• YONG JIE (10/5): Superb and comfortable! - The design of the house and all the necessities provided make me feel like home. It is located in a residential area at around 10km from the cities center but there is some restaurant and coles Woolworths at around 2km so it is fine for us.

• Callus (9/5): - Sooooo peaceful and quiet. The house was lovely, modern & bright. Great location for what we needed. We didn't need the host but always communicating in case we did which was great. We will definitely book this house again when we come to Tassie to see family. The pillows and beds weren't all that comfy.

• Chia Chuan (10/5): I would recommend this property to people visiting hobart for holidays - The property is spacious and has enough facilities we need, the host is very nice and making sure we check in smoothly and have everything we need. Everything is good and smooth

We stayed during the winter, with heating in the main living area, bedrooms are seperate with additional heaters in each which is suffice. Plenty of bedding provided. The location is quite in residential area, close to shops and main CBD is only a 10min drive. Only additions I'd make to the property, would be either tinting or blind on the front door and glass sliding door on the side door for extra privacy. And the addition of some extra towels, washing and drying them each day is an extra chore.

• Tara (9/5): A great stay in Tassie - The house was wonderful, spacious for 6 people, and had everything we could need. It was very well stocked with everyday things in the kitchen, pantry, and laundry, which was a bonus. Beds and pillows were comfortable, and shower pressure was great, too. Location is fabulous, in a quiet neighbourhood but close to amenities. Hosts were very amicable and helpful. We couldn't fit our hire car in the garage (kia carnival), but the driveway was long enough for it, so that's fine. We would definitely stay again. The towels could do with a good wash or replacing as they were smelly, as was the dishwasher. A suggestion to get full-length mirrors in the bedrooms behind the doors would make things even better. Maybe a second lounge in the living room, if you want to fully cater for 6 people.

Location is good，driving only 20min to city，and also easy to drive to other places. The suburd is quite nice and a lot of X'max decoration all around. Definitely will recommend for family holiday，its the best choice. Would better if can have coffee machine..
