet man ein gemütliches Bett und angenehme Kissen, was jedoch nicht da war, wir haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht und die war sehr unangenehm. Zimmer sind auch sehr hellhörig.

The second floor has only shared toilets and a shared bathroom which for the amount of rooms is a bit inconvenient during rush hour

Aucune insonorisation, nous pouvions entendre les chambres voisines et toutes les portes qui claquent. Cela a été difficile de bien dormir étant donné le bébé qui pleurait dans la chambre voisine.

• Alida (10/5): - Eher abgelegen, man muss einen ziemlichen Weg hinauffahren aber dort oben hat man seine Ruhe. Und bestimmt auch einen schönen Ausblick (war bei uns leider sehr neblig). Die Unterkunft uns das ganze Personal ist übrigens auch sehr hundefreundlich! :) War ziemlich kalt, das Gebäude ist wohl etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Heizungen haben dann etwas geholfen, nur bis die warm waren, sind wir schon wieder abgereist.

• Mario (9/5): Le Coucou ist ein Wrekend wert, alles perfekt - Das Ambiente war hervorragend. Servicepersonal sehr professionel. Eines möchten wir eichtig hervorheben. Die überaus grosse Hilfe von Raffaella. Sie alles so erledigt was rigentlich Booking hätte tun müssen. Raffaella auf diesem Wege nochmals herzlichen Dank Mario Luciano und Nico. Wir konnten so ein wunderschönrr Aufenthalt bei yihnen geniessen. Die Unterstützung von Booking-Kundendienst lässt grüssen

• David (8/5): Nice unique experience! - It is on the mountain. Nice view overlooking Geneva lake. Very friendly staffs. Good breakfast. Clean, quiet and safe. Cannot say don't like but it is just different from other standard room with bath inside a room, here the bath is shared, which might be one reason of cheaper price

• Evelyne (9/5): - Gemütliches sauberes Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Es war wie in einem Weinachtsfilm. Die Lage ist ideal um mit ÖV nach Montreux zu gelangen und doch Ruhe zu haben. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer aus phänomenal! Beim Frühstück hätte ich nach der Beschreibung etwas mehr erwartet. Mein Partner ist laktoseintolerant und ausser Sojamilch hatten sie keine andere Wahl....

• Anna-Marie (9/5): Vintage paradise in the mountains. - From the moment I got off the train and walked along the beautiful road towards the hotel taking in the views, I was very impressed. The property itself has kept it's vintage charm. The staff were really lovely, the decor is beautiful as described. There are no smoking rules and also no noise after 11, this was brilliant, so relaxing. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful with limitless barista coffee, made by the very busy and very efficient and polite staff member. I wish I could've stayed longer. There was only one plug outlet in my room, so I had to choose to use fan or charge phone, I chose to relax and read in the cool air of the fan.

Un petit point à travailler: le petit-déjeuner était petit et pas frais: les fruits, les petit cherry tomates et les œufs brouillés… Je conseille l’hôtel Coucou, je reviendrai avec plaisir. Top top! Staff could’ve been more welcoming and sorted a table for us in advance for the restaurant - on our first night the manager said we had a table for 7pm, then on arrival got told it was fully booked. Curtains in the room weren’t very good as they left gaps so people could see into our room.
