• Lutz (5/5): Lage gut, Zimmer sind teilweise renovierungsbedürftig. - Die Lage war sehr gut. Es ist eine Wohnung, die auf 4 Doppelzimmer aufgeteilt wurde. Das steht so nicht genau in der Beschreibung. Der Zugang erfolgt ausschließlich über WhatsApp Infos, die ziemlich verwirrend waren. Die Schlüsselübergabe war über einen Tresor in der Wohnung. Der Schlüssel zum Treppenaufgang funktionierte nur sehr schlecht und man musste viel rumprobieren. Wir hatten Zimmer 1 und Zimmer 3. Die Zimmertüren sind sehr alt und in schlechtem Zustand. In Zimmer 3 waren große Schlitze und die Tür schleifte über den Boden, so dass der Zugang nur schlecht funktionierte. Die Vermieterin war nie vor Ort und hat alles nur über Telefon und WhatsApp abgewickelt.

• Charlotte (5/5): We had a lovely time in Rome and loved the location of the apartment but it was noisy - Very good location - short walk to the Vatican, plenty of cafes / restaurants nearby. 2 double beds ideal for a family of 4 Very noisy - barely slept on the Friday night due to noise outside the apartment - either from other guests arriving, traffic outside, rubbish being collected and at one stage, another guest walked into our room! The beds were also not comfortable.

Samodzielne zameldowanie i wymeldowanie to duża wygoda. Bardzo głośny wentylator w toalecie, kabina prysznicowa wymaga odświeżenia.

• Nina (10/5): - We haven't been in this room. This is another room.I liked that it was close to the stops. We walked to the Vatican and walked to nearby locations without any problems. I didn't like that they entered the room without my permission, even to clean it. I didn't like that it wasn't mentioned anywhere during the booking, that there was a 5 euro deposit per person per night. I've been traveling for a long time and I've never had such a fee anywhere. I didn't like that I get thousands of messages a day on my email and WhatsApp. I didn't like that the air conditioner made a deafening noise every 10 minutes and we had to turn it off.
• Gravity (8/5): Very good - Great Location and Comfortable Stay Near the Vatican I had a pleasant stay at this B&B. The best part is definitely the location — it’s only about a 10-minute walk to the Vatican, which made sightseeing super convenient. The setup includes four rooms, each with its own private bathroom, and a shared kitchen space. Our room had a mini-fridge and an AC unit. The AC worked well, though it did leak a bit, so we had to occasionally empty a bucket placed underneath it. The kitchen is available for light use, mainly for preparing breakfast. However, it doesn’t include a toaster. While the listing describes the place as a B&B, breakfast isn’t included — it comes at an additional cost. Thankfully, just across the street is Giardino dei Gracchi, a charming café where you can get a fresh cornetto and cappuccino for around €4. The room was cleaned daily, which was a nice touch. We had no issues entering when we first arrived, but the check-in process does involve specific steps, so be sure to follow the host’s instructions carefully. Overall, this was a clean, well-located, and comfortable stay. I’d definitely consider returning.
• Aneta (8/5): Very good - The room was really spacious - I expected to be small. Fully equipped kitchen and it was always very well cleaned up. The owner is super nice. and the location is great, Near Vatican and a lot of bus stations and tube. Maybe I would appreciate more places where we could put our stuff in the room - like more shelves or cupboards.
• Stella (4/5): Disappointing - Location was good, close to the Vatican, however a bit far from all the other sights Small room, nothing compared to the photos. Hard and complicated to enter the building with a problematic lock, complicated and many instructions and codes to follow, which is not what you expect when you come to your Accomodation from the airport or your walk. The WiFi wasn’t available to find in the premises and we had to ask for it to take the instructions to read the instructions sent in another big and complicated email. Towels did not change unless we asked. In our request for a taxi suggestion we simply got the suggestion to take an Uber, which is something we knew ourselves.

The beds were comfortable and Close to the major attractions, shops and eateries. We felt very safe. The room and especially the bathroom needs some maintenance. The lights flickered & the shower came out of the wall. Its a dark room and not very inviting. Checking in was confusing and the instructions could have been clearer as we waited out on the street for some time expecting to meet someone but instead were given several messages to enter the apartment via text. After a long journey this was very frustrating.

