- Bożenna (10/5): - Wspaniałe położony w dzielnicy japońskiej hotel z restauracjami wietnamskimi i japonskimi z pysznym jedzeniem.Wnętrze hotelu ładnie zaprojektowane ,pokoje bardzo czyste.Snadania do wyboru z karty smaczne.Bardzo miła i uczynna obsługa Polecamy.

- David (10/5): Great boutique hotel - Great boutique hotel near lots of bars and restaurants and an easy grab ride to all the sights

- Bär (9/5): Nice but small - Nice and calm, lovely room however a bit small. Difficult to handle large luggage Room is a bit small.

- Myrna (10/5): - Ruhig, da etwas nach hinten versetzt. Hochwertige Zimmer, leise und sehr gute Klimaanlage. Gutes Bett. Sehr freundlich 👍
- Vera (10/5): We'd love to come back anytime - The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was awesome: a spot with lots of nice coffee shops and bars, locals, and expats. The room was clean, AC worked well, maybe a bit small but big enough for two people. Overall the value for money is outstanding. Actually everything was perfect. Maybe one point worth to mention: The breakfast was good, and it was great that it was included. However, it was mainly warm, country-specific dishes, something that Europeans may need to get used to.

- Márk (8/5): Good for a short stay at SGN - Phi and the entire staff was really kind did their best all the times
Comfy bed
Clean room The bathroom was really small and its “door” was a little bit weird for us
Breakfast was a little bit tricky

- markus (9/5): Gut - Gutes Bett, gute Lage.

- Roman (9/5): Exceptional service in a perfect local pocket. - The staff here are absolutely amazing, friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. They truly make you feel welcome. The location is also a standout; while it might look a bit tucked away on a map, it’s actually the perfect combination of an authentic residential neighbourhood and easy access to District 1. You get the best of both worlds here.

