• Corinna (10/5): Lässt keine Wünsche offen! - Die Lage ist günstig zur Altstadt und sehr ruhig. Parken ist kostenlos in der Nähe möglich, wenn man Glück hat und einkaufen kann man im ca. 300 m entfernten Netto Markt. Das Apartment lässt keine Wünsche offen und der Balkon ist wirklich auch sehr schön. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, auch das Treppenhaus, alles ist sauber und sehr ordentlich! Sehr einladend!
• Iris (6/5): Trotz netter Vermieterin würde ich die Wohnung nicht mehr buchen. - Die Lage war zum Zentrum gut. Die Reaktion der Vermieterin auf Fragen war äußerst schnell und nett. Leider waren jede Nacht Horden von jungen Leuten lautstark unterwegs. Die Küche hätte etwas mehr Besteck und vor allem ein Schneidebrett vertragen.
• Elisa (9/5): Sehr schön, gerne wieder :) - Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage und man ist innerhalb weniger Minuten im Stadtzentrum. Einfach über die Balduinbrücke und schon ist man da. Außerdem waren die drei Zimmer, die ich gesehen habe, modern eingerichtet und erfüllten unsere Erwartungen aufs vollste. Wir hielten uns zwar insgesamt wenig in den Räumlichkeiten auf, fühlten uns aber sehr wohl und entspannt.
• Henk (9/5): Mooie plek voor bezoek aan Klobenz aan het einde van de Moselradweg - Studio dichtbij historisch centrum en van alle gemakken voorzien. Veel ruimte en schoon. We konden onze fietsen veilig stallen op de binnenplaats. Vrolijke, vriendelijke ontvangst. Er was maar één minpuntje nl de lengte van de dekbedden. Met een lengte van 1.90 meter steken zowel je hoofd als je voeten buiten het dekbed. Jammer!

• Ester (8/5): Leuk appartement, goede locatie, heel schoon, zeer geschikt voor kort verblijf in Koblenz. - De locatie en de sfeer qua aankleding van het appartementje. In het traject probeerde ik voorafgaand nog een parkeerplaats te reserveren maar het lukte niet via Booking om contact hierover te krijgen.
• Michelle (9/5): Schönes Apartment mit top Lage. - Tolles Apartment. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war perfekt zur Erkundung der Altstadt zu Fuß. Die Buchung und Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Gerne wieder.

• Friedegund (9/5): Zu empfehlen! - Leider funktionierte der Fernseher anfangs nicht und die Heizung konnte man nicht abstellen. Nadja hat sich unverzüglich gekümmert und alles zum Laufen gebracht. Mit etwas Glück findet man eine Parklücke in der unmittelbaren Nähe der Unterkunft. Dann kann man sicher und schnell ins nahegelegene Stadtzentrum spazieren.

• Michael (8/5): Es hat uns sehr gefallen. - Hilfsbereite Vermieter, welche schnell geholfen haben. Moderne, saubere Unterkunft. Bushaltestelle und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Das Bett hätte eine große Matratze haben können, statt zwei kleine, damit man nicht in die Lücke zwischen den beiden Matratzen rutscht.
• Michael (6/5): - Die Lage ist gut, fußläufig ist man über die Moselbrücke in 10 MInuten in der Altstadt. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind direkt angrenzend zum Gebäude vorhanden. Die Kommunikation war gut und die Unterkunft war auf jeden Fall sauber. Das Zimmer war extrem klein. Der Platz vor dem Bett, um in 'die Küche' zu kommen ist sehr eng. Ebenso ist der Platz an/in/um das Räumchen mit den Küchenutensilien sehr begrenzt. Für größere Menschen nicht gut geeignet.

Wir kommen auf jedenfall sehr gerne wieder!! Danke für diesen schönen Ort, mein Sohn war begeistert und meinte: „hier könnte ich grad einziehen!“ Es war nur ein Teller da, und eine Erklärung wie man den Fernsehen benutz wäre toll, ansonsten nichts zu beanstanden!

• Nina Joy (8/5): - When we arrived it was very cold initially but after contacting the owners they helped immediately and it was perfectly warm. So the staff was great and so was the apartment itself. It had all the basic necessities for a short trip.
• Marian (10/5): - The apparent was very nice, located just across the bridge from old city center. The host did her best to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Price was fair. I'd recommend to all!
• Mackarena (6/5): - Easy to reach, well connected to the city centre and had everything we needed (kitchen with utensils, towels, etc). Beds were clean and comfy despite the fact one of them was a foldable bed. We stayed in the family suite. Some parts of the flat were a little dusty (no thorough cleaning) and it smelled heavily of food when we went in. Other than that, good enough for the price, though the room looked quite different from the pictures. We also had no idea one of our beds would be a foldable bed (the reservation just said "two bed appartment") or that there would be no place to sit other than the chairs or bed in the living room. It is ok for staying the night but maybe not for staying inside long other than for breakfast and sleeping. Since it was cold and snowy outside, we had to spend some more time in the flat and that is when we noticed the TV had Netflix and other services but we couldn't use them as we would have had to log in from a private account and this was a bit annoying because we had to use the LG channels that had ads every few minutes.

• Jean-Marc (9/5): Très beau séjour à Koblenz - La localisation a quelques minutes de marche des marchés de Noël. Stationnement disponible à peu de frais. Personnel répondus rapidement au problème de chauffage, en quelques minutes. La chambre était grande et très propre. Il y avait une légère mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain. Mais rien de grave. Probablement un problème facile à régler.

• Chantel (6/5): An experience living in a German apartment - Good location to the train station and city centre, coffee capsules available in the room, an experience living in a German apartment with window overlooking the street Very uncomfortable bed (the mattress is too thin); the heater didn’t work well and the room is very cold at night. There’s no elevator to the room, and so we have to move our luggages up the stairs all the way to the 3rd floor.

• Roelie (8/5): - De locatie is top, slechts 10 min lopen van het oude centrum. De studio is klein maar alles is aanwezig. Wij vonden het bed niet heel fijn liggen, maar dat kan persoonlijk zijn.
