Guest Reviews
- Andra (2/5): Very dissapointing extremely poor and dirty accomodation - The only thing positive i can say about this property was the location. Good central location . There were too many things that didn’t meet the expectations. The overall appearance and hygiene of the property were far below the standards expected on Booking.com. It was not properly cleaned or maintained, and I did not feel comfortable staying there. I had to take the bed shits and towels downt to a laundromat to wash everything.
The property was extremely dirty, with visible dirt around the doors, under the beds, and behind the furniture. There were spider webs in several areas on the ceiling, broken doors (including the toilet door), and many damaged items throughout the house.
On the hallway next to the bathroom and in the toilets there were visible signs of mold.
Overall the property was not only below the standards and overpriced for the facilities it offered, but also a real danger for the health.
- Joseph (9/5): Great stay when exploring London - In a very quiet location and close to several transport stops. Plenty of dining options within walking distance. Host is friendly and always available for queries. Check in and check out were a breeze as info are clearly communicated. Leaving London.
- tom (9/5): Great communication with owner. Most central London attractions within a 20 minute walk. Warm upon arrival - Plenty around in the area like cafe for breakfast a shop almost next door a couple of pubs and restaurants Just a little tired.
- anne (1/5): Horrible place - Laundimat next doir as no drying facilities. Cafes close by Not aware bus routes changed paid for hop on hop off. Totally useless no bus stops close by.
No maintenence on the flat. The lounge in one of the bedrooms so no communial area. Kitchen too small for 4 prople to fit. It was dirty lots of broken things found. Washers seized in bath tap toilet door latch broken and locked- needed a knife to open which was supplied top of door in mildew, blinds stickytape together. 2 beds foam mattress on wood. Kettle on off broken. Place smelt like mildew. Mildew on wall and ceiling in hallway and mildew wet spot on bedroom ceiling. No back outside area to sit as advertised. Stove swtched the power off. Kitchen blind filthy. Cooking pans etc dirty...did not use. Horrible experience when told by owner a 5 star stay. Also told by owner not to talk to other tenents and if asked we were tenents...that was alarm bells but too late had paid and day before stay

- Mchugo (9/5): Very clean , comfortable beds and great location - Great accommodation. The location was just what we needed. Very clean , good sized rooms and very comfortable beds for all Very little wrong
- Elizabeth (8/5): Excellent location, value for money, some tweaks needed. - The property is in an excellent location to Westminster, Buckingham Palace and access to the underground.
The beds were very comfortable and clean. Ample supply of towels.
Communication with the host was superb. They responded to all my questions and made sure my concerns were addressed asap.
Excellent value for money. Some areas could do with redecorating, damp patches on the walls and ceilings.
A lick of paint on the walls to cover marks.
The whole property could do with a deep clean and the furniture in the lounge room given some thought for the number of people the accommodation could hold.
The mish mash of plates etc… just added to a feeling of ‘making do’. Some pictures etc…
This is the personal opinion of 3 older ladies who booked the accommodation for a weekend.
- Ginny (8/5): Amazing location for London. We walked everywhere and saw so much more of London. - So central Could potentially do with a deep clean

- Mark (3/5): - Location Don’t expect to check in time .Has an onsite cleaner !!
- Jan-Erik (7/5): God beliggenhet, rent og godt vertskap - Sentral beliggenhet. Rent.
- Sandeep (9/5): Great Stay - Location , Accessibility, Quiet Needs ventilation
- JUDIT (9/5): Comfortable and well located - We kept excellent communication with the host at all times. The flat was fully equipped with all we needed. It is well located near the Big Ben. Nothing bad to say, really.
- David (7/5): Good location, nice size apartment. - The house was spacious. The single-unit washer/dryer did not dry our clothes at all. Fortunately there was a laundromat nearby and we were able to get to it while it was open. But this could have left us in a bind with wet clothes on hand. Clothes drying should NOT have been listed among the features. Also, there was no binder with recommendations on local dining/attractions, or informing us how to use items like the washer and stove or internet (internet password was provided in a message).
- Rebecca (8/5): - The flat was very spacious and clean with good facilities. The beds were very comfortable. It was easy to find in a great location. The decor was a little tired in places and a few things were in need of replacement, but this is to be expected to some extent in a holiday let.