- Bernadette (10/5): Brief but pleasant stay - Great boutique hotel in the heart of Japan town. The staff were very accommodating and helpful.
Something to consider. The lift is very small and can comfortably fit 1-2 people at a time. You have to take some extra precautions while riding it. Overall, my stay was comfortable and pleasant
- Ziga (10/5): The hotel is nice to relax after a busy day in Saigon. There are bars, pubs, restaurants, spas near to spend an evenjng - A very small hotel, I think 6 rooms. Just out of D1, with plenty of life around it.
- cian (10/5): Great hotel - Really nice hotel friendly staff and tasty breakfast
- Juliane (7/5): -
- Rushikesh (8/5): Exceptional service - It's a really small building with a pretty small lift. The staff is very very friendly and accomodating. They kept our luggage because we reached very early so we could go and roam around till the room was ready for us. Overall the bed was super comfortable. They have everything from bathrobes to shower caps, toothbrush, combs etc.there are a couple of restaurants, cafes and a market in the vicinity. The rooms are really small. Not much room to move around. The hotel looks a bit bigger in the pics but is smaller in reality. It was a bit hard to locate at first but we found it. The tap water smelled a bit different, that's not really the hotel as such. But overall everything was good.
- Katarzyna (10/5): - Good location, many restaurants around, kindly staff and delicious breakfast pho!
- Louis (8/5): Good location and good value. Great service - Small hotel in an alley. Surrounded by restaurants, snacks stands and cafes. Rooms are small but well appointed. Service was excellent. Staff was very attentive and sweet. Always someone at reception. Location was good. Good breakfast.
Very good value. Would stay there again.
- Laurine (10/5): A charming, well-decorated boutique hotel with wonderful staff and great value for money - I had an amazing stay. Lovely boutique hotel - the staff are extremely kind and helpful. Beautifully decorated, very clean, and great value for money. Will definitely go back next time I’m in Saigon ( Nothing
- Cường Hồ Quốc (9/5): - đồ ăn sáng rất ngon, dịch vụ tốt, nhân viên nhiệt tình, chu đáo, không có gì nhiều cần nhận xét khu vực ăn sáng khá nhỏ, đồ ăn sáng ngon nhưng lại ít lựa chọn
- Marney (10/5): 100% recommend. - Love this boutique hotel! Nothing, all was great!
- Stefan (9/5): - Mooi ingerichte kamer.
- Dee (10/5): Excellent staff and facilities, well worth booking! - The rooms were a good size and very nicely decorated. Only criticism was that the stairs are very steep and not built for taller than average people. Restaurant wasn't open and the shower in one of the rooms was smaller and awkward due to the wall shape.
- Sullivan (10/5): -
- Iurii (10/5): We’re so happy we chose White Lotus Boutique Hotel in Ho Chi Minh! - This place was recommended to us and we’re truly grateful for that, as it was hard to pick a hotel among so many options.
We loved everything about our stay:
The room was perfectly clean and comfortable.
The street is quiet, which is rare for Saigon.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. They even helped us organize a birthday surprise with a cake and flowers.
We stayed on the 3rd floor in a room without a balcony. The mattress was firm and very comfortable, the shower was nice, the bathroom super clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We truly felt at home here.
The neighborhood is not too touristy, which we liked a lot. There are lots of local shops, a small market nearby, affordable and delicious street food. It’s quiet, authentic, and felt very safe.
Getting to the city center took just 10–15 minutes by taxi, fast, cheap, and easy. Honestly, we didn’t even want to stay downtown with all the noise and crowds.
Thank you for your warm hospitality. We definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back.
- Lyna (4/5): Disappointing - The staff is good. The room on the shelf is a bit dusty, the room has cockroaches.
- Marney (10/5): Love the White Lotus Boutique Hotel. I always stay here when I visit HCMC! -
- Ciaran (10/5): Amazing boutique hotel - Great location. Quiet, not too far away from the main city centre but far enough away that it is quieter. Hundreds of choices to eat nearby, and cool coffee shops. Seems to be near Japan town, lots of Japanese restaurants but also Vietnamese and western oriented places. Great rooms, comfy. Would stay here again. Breakfast was amazing too. Staff 10/10. Shower pressure was a bit meh, but tends to be the case in all places I have stayed.
- Leo (8/5): Great clean friendly hotel. - Great location, nice clean rooms toilet door was a little revealing
- Anastasiia (8/5): Very good - A good place to stay for a few nights. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. There’s even an elevator, which is a plus. However, the rooms are quite small, and the hotel is tucked deep inside the neighborhood — not easy to find. The front desk is not available 24/7, which can be problematic. To check in late at night after our flight, we had to call a phone number, which is strange since not all tourists get a local SIM card right away. Luckily, a man from a nearby bar called reception for us, and we were let in.
- Matteo (9/5): Great value stay - The staff was very friendly and helpful − they welcomed me warmly and assisted me on every occasion they could, including with my numerous pieces of luggage and helping me get a taxi. The room was clean and recently renovated, with well-functioning air conditioning, good water pressure, and an extremely competitive price. I also appreciated the charming neighborhood, full of small bars and a great number of Japanese restaurants. Considering the price paid, there is honestly nothing to complain about. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on it.
