- Francesco (6/5): Lo consiglio solo se avete bisogno di un appartamento intero e per pochissimi giorni. - Posizione comoda per raggiungere le spiagge e altri servizi. Avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata, materassi e cuscini vecchi. Appartamento molto rumoroso a causa del traffico della strada limitrofa.

- Rocio (1/5): El alojamiento más asqueroso en el que he estado nunca - La ubicación estaba bien, pero con el saco que daba el piso no compensa. El piso está tremendamente sucio y viejo y roto todo. Nos cobraron más por ser 3 personas en vez de cuatro y ni siquiera nos prepararon cama para la cuarta persona. Nos dejaron un colchón sucio y roto debajo de una de las camas para que lo montáramos nosotras. La cocina y el baño se caen a cachos, todos los armarios rotos. Las persianas rotas también. Asqueroso.

- Camille (6/5): Un emplacement idéal mais un appartement vieillissant - Le gros point fort de l'appartement est son emplacement idéal à quelques minutes de la plage et en plein milieu d' ipanema et de copacabana. Le rapport qualité / prix est intéressant. Nous avons trouvé que l'appartement était vraiment vieillissant, les installations se dégradaient vraiment, la literie n'était pas confortable, ce n'était pas vraiment propre et surtout il n'y avait rien de fourni à notre arrivée, nous avons dû tout acheter : Pq, lessive, gel douche, sel, poivre... Des choses que nous aurions aimé ne pas avoir à acheter d'autant plus que nous avons tout laissé sur place pour les suivants.
