• Liliane (8/5): Toll gelegene Wohnung zum erkunden der Stadt. - Die Lage ist sehr komfortabel, man ist schnell down- als auch uptown. Das es kaum Fenster hat, wo man raussieht. Die Wendeltreppe ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und braucht Übung, dann geht es.
• Ricky (8/5): Prima accommodatie voor de prijs! - - De locatie was super. 5 minuten lopen naar de metro. - De ruime slaapkamers. Verder ook geen geluidsoverlast van de buurt. - De keuken had alle faciliteiten. - De prijs is heel goed voor de locatie en ruimte. - De badkamer is erg klein, voegen zijn beschimmeld en gescheurd, waardoor lekkage in de slaapkamer onder de badkamer. - De woonkamer/keuken is erg klein, waardoor je oncomfortabel zit met 4 persoonsgezelschap. Niet geschikt voor grotere groepen dan 4. De host heeft mij later gebeld en bevestigd dat de problemen van de badkamer inmiddels zijn verholpen. Excuses werden aangeboden.

Bliver bedt om at oplyse, at man kender udlejer. - Lejligheden lever under ingen omstændigheder op til beskrivelsen ved booking og billederne afspejler ikke virkeligheden. Sengetøj findes ikke (tynde tæpper) og værelser er placeret i kælderen.

• McInteer (6/5): Overall, the apartment was okay for our needs, and the price was fair for the location. - The location of the apartment was wonderful — just three blocks from Central Park, which made exploring the city so easy. The price was also amazing and offered great value. We received a message an hour before arrival to meet someone for keys, which required us to leave the museum and catch the train. Unfortunately, no one met us, and only right before we arrived I received a text with the three door codes sent. This caused unnecessary stress and disruption to our plans. Clearer and earlier communication about the door codes would have prevented this issue. There were, however, several issues that impacted our stay: The bathroom has no vent, so steam from the shower builds up quickly, leading to mold on the ceiling. The tub does not drain very fast either. It needs some attention. The hallway leading to the apartment smelled strongly of smoke, which was a major turn-off for our group. The spiral staircase made it very difficult to bring luggage downstairs & upstairs. If the luggage is heavy this makes it very difficult. Bedding was minimal — only a bottom sheet and one blanket — which was not sufficient for winter. More blankets are definitely needed. The smoke detector in the upstairs bedroom is also hanging down off the ceiling, obviously not working.
• Hella (10/5): Cómoda y agradable - El alojamiento súper limpio, cómodo, tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, la ubicación también es muy buena, el barrio muy tranquilo y con muchos comercios. Si hubieran dos baños hubiera estado mejor, un solo baño para 7 personas es un poco complicado.

• Stroud (10/5): It was a fantastic location and a great option for a group of 6. - It was open and had plenty of space. The shower switched from hot to cold very often and got water all over the bathroom.
• Xavier (7/5): Très bon emplacement , chambres confortables mais SDB catastrophique. Et séjour non prévu pour8 - Nous avons aimé l’emplacement et les chambres confortables ! L’équipement de la salle de bain minuscule pour 8 ( moisissures , douche avec forte pression impossible à régler , rideau de fenêtre et bon de douche ). Le robinet de la cuisine s’est cassé (calcaire ) personne n’est venu alors que j’avais prévenu .
• Francisco (5/5): Convenient value location in Manhattan - 3 bedrooms that can accommodate a whole family of 8 people. Only one bathroom. Staff was not very helpful (as saying we could check in at 12PM while later denying that option). Also, one door got stuck and had no actual help, needed to spend 2 hours figuring out how to open the door. To make things worse, the alarm of the bedroom next to the kitchen is malfunctioning and goes off without any reason (for instance if you take a shower or make a toast the alarm would go off).
• Mirjam (8/5): Fijn verblijf! - Rustige locatie, ondanks dat het aan een drukke straat ligt (appartement ligt aan de achterzijde van het gebouw), ruime slaapkamers, voldoende borden, bestek etc aanwezig De badkamer was vrij klein en het douchegordijn was iets te kort, waardoor de vloer van de badkamer steeds nat werd.

• christophe (7/5): - Appartement avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine, machine à laver le linge, aspirateur, pas mal de rangement. Bien situé et pas bruyant. Communication facile avec les loueurs. La climatisation était défaillante dans l'une des chambres du sous sol, la salle de vie est petite, sombre ett ne dispose pas de chaises suffisantes (seulement 4) et il y faisait très chaud faut de climatisation dans cette pièce. Dans la chambre principale, l'installation de la climatisation était entourée de serviette de toilettes pour bouger les trous de la fenêtre.
• Christopher (7/5): Overall, a very nice property. The only downside is a lack of a second bathroom on the lower level. - It was a very clean property. It had all of the things we needed as far as kitchen and bathroom supplies. The subway is about a 10 minute walk. Multiple restaurants nearby. The restaurants were all in walking distance. No second bathroom. (A relatively inexpensive, second bathroom downstairs would significantly enhance this property). The orange couch in the main room needs to be replaced. It is uncomfortable and worn out.

• Amanda (5/5): Short and sweet. - It was cute and had everything we needed from toiletries, cleaning supplies and even a washing machine. Very clean. There are some cute authentic restaurants nearby and grocery stores on the corners. The people in the neighborhood were very friendly and greeted us every morning when we started on our way. When we arrived we let the host know our ETA. The original booking said we could check in between 3 and 11. We arrived at 2:30 and the apartment wasn't ready. We asked if we could leave our luggage or if there was a place we could wait nearby and were told he would talk to the cleaners and let us know. We didn't hear back for a half hour after waiting outside the proprty on the sidewalk and I had to call again. I was again told it wasn't ready yet and he would call me back when we could check in. We found a restaurant around the corner and ate and I called the host again at 4. He told me it would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes. We arrived when they were just finishing up. The apartment also smelled like marijuana in the evenings and was so strong it was hard to breath in the basement bedrooms.

• Mateusz (8/5): Great for fit, slim people who can accept hot-cold-hot-cold showers :) - Very good location, right next to the NW corner of the Central Park, 5 mins to subway (103th street). Quite spacious for NYC standards. Kitchen well equipped: coffee machine, toaster, utensils, knives etc. (well, no dishwasher). USB ports in furniture - no need to bring socket adapters (for people from outside US). Safe neighborhood, no fear of walking even at night. Shops, eateries around. Quiet inside, no street noise. Helpful and professional hosts. The main drawback is water temperature in the shower. No matter time of day over 4 days, it cycled hot-cold-hot-cold despite setting to warm. Not fun in winter after a long, cold day and you hardly can do something about it since the shower head does not move much. Also the bathroom is very small, lacks hangers, shelves and the shower curtain is too short, does not stick to the side of the bathtub, but to your body. The internal staircase between floors is very narrow and steep (metal spiral type) - only good for fit, slim people and not fun with luggage. Marujuana smells from the morning, but hey, it's NYC, what can you do.

• Inga (8/5): Good choice for group travels with friends - Great location, close to bus stops to Times Square, close to the Central park, about 8-10 minutes walk to the subway, depending on your walking pace. There are many cafes and shops nearby, which is very convenient if you need to grab a bite. The rental company is always in touch, responds quickly, and the apartment has everything you need. The staircase leading down to the lower bedrooms is a bit inconvenient, not really suitable if you have any health issues, are elderly, or traveling with children. Also, the ventilation downstairs is such that if any neighbours smoke, a strong smell appears in the lower bedroom.
