• Basma (8/5): Appartement moderne au coeur de Rome - Très bien placé, facilement accessible en transport en commun, très beau quartier, utilités à proximité, très beau building, moderne. L'appartement est très propre et très agréable. Manque d'équipements.
• pierluigi (6/5): - Posizione ottima Piccola per 4 persone e non troppo funzionale. L'appartamento era totalmente domotizzato quindi un po complicato, dall'ingresso nell appartamento, alla gestione del riscaldamento.

• Andreja (9/5): - Apartma je imel vse, kar potrebuješ, najbolj pa nam je bila všeč terasa, ki je tudi bila super opremljena in je zaradi zasaditve rastlin nudila odlično zasebnost. Miren predel mesta. Imeli smo nekaj začetnih težav z odklepanjem/zaklepanjem vrat, a ko osvojiš sistem, je vse lažje. V navodila bi lahko morda dodali, da se vhodna vrata stavbe od znotraj odklepajo s preprostim stikalom, ki je na steni pri vhodu (kot za luč). Drugače pa je bilo vse OK.

We really enjoyed our stay 😊 Locking system is a bit complicated, it took us 15 min to manage to unlock the door for the first time - also it doesn’t help that there is no reception on the phone (and you need internet to unlock it).
• Erik (10/5): Exceptional - The location is great. The underground station and Annibaliano parking just a few steps away. Both the building and the apartment are modern and spotless. A quite nice loggia as well.

• Valer (10/5): And yet Rome is ROME! - Modern apartment, very well equipped, close to the metro (approx. 60-80 m). The bonus was the very generous terrace where you can serve your morning coffee.Careful! Access codes in the building and in the apartment should be memorized, saved on the phone or written down on paper before entering the building. There is no internet signal in the lobby of the building! Since the Jubilee takes place in 2025, there is a lot of work on the subway (line A) and restorations at several points of interest. Local transport suffers during this period and there are many delays both in the metro and in surface transport. If you are making organized trips around Rome or further afield, it is good to plan your departures earlier than usual.
• Victor (9/5): Superb - The apartment is in excellent condition. All household appliances are in working condition. All necessary tableware is available. The location is excellent. There is a metro and several supermarkets nearby. In the instructions for check in, opening the entrance lock of the door to the apartment was supposed to be done only via the Internet. But the mobile internet inside the building is very bad and the web application did not work. I had to call the owner and ask him to send me the code for the lock. Therefore, I would like the owner to indicate the code for the lock in the instructions, because there may be problems with the Internet.
• Iva (10/5): Everything was fine! - The apartment is exactly as it is in the pictures, with a very nice terrace. It is close to a bus that can take you to some of the sights, and the metro station is also very close and a few stops to the Coliseum. There are restaurants and a grocery store in the area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, there were no side noises to disturb our afternoon rest. Great apartment, we would happily stay there again. -