- Linsey (8/5): Good base for exploring London - Excellent location. Comfortable beds. Well equipped with great touches such as: tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, cloths, tea towels, spare shampoo, body wash, toothpaste etc.
A great property if you’re planning to be out and about visiting London and coming back to sleep. The owner is very quick to reply to messages and gave clear instructions for getting to, and entering the ground floor flat. Easy key pick up (from convenience store round the corner) The extractor fans in the bathroom and toilet are a bit noisy and the toilet door doesn’t lock (not so much of a problem for us, as a family, but it may be for a group of friends. There isn’t a living room and this kitchen is a bit small for 6 people (we knew this already, and again, it wasn’t a problem for us as we just wanted a comfortable place to come back to and sleep)
- Jorge (10/5): Exceptional -
- Klemen (9/5): Superb - Location and three separate bedrooms. Nothing worth mentioning.
- Mehraj (10/5): A great host with exc communication and a very professional and polite cleaner who was very helpful and professional th - Clean spacious and comfortable
Really nice flat with everything needed to make the stay comfortable and pleasant with 3 rooms and kitchen and bath with a separate toilet it was great value for money and comfortable Everything was working fine and nothing to fault
- Laure (9/5): Superb - The fact it was not very clean was the only weakness of this flat.
The small kitchen and the absence of living room was not a problem to us as we just needed a place to sleep.
Above all, we greatly appreciated the central localisation (10 minutes walk from Westminster Abbey) while still being nestled in a quiet environment (no noise during the night), good beds and a lovely and very responsive host.
- Vicstablues (8/5): Location location location - Great location - we went to a show at The Other Palace and it was within walking distance. It was really quiet as well, which was great and the beds were comfy. The key pick up was really easy and the instructions clear. The bedrooms were a good size with lots of storage space. The apartment was a weird layout and there wasn't really a good communal space as the kitchen was small and the sofa was in part of one of the bedrooms. But then we only stayed one night and spent most of our time in the apartment sleeping anyway!
- Belvedere (5/5): Not cozy at all - The location is great. Plenty of restaurants and transport links. 3 very spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds The apartment has a smell of mold, was dirty, and there was dust everywhere. The shower tap is very difficult to turn off. The bathroom rug was disgusting. The accessories were broken and could easily be replaced, showing a minimum of care, such as the shower curtain and the toilet bin. The photos do not reflect the current state of the apartment. The chair seats were stained and dirty. The kitchen is small, but it cannot be changed. The cleaning and general condition can and should be improved.
- Diana (8/5): Great location, great value for a London location - Great location, great value For the price we paid it was good. Ideally you’d have a bit more space for relaxing/sitting together, however the kitchen space was ok for this.
- Lenny (10/5): Perfect. - Easy key collection and the property was clean , had great amenities and was perfect for the people who stayed.
- Jane (8/5): Very good - The Flat was very central ,with everything you need provided for a short stay.Hostess was very helpful.
- Jane (8/5): Basic no frills flat in superb quiet location. Good value for location. We would stay again. - Location was good and brilliant restaurants nearby. Property was basically furnished but was true to the photos shown on the sight. It was warm and clean. The location was peaceful and key pick up was easy. The toilet door was a bit stiff to open, landlord informed and flat could have benefited from more mirrors throughout. We were a party of 4 and it was ok but would be a squeeze for 6.
- Angela (8/5): Very good value for money and a very nice owner who was always easy to contact and extremely pleasan - We picked up the keys from a shop nearby. It was not a problem. We returned them in the same way. My sister slept on the double bed in the room with the couch. She said it was very hard.
- Ousta (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice rooms and big enough for family ,location is located in a nice neighborhood, quiet , very close to Westminster Abbey
- Paul (7/5): Good - Great location Noisy neighbors
- Td (10/5): Exceptional - Best location
- Diana (9/5): Superb -
- Bethan (8/5): Very good - location was good.
Owner was helpful, and had provided pictures of how to access property, although it wasn't as easy as I thought, and contacted owner to help - although had to stand outside for a long time until she rang me back. minor difficulty getting access to the keys
- Cosmin-adrian (10/5): I had an excellent experience with this apartment. The flat was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was perfe -
