• Con (8/5): - Great location, walking distance to Elizabeth Quay and to Murray Road. Laundry was great and room was spacious. The beds were uncomfortable
• Gill (6/5): Great location - if the mattresses on the beds were upgraded I’d recommend it to others. - Great location for our trip. Nice apartment with all the facilities we needed and close to great eating places. Great parking facilities, lots of room and secure. The beds were awful in both rooms. We could feel the springs through the mattresses and none of us got a good nights sleep. I ended up sleeping on the lounge which was way more comfortable than the bed. The booking arrangements were confusing and involved me phoning several times to get information on how to pay the security deposit, then for information on how to pick up the key and then again for where to leave the key. I then had a text message and email and phone conversation with the property manager that we had damaged the swipe card (which we hadn’t it was like that when I picked it up from the locked box) so all in all with little sleep over the 2 day stay it was a very stressful experience.
• Mechell (10/5): - Place was in good location central to most things, clean and easy to acccess Noisy people in apartment below us up till all hours of the night yelling and slamming doors
• Deb (9/5): - The apartment had everything we needed. Communication with the staff was great and friendly. Nothing.
• Debian (6/5): - Nothing was good about key collection. The unit though was comfortable and clean and good position. We were messaged two days prior to checkin that keys were ready in a lock box at a separate location. Two hours before checkin they were not there. Frustration !! We had a rental car to return, we had groceries to buy, we had kids in the car! The experience was unacceptable and very frustrating!
• Megan (7/5): Happy with the apartment, timing with other guests unfortunate - Large apartment, nice furniture. Single bed mattresses very hard. Parking tricky. Picking up key from different location. Unfortunately rooms around us were booked out by NAIDOC week football teams, the Friday night especially was constant disruption from very loud yelling down the hallways, banging doors etc

• Judy (9/5): - Spacious apartment with everything we needed, close to the hop on hop off bus and restaurants. Also close to the city and swan river. Thankyou we really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was quite and private We were happy thanks
• Sharon (8/5): An enjoyable stay with Perth and all its fantastic attractions at your doorstep - A well equipped unit that suited the needs of three girlfriends travelling together. Good eating and bar options close by, Hay St mall shopping heaven and Perth train station that made getting to major attractions like Fremantle and Rottnest Island a breeze. Being in a residential apartment block meant some noisey moments as people came and went. This was more prevalent on weekend nights.
• Fleur (7/5): Convenient and tidy. - Location. Has all the essentials of an apartment. Lack of convenient bedside PowerPoints and the fridge makes has a loud rattle which can disturb your sleep.
• Paul (5/5): average review - location, roomy clean beds very uncomfortable, on arrival carpet very wet soak our socks walking around. Saturday we just wanted to rest and there was Jack hammering from 7am all day not happy.

• Margaret (3/5): Poor - Overall the unit was fine. The girls from Staycay were very friendly and helpful providing me with the bus map and ideas of where to visit. They were lovely. The problem for our 4 day stay was the condition of the beds in the second bedroom. My son moved to the couch on the first night but that was too narrow for sleeping. So we stripped the bed and turned the mattress over but the other side was just as bad. You could feel the metal springs under a very thin layer of material. Very, very uncomfortable. Would highly recommend two new single bed mattresses for future guests.

• Oybek (9/5): Perfect location and prompt response from hosts. - Very convenient location. Close to the city. Double deck bus stops just in front of the property. Has a swimming pool which is extra.
• Nikki (6/5): Our stay was ok. Unit was clean but a bit dated. - It had most facilities including a pool that was clean. Managers were responsive to our needs. Issues with dryer blowing up which blew fuses and we had no power overnight. Power points were all a bit dodgy. Single beds not very comfy.
