• Justin (4/5): Overall decent but it could have been a lot nicer. - Great location—close to bus and underground stops. The whole property was a bit rundown. It had a lot of potential to be nice if it were spruced up a bit. The windows were hard to operate or partially broken, blinds broken, paint chipped or scuffed, water damage marks all over, some ants in places.

Perhaps this flat is next it looked as if it needs a lick of paint and tidy up, kitchen and bathroom modern and tidy compared to rest of flat..

• Sultanah (1/5): مخيب للظن وغير نظيف - موقعه فقط للاسف غير نظيف ، فيه نمل ، الشباك مرعب يطل على اعمال بناء ، خفت على اطفالي حتى عند باب الشقه كان فيه ادوات لاعمال بناء للدرج او المصعد لكن كانت واضحه اتمنى من صاحب الشقه يهتم بنظافتها ، ويهتم بقطع الاثاث لان اغلبها مكسوره وتاركها بالشقه

• Jaime (3/5): Está casa es una ruina - La ubicación Al subir en el ascensor nos encontramos con un piso en construcción rodeado de andamios, en la misma puerta del apartamento había dos cubos sucios dejados por los obreros, polvo y un gran panel de madera que cubría los andamios. Al abrir la puerta se experimentaba frío y falta de calefacción en todo el apartamento. Las ventanas están cubiertas por unas persianas en mal estado, y al subirlas con la mano, descubrimos andamios, con falta de intimidad y seguridad, y a subirlas vez las ventanas no cerraban bien, por lo que no teníamos aislamiento ni térmico ni acústico. Faltaban bombillas en todas las lámparas y la TV estaba desconectada y desconfigurada. El baño, la cocina y el dormitorio carecían de calefacción por completo, solamente había un calefactor eléctrico en el salón, que no funcionaba del todo bien, sin instrucciones de uso. En definitiva un piso muy bien ubicado, pero en condiciones de habitabilidad muy por debajo del precio, nos gustaría solicitar un reembolso de como mínimo un tercio del precio invertido.

• Dexter (1/5): - Nothing They double booked and then cancelled after checking in time . Luckily, we were driving from Liverpool and was able to find somewhere before we arrived. Honestly, the online reviews were awful, so it may have been a blessing in disguise . We were travelling with 8 month baby.

Internet didn’t work, lift sometimes out of service, noisy mornings, and the apartment was dirty with a bad smell. The worst stay ever. The apartment was not clean, had a bad smell, and check-out at 10 AM with no luggage storage was very inconvenient.

• Catherine (1/5): Not like pictures,I’ve been *SCAMMED* after booking to stay at this property. - The location near Royal Albert Hall 1. **Smoke Alarm**: The smoke alarm was covered in plastic sheeting, presumably to prevent it from going off due to previous guests’ smoking. This poses a severe safety risk. The property also smelt of smoke, assuming from previous guests. 2. **Window Security**: The locks on the windows were broken, leaving them unsecured, especially concerning with scaffolding and workers right outside. 3. **Bed Bugs**: We experienced bites on both mornings after sleeping in the bed, which raises concerns about cleanliness and pest control. 4. **Bed Setup**: The bed lacked an under sheet, and the mattress was upside down, with the topper placed between the bed and base. 5. **Internet Access**: Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was non-functional throughout our stay. 6. **Bathroom Hazards**: There was a broken tile at the entrance to the shower room, and no bath mat was provided, making it quite slippery. 7. **Bathroom Ventilation**: The extraction fan in the bathroom was not operational. 8. **Broken Blinds**: Both the bedroom and living room had broken blinds. 9. **General Cleanliness**: The property appeared shabby with various stains present. Additionally there were internal and external building works going up, was worked up both mornings with workmen outside the bedroom window and machinery. We were not informed of this before our stay. We contacted the property and were told me couldn’t be moved. Also after we contacted about all issues above, pretty owners said they would look into it and come back to us. They never did that. I had to be complain to booking.com and they informed us that they can’t be responsible for the poor quality property and that everyone should look at the bad reviews more. They will be investigating too.

• Julie (1/5): Sadly not up to scratch and doesn’t match up to the photos advertised. Such a shame - The location was ideal. The kitchen was an okay size and was well stocked for 4 people I’ve a list of problems, broken furniture, broken ironing board, stained iron, broken and missing blinds which meant the sun woke you up at 5am, stunk of weed ok arrival and also had the smoke detector covered which was a major health and safety concern. There were missing lightbulbs and no Wi-Fi that worked so the TV didn’t work and neither did the children’s phones. Really terrible value for money so I’ve asked for a refund.
• Emma (1/5): Ridiculous - Nothing Room was uncleaned when we arrived. Bins overflowing, dirty everywhere, dirty bed sheets. Unmade bed, used towels. The bathroom was filthy. Could not contact the host, couldn’t stay in the apartment had to check into another hotel. Apartment was unusable. Unacceptable behavior. Room was not cleaned until the following day.

• Peter (4/5): This is the kind of place that makes you appreciate the good stays even more. - The bed was comfortable and the apartment is a nice space. Wifi didn’t work, water pressure was absolutely terrible, the apartment is a construction site so by 8am the noise is unbearable and bright lights shine through the bedroom window all night. I was also emailed the night before checkout telling me that if I checked out 30 mins late I’d be charged 25% of the daily rate, 1 hour late would be 50% and 2 hours late would be 100%. Not great.
