MikaYJ (8/5): Mukava asunto ja näppärä sisäänkirjautuminen QR-koodin avulla. - Sijainti oli hyvå. Sänky oli hyvä. Sängyn peitto oli pelkkä lakana ja irrallaan peitto. Tyyny oli ohut, tyynystä miinus, olisi voinut olla kaapissa toiset tyynyt tms. Huoneistossa 3. (katutason alla) ilma oli vähän ummehtunut jos ikkunat olivat kiinni. Sisäilma ei paras mahdollinen tässä huoneistossa, mutta tuuletus auttoi vähän.
Judith (8/5): Great place to stay , easy to reach the center of Rome . - Very close to the tramstop. Property is clean and spacious. Sleeping room is of a good size and bathroom is big. We did not cook so nothing to tell about the kitchen. If you sleep with more than 2 persons you have to use of the sofa bed which means you can not make use of sofa just to sit on it. It is noisy with the traffic outside. But if you close the windows and make use of the ac it is less noise

Adrian (9/5): Rom kann man hier richtig erleben - Tolle Design-Wohnung mit Treppe auf oberes Badezimmer und Terrasse :) gute Lage mitten in Rom Es ist zwar praktisch dass man immer mit dem QR Code reinkommen kann, aber das würde ich eher einfach beim ersten Mal machen und dann Schlüssel nutzen (Sicherheit)

Only that it didn't have a washing machine.
Iza (7/5): - Apartament duży, dobrze wyposażony, lokalizacja sama w sobie jest dobra, ok 30 min spacerem do Koloseum, kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry, w razie jakiegokolwiek problemów odpisywał prawie odrazu na whatsapp'ie. Dość głośna okolica, przejeżdżające tramwaje były bardzo słyszalne w apartamencie więc jeśli lubisz ciszę możesz mieć problem. Miękki materac więc nie każdemu podpasuje.

Viele wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sowie Fuss gut zu erreichen. In der Nähe gute Restaurants und eine must try Eisdiele. Wirklich top. Das Personal war jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar. Check in alles verlief ohne Probleme. Mit einem QRcode kann man rein in die Wohnung. Alles auch mit Videos vor der Anreise als Information erhalten. Täglich wurden wir angeschrieben,ob alles in Ordnung ist sowie gut Tipps für Rom wurden uns mitgeteilt in einer Info whatsapp. Danke für die Bemühungen und das nette Personal Die Lage ist unruhig und laut, wie eine Großstadt ist. Abends wenn es dunkel wird ,sehr dunkle Straßen als zwei Frauen bisschen beunruhigend gewesen. Das Bett war nicht ganz bequem zum Schlafen. Vielleicht erhält die Matratze einen Upgrade.

Arunkumar (8/5): - A very nice apartment in prime location. House was very neat, tidy and cleaned for our occupancy. Team coordinated very well providing all checkin instructions prior to arrival. Kitchen had all basic utensils required for a convenient stay There is a small mini market near by just across the road and a bus stop few meters away from our apartment. Easy to book taxis through apps such as InTaxi app. Lot of parking spaces for taxis when they arrive. Only drawback was we were provided an apartment at second floor with no elevator access, had to carry my luggages up and down. The living room could have a clock. Other than that rest all were okay.

Additional Smart tv was a hit with our teens. The outside terrace is a bonus-great for cooler climates. Not a criticism, but Google maps sends you to the back of the building which can be confusing (our taxi to the airport was also waiting at the back).More detailed instructions ie. Exit from Roma Termini at...(specify the side) turn left and follow road...until you see etc.We exited the station on a different side and therefore has a lengthier walk to the property, arriving at the back.This would improve arrival.
AKIKO (10/5): ローマの滞在を楽しみ、寛いで疲れを癒せました。快適で便利、親切・安心なアパートに感謝です。 - ★スタッフが大変親切でした。チェックインについて丁寧に対応をしてくれました。ありがとうございました。★交通の便で、ロケーションも大変よく、中央駅へのトラムやバスの停留所がすぐ近くにあり、根性があれば、まっすぐ歩いて中央駅まで行くこともできました。マッジョーレ門のすぐ近くで、そこから、いろいろな方向へのトラムやバスにのれるため、便利でした。★LDKも寝室も天井が高く広く新しくきれいで、トイレ・バスルームが2つあり、キッチンも使って料理もできて、落ち着いて快適にくつろげました。★大きな(比較的新しい)スーパーマーケットが近くにあり、食料品の品ぞろえがが充実していて大変便利でした。また、泊まりたいです。ありません。強いて言うならば、洗濯機(乾燥機能付き)があったら、長期滞在もしたいと思います。(近くにコインランドリーはありますので、大丈夫です。)

Maciej (10/5): Super - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. 15 minut spacerem od Roma Termini gdzie się dociera z obu lotnisk Rzymu. Są tam dwie linie metra więc łatwo się wszędzie dostać. Apartament ma dwie duże łazienki zrobione w dobrym standardzie z dużymi kabinami prysznicowymi. Jest wyposażony we wszystko czego potrzeba do szczęścia: deska z żelazkiem, suszarka, lodówka, kieliszki do wina, korkociąg, szklanki i talerze . W okolicy jest sporo knajp i pizzerii więc jest w czym wybierać. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z właścicielami/operatorami. Brak uwag

Guest (10/5): Modern Gem in Roma - Our stay was exceptionally clean, spacious beds, very well stocked, updated beautiful units, and the air conditioning worked so well (which can be rare for Europe). We had a very comfortable stay and our host was very communicative and helpful. They even set up our airport shuttle for us which was so helpful and kind. It’s also walking distance from Roma Termini and many sights. Lira checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure all was well & even sent some local recommendations over. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The location is in a little bit of a rougher area, however, we walked most places with no issues. I’d just say don’t stay out too late if planning to walk but the property itself is very secure & only accessible by code sent from hosts.

