• Flavio (8/5): Il soggiorno è stato gradevole - La colazione non era prevista, l'appartamento era confortevole e in un'ottima posizione Metterei o una tenda oppure dei vetri smerigliati nella finestra del bagno per avere privacy. Tutto il resto può andare
• Kian (8/5): Prima - Goede en koele airco, schoon, duidelijke instructies voor inchecken. Geen gordijntje of bescherming voor het raam in de badkamer, geen spullen om de vaatwasser mee aan te zetten.
• Marcin (8/5): Very good - Good location, nicely refurbished and convenient. Since this is second line building there’s not much of a view and this one is only to a factory or warehouse which is noisy, especially in the evenings. Plus they illuminate their yard around till midnight almost, which is additionally bit annoying. Also the apartement could have been cleaned up better.
• Ergen (5/5): Wasn’t homely at all. I regretted not booking an actual hotel. - The bed was comfortable. The pillows were so soft they were useless. Only the bare essentials were provided such as cups and plates. The property states a washing machine but they don’t provide detergent. The property states they provide hygienic products but all they have is a bar of soap that claims to be a shampoo. I had to use it and it didn’t clean my hair at all. There was no hand soap, yes there was no hand soap. This was the last thing I needed after a long journey using public transport. No drinking water, salt, pepper or any other condiments were provided. What’s the point of staying in an air b&b if you have to buy all this. There is a window in the kitchen with no curtain. So you get no privacy using the toilet or when showering . There wasn’t a bin in the bathroom. This property was too bare for me. I will not be staying here again.

• Judith (7/5): Good - Location was very convenient with lots of restaurants nearby. Handy for station and buses to airport. Great bakery on corner. Apartment reasonably spacious and quiet. There was a damp/ musty smell that was very unpleasant - we tried to air the apartment but couldn't get rid of the smell
• Christina (1/5): Disgusting filthy apartment - Great location, quiet street so was peaceful sleep Absolutely filthy. The bathroom had hair everywhere on the floor and in the shower. And the floor tiles were never cleaned, they were literally black. You can see in the attached photos all the hair (like small pieces from a man shaving his face) and in one photo you will see I cleaned the floor with a wet cloth and the difference of a clean spot Vs the dirty floor. I tried calling the owner the first night, and sent messages. No reply until 24hr later. What if there was a bigger problem, or I couldn’t access the apartment when checking in? No reply is unacceptable.

• Mariya (9/5): Lovely little apartment, with all necessities, comfortable and great location - Very nice decor, comfortable and great location. There were no blinds on the bathroom window, so when you’re using the toilet or taking a shower can easily be seen from the building opposite

The apartment boasts a fantastic location that offers both convenience and charm. It’s incredibly comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a long day.

• Elaine (9/5): A comfortable stay close to all amenities. - Great location, lots of nice restaurants nearby and lots of shopping. Easy to get around being so close to the station, comfortable unit with everything you need. A supermarket close by, Bier Fabrik is a must, as is pizza at Berberè.

• Regina (8/5): Nice, comfortable apartment within walking distance to the train station. - The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was spacious. The water was very hot and the bathroom very attractive. The building had an elevator which was nice because the apt. was on the 2nd floor. It was nice that there was a new sponge and dish soap provided. The checkin process was a little confusing. I wasn’t sure that it was self check in or nit. Someone planned to meet us there, but it was very fast and she didn’t check that everything worked. The trash had not been emptied. There was no remote control for the heat/AC units and we had to wait 4 hours for someone to come and resolve the situation. We were repeatedly told that the remote was in the closet, but it was actually on top of an 8ft. high closet that no one could have seen. After that was resolved, it was a great stay.

It is extreme noisy when neighbours told and make shower it is extreme noisy all day. Apartamn is smaller than description we were couple it is maximum no for 4 people.Heating wasn working i repair it but no possible in bathroom when i wrote owner answer was you used termostat but termostat isn t in apartman.I have 10 properties and i make with ametities every day it is my job.Balcony is horrible you see to the wall and uder start worker every day around 6 a.m.extreme noisy too. When is raining you must go out from building inside puudle,absolutly crazy. Mattraces are extreme good for fun but horrible for sleeping. Lift isn working ,i wrote owner she doesn t answer.Milano is nice but please no make reservation in this apartman your holiday will complicated.
• Joyce (10/5): A beautiful stay in Milano - I am so glad I chose Easylife for my stay in Milan it was the best choice. Let’s start with the location… it was near a couple of metro stations, has many restaurants around, amazing shopping on Corso Buenos Aires which is 2 minutes away super close to central station and only a couple metro stops to Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and Duomo di Milano. I actually walked from central station to my Easylife when I arrived to same some money. The apartment is vary spacious, super clean and safe to get to. It feels very homie and it’s honestly beautiful. It looks exactly like the picture which is appreciated. I definitely recommend this place ! This is not a problem with Easylife per say but sometimes other guests or tenants would not close the elevator doors so when those doors are not closed, the elevator won’t move (it stays on the particular floor where the last guest went). So when coming home late it was a little scary to go up to my flat using the dark stairs :(. Other than that everything was great !!
• Tb (8/5): A fine apartment with occasional noise - The location was brilliant. Easy walking distance from the train station and quite comfortable walk to city centre, but also plenty of public transport around if necessary. The apartment itself was very well setup and furnished. Kitchen and bathroom were spotless and the living room and bedroom were perfectly generic without being bland. The description for which doorbell to ring didn't actually exactly match any of the names so we were left wondering how to get in, and the doorbell that listed Easylife wasn't answered. We then rang Easylife and they did send someone, but that was a confusing start. It's also worth being aware that it can be extremely noisy in the apartment. As far as I could work out, there is a theatre around the front, and as it is a quite narrow alley, all the sound of their moving equipment rings out. One evening, on a Friday, this went on until midnight. That only happened once though, but also a few times during the day. It's definitely not a permanent fixture and the other evenings were lovely and quiet, but worth being aware of.
• Laurie (8/5): Great cosy appartment! - Clean and cosy appartment with a nice interior design! Good location close to the central station and metro. For a nice stay during your city trip in Milan I would really recommend to stay here! It is a bit hard to find the front door of the appartment but they give good instructions before your arrival to make it easier. We experienced some noisy neighbours during the night. Don't forget to bring your own shampoo, the all-in-one soap bars aren't really nice.
