The rooms shown on booking.com are only partially the rooms you get. And then you get the not so nice rooms of the ones shown. The nicer ones are in fact another apartment that seems not to be for rent. There were no bedlinnens for all guests, not enough towels, no toilet paper, etc. Stains on wall.

Anne (8/5): Clean and tidy unit, next to KLCC - Unit was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Location was the best, next to KLCC and all the city centre excitement. Check in instructions were not clear, we were told to call a person for check in but he didn't answer his phone. The security station was very helpful in the end. The aircon in the unit was not cold, it could not be adjusted and was 25c the whole night.

Margaret (1/5): Didn’t stay…..Horrible experience! - Here’s a more direct version of the review: Miss Sarah, I hope you’re aware that we didn’t even stay at the apartment. The experience was awful. The place was nothing like the photos, and we felt completely misled. We’ve been happy with apartments we’ve booked in the past, but this one was a total disaster. We were so upset that didn’t take some photo. Even though it was late at night, we chose to leave because staying wasn’t an option. This was a complete waste of our time and money. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Gary (10/5): Excellent location. Spacious, clean apartment - This is a really lovely apartment set in a top Kuala Lumpur location. I would highly recommend it. It is minutes by foot to Petronas and next door to the Intercontinental. Spacious, clean apartments with a great pool and a gym on site. The cafe downstairs sells lovely food and has great staff. Loved my stay here. A/C unit next to the bathroom is a bit noisy at night. That's all. Can't fault anything else and all. Perhaps the AC unit needs to be tweaked so it's not so noisy.

Ian (4/5): A Big Disappointment - Good location, close to Petronas Towers Check in was complicated, with having to contact someone not even on site and then having to wait for an hour, for them to respond. The apartment wasn't clean and very run down.

Raymond (8/5): Otherwise, quite a wonderful home stay experience for our family. - Fairly well furnished. I recall the place having no microwave and dish drying tray. Tidy and clean. We are a small family but the property accommodates a huge family. WhatsApp is needed for contact to initiate checkin. check-in procedure need to engage a caretaker, which in all contact instances seem to be always busy. We were, in the end, instead referred to the front desk security for check-in. By the way, they performed also the checkout by refunding the cash deposit. Yes, deposit payment is required up-front, if not done via digital means. Locals with Malaysian banking account can pay digitally. Credit cards are not accepted. International visitors might be able to use WISE transfer, but guess what complications the refund would just involve.

Property itself has coffee shop and convenience store as well. there is no microwave in the property, although it is stated in the list of equipment.
Nurtaç (4/5): Disappointing - Location was very good. Centrally located, 5 minutes walking distance from Petronas tower. The building was very clean. I DO NOT RECOMMEND There were broken items in apartment. They gave a dark apartment, don't be fooled by the photos, they have posted beautiful photos of all their flats on their website. The internet did not work in the first apartment I stayed in, the hair dryer was broken. The bidet pipe was cracked. Even though I said it the night I came, it was not taken care of until the evening of the next day. When I said that I was not satisfied with this situation and that this was not the service I purchased, the technician came within 5 minutes. When the host suggested a flat change, I immediately accepted. I moved to the other flat. There, the lid of the washing machine got stuck, the technician couldn't come on the weekend. My clothes were left in the wet machine for 2 days. Soho house quality was lacking. I stayed house in Istanbul, Rome, Milan and Amsterdam etc. I have also stayed in different condo apartments. This place was way below my expectations. Price and service quality performance was quite low.
Abby (10/5): Great value for money - The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Nice view of KLCC park. The fountain is also visible from the master bedroom window. Strategic location. Five minutes walk to Ampang Park LRT and MRT station. Zus coffee and MyNews shop are available at the lobby. It would be great if the host can provide basic toiletries such as body wash and hair shampoo. The flat screen TV also needs to be replaced with smart tv. Microwave oven also can be added for guests convenience.
Tiffany (4/5): Good for convenience but you get what you pay for - The location, the views of KLCC park and the nightly water fountain display. Friendly staff down the bottom and use of pool. As mentioned in previous posts, there were white ants but the biggest issue was the shower in the main bedroom. After showering 3 kids and one adult the water started flowing through the electrical sockets and flooding the main bedroom on the other side of the wall. We stopped using that shower after that. The host asked for pictures of the water flowing through however I declined for obvious reasons and provided the picture of the large water stain below. This is probably why the carpets used to smell. No carpets anymore so the host is obviously willing to listen and improve however the shower issue was probably the cause in the first place.

Khoo (6/5): You get what you paid for. - it was affordable and the location was good. Check in and out process was fairly easy. There is a cafe and a convenience store downstairs. Pool was clean. There were ants everywhere and you are only given one access card and key. So if you’re going with a big group of people, it would be tough to go in and out at different times. There were no pots and pans though a stove top was available. no microwave either so a bit hard if you have food. One bathroom had issues of overflowing to the door outside and one bathroom had issues were the wall (behind the shower) was wet. poor plumbing perhaps.
Ros (8/5): Very good - Location is superb closed to Persiaran KLCC MRT station and Ampang Park LRT station. Besides there is also food truck nearby for breakfast and lunch. Need to pay for the parking as this unit did not come with free parking.
