• Worldtraveler1979 (6/5): Cozy apartment, Pretty convenient location close to Cypress mountain resort. - convenient location, close to highway and Cypress mountain ski resort. pet friendly which was a plus too many furniture in the house, could use less clutter, regardless comfy to stay few nights. Vacuum cleaner did not work so could not clean up the floor when we spilled some spices on the ground.
• Andrew (8/5): Would highly recommend, great place & host, no fault really. - The host was very helpful, and the location was excellent for exploring the area. The accommodation was comfortable and generally met expectations. There were a few minor issues that need attention, including some wear and tear. Additionally, the noise from the upstairs neighbors was noticeable at times, though not a large issue.

• Sam (8/5): Well equipped and convenient accommodation for our stay. - Westview was ideally located for us arriving late on the ferry from Nanaimo. It was easy to find and well equipped, and it was easy to find somewhere for breakfast in the morning. All communication was quick and easy. It was a little pricey in comparison to all our other accommodation in Vancouver and on the Island. However it was convenient for the one night required.
• May (10/5): Location, well equipped and great environment. Love it!!! - Located near Lonsdale in North Vancouver where our aunt stays. Ferris’ place is perfect. He equipped the apartment with all the necessities such as oven, dish washer, large toasters, good quality pots and pans, and cooking needs including oil, spices, etc. what I love most is the washer/dryer. We could do laundry in the comfort of our apartment. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there. None
• Annette (9/5): Extremely suitable for families :) - Cause it was a basement apartment everything was on the same floor which was really nice. Furthermore it was a really quiet place so there weren’t distributions. And you had an excellent connection to the public transit. It was a really big place so everyone had enough space and we also liked that there were a washing machine and a dryer. So the equipment was great.

• David (3/5): Didn’t work for us - The location is in a quiet north Vancouver neighborhood with good options of restaurants and cafe The property doesn’t have air condition or fan. Unfortunately there was a heat wave during our stay and we had to open up all the windows and it was still warm. In addition, there were several broken and unfinished parts, eg. Missing bathroom door frame, missing window blinds. Those weren’t terrible but what concerns us most was the cleanness of the place, we caught two decent size spiders on the first night. The night stand was very dusty, same with the toys in the other bedroom when our kids try to play with them. (All the towels used by the last tenants were left in the dryer. It seems the cleaning was never finished although we didn’t check-in until 10:30pm). Lastly, since it’s on the lower level of a townhouse, the tenants upstairs were walking past midnight and constantly waking up our kids. We decided to leave after staying 1 night (although we paid for 4)
• Yuliana (10/5): Great! Superb! - we had an amazing stay at Westview Vacation Rental. It is located on the main/ground floor of the house in a lovely neighbourhood in North Vancouver, which is just a short ride from the downtown by seabus. The owner lives upstairs and is amazing. We very much enjoyed meeting him in person. He was very responsive, easy to reach if we needed to and went above and beyond. The unit is very cozy and clean and had everything we needed, from pots, pans and utensils, to washer and dryer and all the laundry supplies. In the evening, we would often take a walk in the neighbourhood and thoroughly enjoyed it. There is a little front yard, with shrubs, with a sitting area which added some charm to the place. We loved staying there and would stay again if we happen to visit Vancouver.

• Harley (10/5): Exceptional - This is a fully equipped 2-bedroom apartment on the ground level of a house in suburban North Vancouver. The house is located a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive from a strip mall with several restaurants, a café, and a Safeway. It is right near the onramp to Highway 1 which makes it easy to get anywhere you need in the Vancouver area. The apartment has all the amenities including a full kitchen and washing machine and dryer. It is clean with all the supplies you will need. We were 2 people, but it can accommodate a family with 2 or more children with a bunk-bed style arrangement in the second bedroom.

• Evghenii (9/5): Perfect place to stay of you plan to explore north of Vancouver - All was as expected. No issues at all. Great place to stay. The alarm clock went on in the morning for 15 mins and woke us up. Not a big deal though as I understand not everyone is on vacation and people have commitments.
• Stephanie (9/5): Overall most pleasant and very convenient. - Excellent location, relatively spacious, great shower, vwwb clear and prompt instructions, good value. Ideal for a couple with a kid or two, but for two adults (sisters) looking for a bedroom each, the kids room was just not quite perfect as for a second bedroom. There is also a noisy clock.