It is worth mentioning that the elevator is very small, but it is mainly intended to carry heavy luggage upstairs rather than accommodate more than two people at a time
- Amy (9/5): Comfortable stay with pleasant staff - This is a great location in the heart of Binh Thanh, seconds from minimarts, pharmacies and many restaurants, cafes and bars. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and although compact, the room was very clean and comfortable. The wifi was very good everywhere in the building, and the tv allowed you to access your YouTube account and so on. Although not specifically a problem for me, be aware that the lift is small, and the staircase is also narrow and steep. If you're travelling with large luggage, you may have difficulties, although the staff were very quick to try and assist in any way they could. After midnight, you have to call a number to get into the building, as there is a night porter who covers two hotels. Mostly this is straightforward, but it can catch you out if your sim card is still playing catchup with the local network.
- Geoffrey (8/5): Very good -
- Geoffrey (8/5): Very good -
- Leonie (10/5): Great stay - would absolutely recommend! - Hotel is in a Great Location, heaps of nice coffee shops and bars are close by but quiet in the hotel itself. The room was clean and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially Lam and Mai. We really enjoyed our stay and have booked again already for our last nights in Saigon. There could have been some more space to hang up towels to dry.
- Giuliana (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is nice and well positioned. The staff is kind and friendly. Wifi works perfectly. Lam is a great guy, and he is always ready to help.
- Dinh (4/5): Disappointing -
- Sheena (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed in two locations in Ho Chi Minh. Our first hotel was in district 1 and then the white lotus boutique hotel. I have to say value for money, this hotel can't be beat. Nestled in the heart of little Tokyo, this hotel is close by some of the best Japanese restaurants you will ever try. When you turn right outside the hotel, you will find a strip of trendy late bars that has a great atmosphere and vibe (what we were missing when we stayed in district 1)
The staff are super friendly and the breakfast was really tasty. We really loved staying here! Nothing
- Matthew (8/5): Very good -
- Dale (6/5): Clean, and okay location but not as great as it could have been. - The staff were friendly.
The check-in process was pretty straightforward.
The room was clean. The foyer was clean. I expected more. The place looks glamorous in the photos but the actual facilities are not as good as they could be.
The hot water only seemed to last for a few minutes each time. Almost like it has a 10L hot water heater.
The bathroom was a bit awkward with no real place to put any toiletries or hang any towels or clothes apart from a single hook. In the shower recess there is a building column that gets in the way. There is a big handbasin but it is far bigger than needed and takes away bench space that you might have otherwise used for placing things on.
The room I chose had a "terrace" and a view. I am not sure what a terrace means, but this room had openable windows onto a dingy looking space between the buildings typical of Vietnam, with neither a terrace or a view that you would want to see. Opening the windows just exposes you to the stuffy air and din of the AC units in the space.
The elevator is tiny, but I actually appreciated it. Its unusual but does the job to get luggage and people upstairs. The actual stairs are a bit of a challenge, so stick to the elevator.
I am not a fan of essential oil lights and with the ventilation the room had, it was just a bit overpowering.
- Luotolahti (9/5): Superb -
- Modjadji (8/5): Very good - The hotel is very clean and has all the amenities you need. The staff were super helpful! They let me checkout at 4am and even helped me with my bags! Thank you Although it was in a prime location, the hotel room is on the smaller side however, it has everything you need for a quick stop over
- Jannis (9/5): Superb -
- Christopher (10/5): Exceptional -
- Guillaume (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marney (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful boutique hotel - definitely recommend!
- Andrew (9/5): Great place to stay! - Fantastic place to stay. They should staff were very helpful. It was clean and a really nice place to relax.
- Kathryn (10/5): Peaceful and beautiful - Beautiful room , very good location , lots of stores and restaurants. The staff are so happy, polite and helpful . I can’t praise them enough . I’m new to this country and they helped every step of the way . Thank you
- Tori (10/5): Loved it - Staff were awesome. Spotless rooms and great location
- Lopez (8/5): Very good -
- Khoang (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rene (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kevin (8/5): Great location, excellent breakfast, lots of close by eating venues… - Funky, compact rooms and reception area In general the building quality is good (as a builder)
In the bathroom there is not many hanging opportunities but there is a hook for a towel.
In my shower there is missing floor tile grout which will cause future problems if not fixed.
- Olga (7/5): Good - Nice like new hotel, clean Restrictive glass in the shower is so short, that everything in bathroom can be wet fast.