• Charlotte (9/5): Delightful Stay in Rome - The room was lovely, exactly like the pictures. Shower pressure was great. Hotel room was quiet, and lots of lovely bars/cafes/restaurants right outside - the Prati area is lovely. It was less than 10 minutes to walk to the vatican. There was a kettle/fridge inside the room, and a TV with YouTube and Netflix. The communal kitchen was well equipped with any utensils you might need. Chiara our host was super helpful with any queries we had and made the check in process as easy as possible. The room was close to the vatican, but around a 25 minute walk to get to central Rome (trevi fountain, pantheon area). There was sugar in the room by the kettle but no coffee/tea (although I am sure the host would have provided this had we raised it with her).
• Katherine (8/5): Good base for exploring Rome - Great location, good sized room and well equipped with kettle, fridge etc Some of the bathroom fittings felt a bit flimsy and we couldn’t access the plug sockets on one side of the bed for lamps/phone charging.
• U_r (5/5): Passable - Location The confusing check-in process involved texting two different numbers, entering two codes, and then finding the keys that were not where they were supposed to be. You can hear everything in the room, even how others flush the toilet. The entrance key stopped working at some point, so needed to call the numbers in the middle of the night to get in (there's no reception)

• Kimberley (7/5): Good - Location was fantastic, so easy to get into town, close to the Vatican and lots of bars, shops and restaurants in walking distance, as well as a supermarket. Only thing we should have realised, was that the Metro stops running after earlier on weekdays, so we had to get buses back but no bother as easy to navigate with CityMapper. Hosts were fantastic r.e communication and helped with everything we asked of them, even switching the beds around at late notice, after I forgot to update them on the twin bed request. WiFi was great and the other room amenities were good - coffee machine, hairdryer, TV, aircon etc. Overall really great. Room decor was a little tired, the sink faucet was wobbly but everything was clean and worked. The only complaint would have been the wobbly sink faucet.

The room was spacious and clean. Free coffee machine, air con, toiletries. It felt very safe and quiet. Good communication from Chiara, she was very helpful for any issues and we were very grateful for an extra hour on check-out. The beds are firm (which is pretty typical in Italy)

The room is located in a repurposed flat, which has been renovated with love and a great eye to detail. Chiara the host is extremely helpful and very responsive. Overall, was a great stay in a very nice neighborhood. As it’s a small B&B, rooms are quite close to each other and if you’re unlucky, you could hear other guests. We were fine, but worth considering if you’re a light sleeper.

• Ahmet (4/5): Noisy, no way to sleep - The location was perfect. First of all this accomadation is a second floor flat with 4 rooms. All room doors open to a hall, and a kitchen is in the hall. If somebody is doing something in the kitchen, you hear all the loud because the old-style wood doors do not block. Also, you smell all those things. There is no time limit to use the kitchen, which means somebody is doing something the whole night and early in the morning. In addition, somebody is doing something upstairs, and you hear some noise, like moving the furniture on the floor. The electrical heater is working like a tractor. The shower area doors are leaking. On the booking.com, room photos are including hall photos. I think should be only the room photos there. This is causing confusion and expectation.

• Marija (9/5): Great experience in the heart of Rome, I would recommend this to my friends. - Location was great, in an old building 10 min. to Vatican and 20 min. to the city centre. We walked everywhere. There are many cafes, restaurants and shops around and there is a restaurant that works 24/7. The hostess was very friendly and replied to messages pretty fast. Our room overlooked the main street, which can be noisy, but the windows are good quality and when they are closed it is fine.

• Maria (8/5): Value for money and aesthetically nice - Our room had a very nice decoration and the hotel is relatively close to the city center and all of the monuments. You can walk around and alternatively you can get the metro, the closest station was 6-7 mins away. There is a coffeeshop down the corner from the hotel that you can have breakfast or lunch in amazingly good prices. We would prefer to be a little more close to the monuments as it was very hot to walk there in July. However we were not that far, only 30=40 mins walk but the heat made it very tiring

Air conditioner was leaking constantly we had to get up in the middle of the night to throw away the extra water collected in a bucket underneath. Also located a 10min walk from the nearest metro station which normally wouldn’t be a problem but very difficult in 40C+.
• Federico (9/5): Excellent place for a Rome getaway - The location was perfect, close to the Vatican City and places to eat within walking distance. The room was perfect with AC. My only recommendation for the owner would be to use warm lights instead of white lights (toilet and bedroom bedside tables). They would make the place much more comfortable

• Viktoriia (9/5): Superb - Lovely place to stay in Rome. There are cozy streets, not far from the Vatican, many cafes and good transport communication with the central part. Noisy on the streets at night to sleep with open windows (traffic, garbage trucks etc).
