• Prasad (3/5): Stay was totally unpleasant - Have to hope on multiples to collect the keys and acceas card Bedroom mattress, its was really pathetic and still my back is aching. And there is no proper insulation, whole night the sound of vehicles was comming loud and my kids use to get scared and get up

• Eliora (2/5): Noisy Stay Despite Nice-Smelling Apartment - The smell and clean apartment. The constant traffic noise was unbearable. The unit is located near a traffic light intersection, and the sound of motorbikes and cars, some seemingly racing, went on throughout the night until around 4am. The noise from the exhausts was extremely loud and made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. I seriously regretted not reading through all the reviews carefully before booking. While many mentioned that the apartment smells nice — which is true — Unfortunately, this was the worst stay I’ve had in JB so far.

• Hadzim (6/5): Okay place to stay, but too noisy and smelly. Better stay in another place with the price. - - The location is good. Plenty of restaurants and mini marts nearby. - Parking is available - A lot of TV channel - The washing machine is great - The room is smelly. We stayed for 4 nights with smell of sewerage from the floor trap the whole stay. Even though the host have tried to send cleaner and put more air freshener, the place still stinks. - It's too noisy, I couldn't sleep. The room is facing the main road and at level 2. We could hear everything loud from ambulance and police sirens to illegal racing at 2AM.

Its locatoon is near eateries where I can get food easily. I also like that there are many marts and I can get to buy my groceries.

• Yaacob (10/5): Excellent apartment! - Incredibly fully equipped apartment, super clean n beautifully designed apartment . Owner paid attention to details eg humidifier with a few bottles of essential oil, peach smell apartment welcome yr scent as you open the main door, boxes of tissues everywhere, vacuumed carpets, mirror, double layer curtains, comfortable n clean beddings, toiletries, bedside tables w night lamps, uniform crockeries, detergent, microwave oven, clean, white n fragrant towels. Cant ask for more! Really impressive! Good work owner! Keep it up! Nothing! This is the best apartment that I’ve ever stayed in JB! I wish that all the apartments in JB have this standard.

• Nor (8/5): I love it. My husband and son love it! So cosy too! - Very clean! Once enter smell of peach scent so nice! Toilet is clean and there is washer so u can wash your clothes but no dryer. Location is good 👍🏻 Downstairs have 24hours mamak shop if u hungry. Neighbour beside knock on the wall so loud at 3+ am!! Probably cause our tv can be heard? So we have to lower it super low. And the tv is small but okay la. The aircon in the room i think need servicing cause it doesn’t cool the room fast. Probably due to the hot weather recently? But its fine after several hours BUT hope u can service it❤️

• Rachael (8/5): Close to the beach and many restaurants - Very convenient location, just across the road from Danga Bay Beach and a short grab ride to other places of interest in JB. The apartment was clean and tidy, and well equipped which we appreciated. The owner replied to any communications quickly and we had no issues collecting the apartment keys from a nearby restaurant. The apartment had a good view from its position on the 12th floor, however, we found it to be quite noisy. It overlooks a busy intersection and at the time we stayed there was also construction going on across the road. It may pay to pack ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

• Carmen (9/5): Great and Pleasurable Stay - I really love how cozy and homey the place was! The host really did put in effort to decorate the house, it was clean and comfortable. The host was also quick to respond and refund of deposit was also prompt. Great work! Not sure if the wifi was down or there was some issue with the tv, couldn't stream movies at all on our 2nd day, and the chairs by the dining table were abit flimsy. Also tried to iron my clothes there which the host did provide along with an iron board but it was too light and my clothes weren't properly ironed out. 😅 Other than these minor problems all good and I've thoroughly enjoyed the stay with my family!

• .superstar. (6/5): Ok for 2 nights - Location is near to many food stalls & 24hr mart. Bed is comfy. Toilet slippers provided (appreciate it!) There were tiny cockroaches underneath the fridge. The sewer smell in toilet cos the washing machine output hole wasn't covered in the drainage pipe. When checking in, u have to go allll the way to Lift Lobby 1C (right in the end).

• Amanina (8/5): Excellent - There is supermarket and shopping mall around in case you need to buy something. The homeowner is bery helpful from check in to check out process. They even provide video on how to check in smoothly. All the basic amenities included with cooking appliances. Basically, what is advertised. Lack of parking spot especially during weekend. You can have visitor parking access with price RM 20/night. If a family come with more than 3 cars quite expensive.

• Aliah (10/5): I love staying here as the place is amazing; nice view, complete stay. - The place smells so good and comfortable too. The staff incharge is also nice and give clear instructions. It gives a good view of the streets. Also, if you cross the street, you would find yourself heading to the Marine Beach Bar. None, just a tad matter that I have to take my access card at the restaurant that seems weird for me. But, it’s bearable.
