• Svetlana Borzova, (10/5): Все супер!!! - Квартира в хорошем районе в центре города. Очень просторная, красиво оформлен интерьер, очень удобные матрас и подушка! Из техники есть все что нужно для проживания. Мне очень понравилась квартира, я бы с удовольствием забронировала ее снова! Фото на сайте полностью соответствуют. -

• David (8/5): Comodo departamento equipado cerca del centro. - La recamara era espaciosa. Estaba sucio el lugar al llegar.
• Nils (8/5): - The location was perfect and the rooms were nice. It was not super clean, the soap and the body wash was empty. Also one of the key safes was broken and open during our whole stay. The cleaning personal made us aware, that it contained the key to our room. That should be fixed.

• Alfonso (7/5): - La ubicación es excelente y el tamaño del piso así como el menaje disponible es adecuado para una estancia de larga duración. Hay restaturantes y supermercados muy cerca, así como la Universidad. El centro también está a corta distancia andando. Mandé un mensaje para saber qué hacer con la basura, ya que iba a estar más de un mes. Nunca me respondieron. Igualmente, desde el primer día en el pasillo de entrada hubo un revuelto de mantas y sábanas que estuvo ahí toda mi estancia.

• Eva-Maria (5/5): Aufgrund des fehlenden Warmwassers nur eine Nacht hier verbracht (anderes Angebot bekommen) - Die Einrichtung war sehr ansprechend, vor allem haben wir uns aufgrund der Lage für dieses Apartment entschieden, einfache Handhabung bei der Schlüsselübergabe (Türcode und Schlüsselbox), freundlicher Service und Angebot von Alternativen kein Warmwasser, da der Boiler nicht funktionierte (nach eigenhändigem aufschrauben der Abdeckung wurde ein angeschmortes Kabel sichtbar, für uns wunderlich warum hier keine Sicherung gefallen ist), bei Telefonanfragen kommt man zuerst in eine Warteschlange und anschließend immer zu einem anderen Mitarbeiter (bei einfachen Fragen kein Problem, in unserem Fall allerdings unpraktisch), wir wurden anschließend in einem anderen Apartment untergebracht (dieses war leider eher außerhalb)

• Zaradny (10/5): Super! - Kamienica w której znajduje się apartament pochodzi z końca XIX wieku lub początku XX wieku. Jest tam bardzo wysoki sufit i przestronne pomieszczenia. Duża ilość metrów sześciennych powietrza w pomieszczeniach pozwala na doskonały wypoczynek i sen. W pobliżu jest ulica Leechgasse. Wchodzi ona w skład strefy parkowania GREEN ZONE. W soboty i niedzielę można tam bezpłatnie zaparkować auto. To zaledwie kilkaset metrów od apartamentu. Było tam sporo wolnych miejsc. Duża ilość okien oraz wysokie okna dają dużo światła w pomieszczeniach. Apartament znajduje się na drugim piętrze. Do apartamentu wchodzi się po drewnianych schodach. Apartament i korytarz do apartamentu świeżo odnowiony.
• Kampanart (4/5): This is one of the worst for me. - Location is excellent. I was there for work at the University of Graz so the location was very convenient—just 5 minutes of walking there. There was a bus stop in front of the building and a 3-min walk to a tram stop so it was easy to get around the city. The apartment was very spacious and I think it's ideal for 4-5 people. I'm sorry, but I really had so many complaints about this property, and since I messaged the owner via almost every possible platform and got no response, I will briefly put it here. First of all, I don't think the dishwasher is working, and it was full of dirty dishes when I got there (I assumed they were from the previous guests). We had to hand-clean some of them just to be able to use them while we stayed. Then, the shower gel/shampoo bottle was empty so we needed to buy it ourselves. One of the blankets had a ciggarette hole and they didn't change it. The main lightbulb in the smaller bedroom was not working. I also found pieces of glass underneath the sofa and within the dishwasher. Last but not least, they only gave me one toilet paper roll for the entire five-day stay. We sent all these issues to the host and Booking.com platform during our stay, but received no response. Overall, the host's lack of concern left me feeling deeply disappointed.
