Jenny (10/5): Great base in Rome - Our lovely hist allowed us to check in early - we dropped off our bags and ventured into the city for lunch whilst the cleaner finished cleaning, and then they sent us a message when we could return. The apartment was very well equipped for our family of 5 - 2 adults and 3 teen kids. The shower was small but worked well. A full kitchen with oven, cooktop, fridge freezer, and plenty of utensils and cooking equipment. We didn't need one, but just note their is no microwave. Washing machine in the bathroom and plenty of space to hang and dry clothes. Corner couch and plenty of dining room chairs for everyone. Living room had large smart tv too. Aircon available in the bedrooms. The lovely host has also provided all starter items - oil, sugar, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, shampoo, body wash, laundry liquid, moisturiser, suncream etc. There is a lift and we came from Termini station and all the way to the apartment is accessible with either lifts and/or escalators. Location is perfect, 3min to metro station, 2 minutes to a 24 grocery store, great cafes, restaurants and little shops dotted around. Safe and comfortable area. We highly recommend this apartment and had a great stay. Due to old plumbing (I mean it is Rome so completely understandable), you have to throw ALL toilet paper in a rubbish bin. Small shower but works well.

Ermanno (8/5): Great place to stay while in Rome - Excellent location in a nice neighborhood with many good restaurants within an easy walking distance. Also very close to the Cipro metro station. Clean apartment in a secure building. The air conditioning condensate needed to be manually emptied every 4-6 hours. Only had a 50l hot water heater. We had to wait about 20 min between each of us taking a shower in order for additional water go get hot.
