- Javier (9/5): PERFECTA. - Estuvimos poco en el alojamiento, pues nuestro objetivo eran las procesiones y salíamos pronto y llegábamos tarde. El alojamiento es muy correcto y está muy bien para el uso que queríamos darle. El transporte público funciona muy bien y es barato. Se come muy bien en cualquier sitio de la zona. El aparcamiento es complicado, aunque tuvimos suerte y dejamos el coche en la puerta el primer día, y ya no lo movimos, usamos el transporte público.
- Parisa (1/5): Very bad experience to much bed bugs - Just location To much bed bugs danger When we arrived at the property, it was very dirty, and on the first night there were bed bugs. We were bitten badly all over our bodies. We immediately sent photos to you. You told us someone would come the next day for treatment, but no one came. Then we were told that a company would come the following day for pest control, and that we would need to stay out of the property for 8 hours. We were very concerned about our health — both because of the bed bug infestation and because of breathing in chemicals from the treatment. During our stay, we experienced significant stress, and I developed severe skin reactions and blisters from the bites. Much of our time was spent dealing with stress, medication, and treatment instead of being able to stay comfortably. This situation has caused us serious inconvenience and health concerns. Please let us know how you intend to resolve this matter.
