• SUNGHOON (10/5): It was a good value place to stay in LA. - Overall, I was satisfied with both the apartment and the parking. Considering the location and facilities in LA, I think this place offers good value for the price even with a few minor drawbacks. The parking area was close to the apartment, and both the building and parking area felt secure, so I felt safe during my stay. The location was convenient, close to downtown, and it was easy to use public transportation. The beds and the sofa were comfortable. The shower water was hot enough, although I was not sure how to properly control the temperature. The living room had two windows that could be opened, which made ventilation easy, and it was convenient to use OTT streaming services on the TV. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare simple meals. The washing machine in the apartment was out of order, but there was a laundry room in the basement, so it was not a major inconvenience. There was some traffic noise outside, but it was not too disturbing. There were also some homeless people nearby, but that is common in many downtown areas, so it did not bother me much. Communication with the manager was smooth, and they were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Booking.com description mentioned that each bedroom had two beds. In reality, one bedroom had two beds, but the other bedroom had only one bed. I stayed for two nights, and I think it would have been better if more towels had been provided.

The open-plan living area was modern and spacious, perfect for relaxing together. The building's location in the heart of Downtown LA meant we could walk to countless attractions. A stylish, well-thought-out, and highly convenient place to stay!

• Mason (10/5): - This was exactly what I needed for a working trip to LA. The apartment was quiet, beautifully furnished, and had fast, reliable Wi-Fi. The second bedroom worked perfectly as a home office. After work, it was a treat to be able to walk to some of the best dining in the city. Far exceeded my expectations of a downtown rental. I will be looking to book this same apartment on my next business trip.

• jlm0528 (8/5): Good location for the price - Location was nice, just unfortunate that the streets in that part of downtown LA were so dirty. There were a few quirks about the apartment, there weren't enough hand towels, no sheets on the main bed, and we did see a roach or two, but I think it was from the other apartment. The main bed in the main master bedroom should be a queen bed instead of a full, since there's room for it.

• Brennan (2/5): Dishonest neighborhood description; scary block even by downtown L.A. standards & electricity outage - The rooms inside are updated. This property was listed as one address, but, after we arrived, the property manager told us by text the actual address was a different location. I decided to stay here based on the published address. The actual address is in a much seedier part of downtown Los Angeles. The photo of the building on this listing does not match the actual building. The interior matched the photos, so this isn’t an issue of moving us to a new location due to the wildfires. I am the dad of three boys I brought there for a volleyball tournament. I would have made a different choice if I had been provided with accurate address and building photo information. The electricity went off the first night. It went off again last night. The result was our apartment being too noisy to sleep because the neighborhood was so loud with sirens, honking, and yelling. It was the championship we’d been working toward for six months. The neighborhood and outage affected our performance. We did NOT have anything unusual plugged in. We just had our photo chargers and a white noise maker, which we use everywhere we travel. I have used Booking.com for many years and have not had issues before. When I asked the manager, she said all of my problems were due to the wildfires. However, none of this is related to the wildfires, which were 20 miles away. The sketchy neighborhood was not full of people from wealthy Pacific Palisades or Altadena, as if they’d be yelling and honking in the streets followed by the police. Ultimately, this is a case of falsely representing the address and photo exterior.

All major landmarks are easily accessible. We had access to some of our favourite cafes in the morning and got to try lots of different types of cuisine most evenings. The rooms were very spacious and well equipped. A wonderful place to stay as a family. A pleasant surprise in the heart of Los Angeles Don’t ask security to help with luggage or anything. They do their job only
