• Parveen (2/5): - We checked in on the 9th, and as soon as we arrived, there were several issues. The coffee machine was not working properly, there was a bed issue in one of the rooms, and there was no hot water until the 10th. We made a complaint, and after that, your team agreed to provide us with a 30% discount if the issues were resolved by 11 May. However, we clearly mentioned that if the problems were still not resolved by 11 May, then a 60% discount should be provided. Your team said they would check everything at the time of check-out and confirm the final decision. Now I am following up since morning and have already sent two messages, but I am not getting any reply. This is the actual feedback regarding our stay. After checkout they are not giving response
• Kroon (7/5): Mixed Feelings - 1e huisje modern, 3 aparte slaapkamers. veel extra dekens 2e huisje, meer beenruimte bij de tafel, zonlicht, veel ramen. 1e huisje, ratten om huis heen, geen zonlicht. piepklein raam, zaten in een kelder, geen warm water, bed doorgezakt. 2e huis, 2 kamer maar geen privacy, geen aparte slaapkamers, armoedige uitstraling, vlekkerige vloerbedekking, gedateerde keuken, bed, geen oven.
• Isabelle (7/5): - Very close to U-bahn station and grocery stores (3 min walk). 3 bedrooms and sofa bed, 2 bathrooms. So sufficient for 6 ppl. The apartment was comfortable, not too noisy whilst we were there. It was easy to get in with the information provided. We found a parking garage nearby. The street is unfortunately dirty with a lot of graffiti, which made us feel a little uneasy at first but it was safe. A few more basics would be useful in the kitchen, such as oven mitts, corkscrew, broom and wooden spoon. I suggest you update the videos as some of the setup was different than what is shown (code for second door is no longer there and key & keybox code needed to access the refuse area)

• Rocío Roche (9/5): Cómodo y completo apartamento en Neukölln - Apartamento silencioso con entrada independiente. La calefacción la puedes regular en cada estancia, y las duchas funcionan muy bien. Buen detalle la cafetera automática y un par de pastillas de lavavajillas. En nuestro caso intentaron que pagáramos antes de lo acordado, no lo hicimos y no cancelaron la reserva ni pasó nada. Fíjate bien en las condiciones contratadas.

• Gina (9/5): - Die Wohnung hat drei einzelne Schlafzimmer, was für uns mit kleinen Kindern perfekt war. Wirklich groß und für die Lage in der Stadt extrem leise. Wir würden immer wieder kommen. Ein Bett hat ziemlich geqietscht und die Türen lassen sich nur sehr schwer schließen. Aber nichts weltbewegendes.
• Jessika (1/5): Wir waren froh, als wir wieder anreisen könnten. - Industrial Style ist nett. Die beiden Bäder sind gut und sauber. Wir haben das Problem mit Spülmaschine und Kaffeemaschine telefonisch angesprochen. Die Dame war nett. Wir sind mit dem Türcode ins Haus reingekommen und hätten so auch in die Wohnung gekonnt. Uns wurde aber via Mail zuvor mitgeteilt, dass wir nur in die Wohnung kämen, wenn wir eine zusätzliche Kaution von € 150,00 hinterlegen würden. Es gab keine Möglichkeit, jemanden persönlich zu treffen und das Geld z.B. als Depot zu hinterlegen und wieder abzuholen. Wir mussten es überweisen. Das haben wir gemacht um dann festzustellen, dass das gar nicht erforderlich gewesen wäre. Wir kamen mit dem Türcode bis in die Wohnung und nicht nur durch die Eingangstür. Das Geld haben wir trotz Mahnen noch immer nicht zurück überwiesen bekommen. Die Spülmaschine war nicht in Ordnung. Es befanden sich außerdem vergammelte Essensreste in der Maschine. Die Kaffeemaschine war nicht gereinigt und nicht in Ordnung. Es gibt nur Fenster zum Hof. es ziehen eklige Essendämpfe in die Wohnung. Man läßt die Fenster also freiwillig zu. Die Zimmer sind mit den Doppelbetten so eng, dass man sich kaum darin drehen kann. Ablagemöglichkeiten für die Kleidung gibt es nicht. Keine Schränke. Es gibt zusätzliche Kissen aber keine Bezüge dafür.

• Garry (9/5): Good value for money, ideal if you’re - Good value for money accommodation. Three double rooms, albeit two are a little tight. Two separate bathrooms with two showers comes in handy when using three bedrooms. Only a short walk to the U-Bahn (turn right out of the accommodation, and right again through the passageway). There’s an Aldi about 5 mins walk away if you need provisions. It’s not the most characterful place, but that didn’t bother us as we hardly spend any time in our accommodation when we’re away.