Breakfast is so ridiculous, they give u menu and we are two people and all the time gave to us food for one person: like main dish and croissant/bread u order for 1, and the same for another person, and they bring main dish for one person and croissant for second person, how is it?!? and telling us that we need to pay for extra! Extra what?!? Food is low quality that disappoint, better cancel any breakfast.
- Ulrike (9/5): Grat Location in near the old Cristy of HCMC - A wonderful
Kindly Stuff
And definitely a very very clean and cozy comfortable room All perfect👍
- Ursula (10/5): Lovely boutique-hotel with helpful and friendly staff for a pleasant stay in HCM - Nice designed very new hotel, all clean and comfy, with exceptional friendly staff. The small side-lane is quiet in a lively surrounding with lots of restaurants. The hotel offers a good choice of breakfast as well, enjoyed my stay. not all rooms have view, houses in HCM are build close to each other
- Bachmann (8/5): Quiet boutique hotel, breakfast a bit disappointing. - No possibility to choose breakfast, they cooked eggs and sausages for us, and loads of bread!
- Rayno (10/5): Exceptional -
- Courtney (8/5): Great location near bars and restaurants - Great stay and location. We stayed 2 nights and had a lovely breakfast each morning. Near very nice restaurants and bars. The entire accommodation is only a year old so very clean and new. Great decor. Pho place on the corner is great and 5 min Grab car drive to district 1 (city centre)
- Long (7/5): it was ok - Friendly & professional staffs
Good facilities & services The description & picture in the booking.com compare to reality is quite difference. The room was so small that made me fell inconvenience & uncomfortable.
- Pauline (6/5): Ok, for one night - The Location was good for where i wanted to be. Binh Thanh area. On Arrival Customer service was no where to be seen, I was passed around 4 people, not one person greeted me or welcomed me. When I asked basic questions about money exchange and banks I was given yes answers but no information then they said no they don't know (Basic questions in tourism). Breakfast was included but nothing for vegetarians as croissants were off the menu. I was here for one night and then moved 2 mins away for 3 nights that cost me the same but was far more lovely and well exceeded expectations.
- Craig (10/5): Great choice - Funky hotel with modern facilities. Super helpful staff. I got it mixed up with the other hotel in Saigon with the same name.
- Moody (10/5): Exceptional - So cute. Great location. Super comfortable and clean. Friendliest accommodating staff. Bathroom was a little intimate with the bedroom.
- Raghavendra (8/5): Very good -
- James (8/5): Nicely decorated hotel, clean & friendly - Nicely finished and decorated, tiling was really nice. Very clean, very thoughtful and friendly staff. Service was great. Good breakfast (would recommend the local dishes). Location was good to get into district 1. Bit of a smell which we think might be from the drainage. The checkout procedures were not very clear, and took quite some time but this is minor. If you struggle with narrow stairs you may have issues getting up and down the floors, there is a lift but it’s very small.
These points didn’t put us off due to our expectations of the city and we would stay again.
- Matthew (10/5): Super Chill Spot in Binh Thanh - Phenomenal location, super friendly staff and overall, easy to check in. Very pleasant! I want to stay here again. No complaints!
- Gavin (10/5): Outstanding friendly service.Small well appointed very clean room.Thoroughly recommend this establishment. - Super friendly helpful staff Nothing
- Yuki (10/5): Exceptional - There are really kind staffs. I could enjoy this business trip thanks of this hotel. I want to stay this hotel again on next visiting.
- Pham (10/5): The staff was so nice and helpful. I had a wonderful time with this hotel. Highly recommend -
- Vivian (10/5): Such a good place, staffs are friendly and helpful when I asked them for local places to eat and visit. Also, cozy and n -
- Seth (10/5): Exceptional -
- Zhaocan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicholas (5/5): I new the room was small before I booked, but chose it for the location. Overall very fair. - The hotel was very clean, with a new feeling. Attractive design in the Lobby and rooms. Good quality sheets and towels. The Breakfast was nice although simple. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Tiny Elevator that was slow and a bit dangerous for kids as it was a single door kind. Cramped toilet space without enough legroom to sit straight.
- Laura (8/5): Nice for short stay - The hotel ia quite new only open for few months so everything in the hotel is also new and very clean which I liked! Its great they offer breakfast at this price also! I have switched room 3 times because of the noise but the reception was very helpful and let me switch which was nice.
The bed was quite hard
- Alison (10/5): Great location, clean hotel and superb value for money. - This hotel was in a great location, was spotlessly clean and the staff were fantastic. We were visiting family, so we knew the area from previous stays. It’s a great location, close to loads of bars and restaurants, but the hotel is set back from the road and we weren’t disturbed by noise at all. The staff were young and helpful. I loved everything about our stay, but be aware that it is a boutique hotel and it’s small. There is a small open lift or else a steep flight of stairs.
- June (10/5): Excellent location for a Saigon visit… - The friendly and helpful staff, the good design of the rooms that made such good use of the space, upscale environment, the location just out of the busy core with great restaurants and bars. Nothing
