- Mary (9/5): We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, location and would book it again when returning to Perth. - Great location, cleanliness and very good facilities. Security of the building and having a locked up parking space was also great.
Communication with the management was excellent. The lift only went to the floor below, then you had to walk up a flight of stairs. Carrying heavy bags up the stairs was a challenge.

- Chase (7/5): It was nice and relaxing - It was roomy and in a great spot in the city and it had all the comfortable facilities needed. That there was no elevator to the floor and it made it very difficult with carrying all our necessities and luggage to the room. I feel it should be mentioned for elderly people as my 78 year old father struggled walking up and down the stairs.

I've stayed at the same apartments on 3 different occasions so I knew what they expect and decided to get the penthouse for my family's first visit to Sydney. I stay at this accommodation yearly yet the penthouse wasn't anything special above and beyond a normal apartment apart from extra levels (space) if I had of spent $20000 for the same stay elsewhere it would have been far more beneficial

- Jonjon788 (1/5): Nightmare management team - The apartment is true to picture, there are some quirks and unique design as mentioned in the other reviews but no unpleasant surprises. It fits our requirement for a extended family holiday well. This is probably the only 1-star review I’ve ever written, and it’s entirely due to the appalling experience with the property management team at Full House Management. If this apartment is owned by the company, I strongly urge them to reflect on their approach. If it’s an investment property managed on behalf of a private owner, I sincerely recommend reconsidering your choice of management – they are damaging your asset’s reputation.
From the moment I paid over AUD 2,000 in full (non-refundable) to secure the booking, the tone was set: not one of hospitality, but of hostility. Every interaction felt like I was being treated as a potential vandal or thief rather than a paying guest. Their communication was riddled with warnings, threats of fines, and demands for additional payments – including a separate AUD 200 security deposit via an external link (not protected by Booking.com), required a full month before check-in or risk cancellation.
Only one key was provided for a large apartment meant for six people, with repeated reminders that losing it would incur a hefty AUD 200 fine plus additional charges. The service was practically nonexistent – I had to chase them for basic check-in and check-out information. Even then, the correct check-in instructions were only sent at 6 PM on the day of arrival, probably because I have indicated a 10 PM check-in. The instructions shared the night before were misleading and caused significant stress, and no one picked up the call.
To top it off, the check-out process was equally bizarre – requiring guests to email photos as “proof” before they even consider releasing the security deposit. This is not just inconvenient; it’s unprofessional and deeply frustrating.
I’ve never encountered such a poor experience through Booking.com, and it’s disheartening that the platform seems unable to intervene. If this is what passes for “Aussie hospitality,” it’s a serious letdown.

- Dennis (6/5): OK - The unit was clean. The layout was strange as the people in the middle bedroom had to walk through the bedrooms of the other two to get to one of the bathrooms. (No privacy) We also had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the room. Why doesn’t the lift go all the way up ?

- Penelope (9/5): Good for a couple and two good friends. - Lots of space for a couple and two singles. Having a living room and kitchen was excellent. The booking site told us there were three bedrooms and two bathrooms. What it did not tell us was that the second bathroom was off the second bedroom, so the occupant of the third bedroom had to go through the second bedroom to get to it.