Toni (9/5): Nice clean apartment with good location. - Everything went well and the Apartment was superclean. The place was easy to find after we got great instructions from the owner beforehand. Communication with the owner was good all the time. For us almost everything we needed was in in walking distance (train station, most of the attractions) and for example to Vatican we took the Subway, which was easy to find and understand. Nothing to complain.

My sister was critically injured when the shower door shattered and fell on her, requiring eight hours in the local Emergency room to be stitched up. Needless to say, our vacation was ruined as we could not go to the beach as planned and had to focus on recovery from wounds. BUT it was just an accident and no one's fault really, yet still shocking and horrifying. The area around the apartment was not the nicest, and the walk from the train station is further than expected.

Guest (9/5): Bardzo dobry apartament, z dziwną okolicą/dzielnicą - Z plusów to przede wszystkim to, że jest to nowy apartament. Jest to dwupoziomowy apartament, łazienka jest tylko na górze, kuchnia na dole. Na dole jest pokój z aneksem kuchennym. W tym pokoju jest telewizor ze smart TV (na górze tak samo). Kuchnia posiada wszystko co potrzebne - lodówka, czajnik, ekspres do kawy, zastawa, mikrofala, indukcja, garnki - po prostu normalna kuchnia. Do apartamentu wchodzi się przez kod QR, który dostaje się od właściciela. W łazience są ręczniki, mydło i żel pod prysznic. Klima działa bardzo dobrze i szybko chłodzi mieszkanie - jest ona nowoczesna. Lokalizacja. Niestety są to początki obrzeży Rzymu, a już widać migrantów, którzy śpią na ulicy. Kto był w Rzymie ten wie co to za widok i jak śmierdzi w takich miejscach. Drugim minusem może być bliskość torów tramwajowych i hałasu, gdy któryś tramwaj akurat przejeżdża. Z minusów to chyba tyle... ale ci "inżynierowie" i "lekarze" naprawdę wyglądają na niezbyt przyjaznych :/

However on our trip to colloseum they shut down the tram and we ended up missing our appointment and weren’t let in… so don’t trust tram too much. There can be some train sounds coming especially at night.

Aderivaldo (8/5): Spacious, well-decorated apartment, but in a problematic location. - The good things first: We found the property to be very clean and organized, with fresh sheets and towels, and everything working as it should. We did not use all the kitchen's facilities -- only the moka coffee maker and the Nespresso machine -- since we had to leave early because our flight home was anticipated. The rooms and spacious and decorated in a modern style which we thought were of very good taste. The terrace is a nice touch, and it is also quite large and with a nice view of the surroundings. The manner by which you get into the apartment is by a QR code -- and, sincerely, we could not make out if this is a plus or not. It may be practical, but it is somewhat unpersonal, and we like personal. We chose this apartment because it was close to Roma Termini train station, but we were not aware of some features of this particular location (more on this later...). Although very clean and organized, there is appreciable wear and tear on the apartment's walls -- mostly at the entrance hall -- but quite noticeable elsewhere. This wear and tear shows itself with some dents on the plaster and stains, which we attributed to luggage wheels' contact. For us, the main issue was the property's location -- it is located in what seems to be a "tough neighborhood", and my wife and daughters did not feel safe walking in the area.
Bianca (8/5): Nice stay! - The location is very close to the train station, which is very convenient. The self-check-in was easy after you completed an online form. The key was the QR code, which I also liked very much. The second bed was not made, we had to find the sheets and assemble it. We had to fill out a form before gaining access to the apartment, which was not easy when traveling with a large group.

Ozan (9/5): Comfortable stay with good amenities, though some improvements needed. - The room size was good, even with a baby cot. Having two bathrooms was also a nice convenience. The kitchen was well-equipped with almost all the necessary items for cooking. The small garden was a lovely addition, especially for enjoying peaceful nights and taking a relaxing break. The QR code system worked very well." The walls were a bit thin, and we could hear the neighbors' alarm. This may not be relevant for everyone, but there were many sharp edges that could be hazardous for children—some protective covers would be beneficial for all guests (just a suggestion). Additionally, we would have been happier if temporary slippers were provided.

Rafael (8/5): Boas instalações, mas barulhento. - O antedizendo da equipe foi muito boa. Passou todas as informações para acesso ao apartamento e o imóvel estava bem limpo e organizado. Muito fácil o contato e o acesso, com dicas sobre Roma e restaurantes próximos. O imóvel fica em uma via de muito movimento e muito barulho. Para quem precisa de silêncio para dormir, pode ser um problema, porque as janelas não possuem um bom isolamento.
Weng Jin (9/5): - Nice and clean apartment. Convenient location with 10 minutes walk to Roma Termini station which has bus and train to the airport. SImilar walking time to another metro line. It is quite close to main station, there is one short path can feels quite rough while walking towards the apartment if you walk to the apartment from the roma termini station direction. Wouldn't feel comfortable walking alone at night on that specific part of road. Apartment location itself is on the quiet end so which is alright as it is quite some distance away from the unpleasant part.

Guest (8/5): Nice place - Very nicely furnished, plenty of space, easy check in and and responsive staff. Are is close to central but slightly inconvenient as its about 30 mins away from everything by walk and bus. Location in rome is not that nice, and surrounding streets are pretty dirty. We had a ground floor apartment was damp and you can hear the tram very loudly when it passes.
