• krotto (2/5): Das einzig gute ist die Lage. Müsst ihr wissen. - Die Lage ist top und man kommt sehr schnell in die Innenstadt. Es gibt auch Conbinis in der Nähe, über die man sich versorgen kann. Das Zimmer stimmt absolut nicht mit dem überein, was auf den Bildern abgebildet war. Vielleicht irgendwann früher mal . . . Es war nicht komplett verdreckt, aber sauber war es irgendwie auch nicht. Vorhänge sind halb zerrissen. Da es an einer stark befahrenen Straße ist, ist der Geräuschpegel auch ziemlich hoch. Ohrstöpsel regeln, aber es wurde im Angebot auch nicht darauf hingewiesen. Das schlimmste: Kakerlaken als Mitbewohner. Ich hatte tatsächlich überlegt kurzfristig eine andere Unterkunft zu finden, da ich mich auch nicht sicher gefühlt habe. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat zwar problemlos und schnell geklappt, aber man fühlte sich durch das große Schild unten am Eingang nicht wirklich Willkommen, da es ganz klar sagt, dass dies nicht für kurzfristige Aufenthalte gedacht sei. Auch die Security unten am Eingang hat einem eher das Gefühl gegeben ein unwillkommener Gast zu sein. Auch habe ich nichts von dem Pool gesehen, der mit angepriesen wird und es gab dazu auch keinerlei proaktive Info. Am Ende habe ich die 3 Nächte zwar dort verbracht, aber ich war wirklich erleichtert, als es vorbei war.

Pool use is restricted to certain hours and you have to phone in advance to organise. To avoid detection, the 'host' took our payment directly and the cancelled the booking.com reservation stating that our card had been declined. Booking.com needs to be more vigilant.

• Shirley (1/5): Run! Don't book here. - Central location, located in district 4. Nice view of the river if you stay long enough to enjoy the view. Rooms were not well kept and maintained. We had issues with the linen on the beds; we reached out to the host concerned about possible bed infestations, turns out they were aware of the issue and did not offer any solutions. We left the place, didn't want our holiday to be spoiled dealing with hosts with no accountability. Also photos don't match up with the rooms we checked in either.

The host claimed that both apartments had 'exploded tiles' then while trying to search for another place to stay you could still book the same rooms for a higher price. I believe this hosts books the same apartment on different sites trying to scam tbe best price. Stay away!

• Aschelina (7/5): Oke verblijf voor Saigon, - Voor een kort verblijf in Saigon zit je hier best oké. Je zit buiten het drukke district 1, maar dat is prima beloopbaar. Met name de slaapkamer is mooi en ruim. Het bed is prima. Er is een grote kast voor je spullen en een wasmachine in het appartement. Op de 7e verdieping is een prima zwembad, waarvoor je je wel van tevoren moet aanmelden om daar gebruik van te maken. Ook hier heeft AI een mooi filtertje over de foto's gelegd. De woonkamer is donker en de badkamer is behoorlijk klein. Het niet heel schoon, alles is net iets te versleten en heeft vlekken. Het is ook wat gehorig, zeker in de woonkamer.

• Shirley (1/5): Very unpleasant- Many safety and hygiene concerns. - Location is central to a lot of restaurants and activities. Kids playground centre on the same block if you have children. Pictures uploaded to view on booking.com are misleading; the rooms that we received are not like that at all. We were handed a 3 bedroom apartment that looked like it was not well maintained and cleaned: fans were dusty, air conditioner was leaking, we had to find a pot to catch the water dripping. There was a hole in the ceiling with pipes and tape protruding Paint warped from water damage? Mould in the shower head and drains. Query that there were mites in the sheets as well. Host was not concerned about this issue at all so good-luck to a brewing infestation... Not safe for children at all, windows can be open widely with no metal guards to stop anything going over. Balcony was also not kid-friendly. We booked 3 varied apartments for 4 nights, we stayed for 2 hours before moving our whole family of 12 members to another accommodation. At your own risk, If you decide to book and stay here. Pay by credit card or bank transfer. Booking.com will require a payment trail to initiate any reimbursement if there is any issues with your booking.

