• Md Rafid (10/5): Great location, clean, kind host - Fantastic location and the host is amazing guy. This is the second time I’ve booked the property. Fairly clean and well maintained and decorated. Boiler needs to check. Only hot water is coming all the time from the shower head even if you change the temperature.

Después de todo el día en la calle pasando frío, hemos agradecido llegar a casa y entrar rápidamente en calor. El barrio interesante (no es un barrio turístico), pero hemos estado muy tranquilos. • ARAFAT HASMANIZAR (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils we needed to cook our meals. It is conveniently located near a bus stop and Upton Park station, which made travelling to central London very easy for our family.The area also very near to halal shop for us to having our dinner if we tired to cook. The neighborhood could be cleaner, as there was some trash scattered on the ground.
• Mondmädchen Luna (9/5): - Wir waren zu 3 dort zu Hause. 2 Erwachsene und ein 11jähriges Kind. Von der Ausstattung war alles vorhanden was man benötigt um sich selbst zuversorgen, angefangen vom Wasserkocher, Toaster ,Fernseher, Handtücher, Bettwäsche bis hin zum Staubsauger Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen usw. Was mir bei der Buchung vorrangig wichtig war ist die Nähe zur U-Bahn (5 Minuten Gehweg) und die Bushaltestelle war nur wenige Meter vor der Haustür zu erreichen. Es ist ein ruhiges Viertel. Wer auf Hotelkomfort verzichten kann und sich selbst versorgen möchte trifft hier auf ein empfehlenswertes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir würden es wieder buchen. Das hatte ich den Gastgebern auch mitgeteilt und ist auch nur mein persönliches Empfinden. Die Matratze im Elternschlafzimmer war mir persönlich zu hart zum schlafen. Die Matratze im Kinderzimmer war angenehmer.

Cucina con accessori, phon , ferro da stiro, termosifoni funzionanti, abbastanza vicina alla metro , c’è anche un lidl nella zona, comodo per chi volesse provvedere ai pasti in autonomia o avesse dimenticato di portare qualcosa. Il bagno, un po’ datato e non pulitissimo, e la posizione. In un quartiere chiamato “la piccola India”, scarsamente illuminato di sera per rientrare, e questo non faceva di certo sentire sicuri . Le porte troppo datate e sottili. Quando rientravano quelli del piano di sopra e aprivano la porta accanto alla nostra per accedere alle scale, sembrava aprissero la nostra porta.

If I had to be picky then the knife box could have done with a sharp knife and bread knife. A quick guide to using the cooker/dishwasher/washing machine would have been useful - had to google the appliances.

• Michelle (7/5): Comfortable for a family of four. - The flat was an 8 minute walk from the nearest train station and there were many restaurants and shops around including Lidl. The flat was clean, quiet, and had a washing machine and dishwasher which were quite handy. There were four of us and the beds in the two rooms were adequately sized. The neighborhood was quite busy but the flat was quiet enough during the night. Just to note that the flat is located right next to a school, so one could hear children's voices in the school grounds early in the morning. This is not something we found inconvenient and once you close the windows, one could not hear the noise too much and we were mostly out during the day anyway when the children were at school. For those with big luggage like we did, note that the nearest train station Upton Park does not have lifts so you would need to carry your bags up the stairs. To avoid this, you may use East Ham station and Uber your way to the accommodations.

• Vinu (8/5): It was an ok experience for us.. - Rooms were clean.. Had all necessary household items for a short stay.. Property owner was quite responsive and arranged visitor parking permit for us.. We were not aware or informed that somebody was staying upstairs and had to have a sorry conversation for locking the main entrance and was quite noisy all night with frequent walking and foot steps.. Also the floor were dirty as in it wasn't mopped properly.. We had a toddler in our family who‘s on crawling stage and had to keep an eye all the time to prevent her crawling on the dirty floor..

• Chiara (7/5): Alcune cose da rivedere - Appartamento spazioso che rispecchia la descrizione. È stato facile trovare le chiavi. Inoltre, l'appartamento è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici (metro e bus sono a due passi). Il quartiere non è dei migliori, la notte spesso si sentivano i gruppi di persone che si fermavano davanti alla porta del nostro appartamento disturbando il nostro riposo. Il materasso della stanza che dà sulla strada è davvero scomodo in quanto troppo duro. L'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di una bella pulizia profonda, in particolare del bagno, in quanto la doccia presenta molto calcare accumulato. L'insonorizzazione è davvero scarsa, tant'è che la mattina dopo l'inquilino del piano di sopra si è preso la briga di scendere in strada per puntualizzare di averci sentito sbattere le porte di notte (siamo arrivate molto tardi a causa di un late-night flight, dovendo entrare nell'appartamento è normale sentire porte aprirsi e chiudersi).
• federico (7/5): Appartamento impeccabile in una zona particolare… - Dimensioni alloggio. Forniture di elettrodomestici, cucina attrezzata, camere da letto, sala e spazio esterno. Vicinanza alla metro. Host super disponibile! La zona…, rumorosa fino a mezzanotte circa e finestre non insonorizzate. Il passaggio metro/area residenziale è buio e da poca sicurezza.

• Jordi (9/5): Molt bé i molt ben comunicat! - Molta llum a l'apartament i molta tranquil.litat en el barri. Molt funcional i ben distribuit. Les habitacions còmodes i totes amb llum. Molt complet tot el menage de la cuina. El barri és molt actiu i a prop de l'apartament està el metro. Molt ben comunicat. Molts comerços, menjar hindú variat i molt bo. Potser l'única cosa que el sofà no convidava a sentar-te a veure la tele o llegir.

• Dagmara (9/5): Una casa con todas las comodidades posibles en un barrio indio lleno de vida. - Me encantó la cantidad de detalles que tienen los dueños con sus anfitriones. Estaba más completo que la mayoría de los apartamentos en los que he estado: secador de pelo, aspiradora, ventilador,, adaptador de enchufes al sistema europeo, gel de ducha, champú y acondicionador, paraguas, zapatillas de casa, almohadas adicionales, mantas, productos básicos de cocina como harina, café, sal, azúcar y muchos más. Además todo limpio, cómodo, fácil para contactar con los dueños... excelente. La casa es más bonita que en las fotos!!! El barrio está un poco sucio pero parece ser que se debe a las huelgas de servicios de limpieza. Aún así nos sentimos muy bien en el barrio, es tranquilo para convivir a pesar de su caracter indio, con mucho movimiento y mucha vida diurna. Luego de noche es tranquilo y seguro.

• Ahmad (10/5): Ideal ground floor house off bustling Upton Park high street. - Bustling high street with shops cafe and restaurants is 5 minutes away. So is Upton Park tube station, about 6 minutes away. My family and I cook our own meal and the location offers one of the best locations to get halal meat, fresh fish and vegetables. The house is on the ground floor and as advertised. Very clean, with basic stuff, well-ventilated, warm and bright. It is off the high street so it is quiet. It is spacious enough for 4 adults and large kitchen. Nothing.