• Opuluxe (10/5): - It’s neat, clean and great value for money. Location is great in the heart of everything. The staff were very welcoming and check in was very smooth and we will stay there again.
• Nuj Nphlaib (8/5): Nice stay - No breakfast available. Spacious rooms. Washing machine was easy to use. Elevators were helpful. Harry was very helpful and responsive via Whatsapp on our day of arrival and assisting with check-in. One of the bathroom’s showers drained slowly. Luckily, the other was fine. This slightly delayed our plans but overall not a huge issue. We only needed a place to sleep as we were busy most of the day.

The host had a dodgy agreement with security, we had to wait around the corner while he arranged it. All felt incredibly sketchy. I tried to source a new accommodation with booking.com but no one from customer services got back to me, so we spent 2 nights terrified. Not impressed.

• ANGELIQUE (8/5): Bels appartements - Immeuble de luxe. Appartements modernes et bien équipés. Lits confortables. Bon accueil Un des deux appartements n’avait pas de table pour prendre le petit déjeuner. C’est dommage. Mais on l’a pris à 4 dans le 2eme qui nous avait été alloué presque juste en face. Le deuxième appartement avait une clim qui fuyait. Un technicien est venu dès le signalement, mais elle a continué à poser des problèmes. Je pense que ce n’est que passager.
• Starla (8/5): Good Location, Walkable - Location was perfect! I like to walk and was able to walk easily from this location. My scheduled tours or grab drivers were all easily able to find me. There is a 7-11 and a restaurant just outside of the building. I had a studio, worked well for me as a solo traveler and only 5 days. The most amazing part was my original booking in the same building was canceled just when I was about to check in. That booking was with a different host. I was able to find this one, they came within 15 minutes of my booking and took my card in person. Kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. Front door to building can only be accessed with key card. There is a washer in the room and rooftop pool. However, I never made it up to the pool. Bed was not that comfortable, I struggled to get the shower to work correctly. There is a washer, but given the humidity your clothes take much time to dry. Rooftop pool, you have to let the host know so they can arrange a chair for you.

I had to borrow someone else's phone number to receive messages for them.Their place take cash and card if my card faulty they should let me know while we talking on the app.i can pay cash.But what they did was blame booking.com and avoid my calls Before check in time they didn't tell me my card was faulty, they told me to come to the location and someone would pick me up, I had to stay out in the rain with my luggage and and at the last minute only received a cancellation notice.

Direkt am Eingang des Gebäudes hängt ein Schild, auf dem steht, dass eine kurzzeitige Vermietung – wie es hier der Fall ist – verboten sei. Man hat das Gefühl, nicht wirklich willkommen zu sein bzw. dass alles etwas dubios abläuft. Außerdem ist es relativ laut, da die Balkontür undicht war und die Wohnung an einer stark befahrenen Straße bzw. Brücke liegt. Die Ausstattung wirkt insgesamt schon recht alt; im Bad war beispielsweise Schimmel zu sehen. Der Pool ist zudem nur von 10 bis 17 Uhr nutzbar, und man muss vorher beim Anbieter anfragen, ob man überhaupt Zugang erhält, da dieser eigentlich ausschließlich den Bewohnern des Gebäudes vorbehalten ist. Spontan geht es also nicht, trotzdem wird damit hier auch geworben. Das ist sehr dreist.

The smell of the room when you open the main doors not good i think maybe before the guest came need to make it more presentable. Its look like how many months never open the windos and let air ventilation.The smell of the hallway much better than the room. The beedings also so untidy inside the drawer.

Si vous êtes plus de 4 personnes, le lit “futon” est très inconfortable. La clim est très bruyante.
