Vincent (1/5): This place is a filthy scam—run-down, loud all night, a disgusting hot tub, and they’ll try to rob you with a $1,000 dep - An absolute scam. The place was filthy, rundown, and nothing like the photos. The hot tub was disgusting—murky, unclean, and completely unusable. People blasted music all night, and the walls were so thin I could hear everything. On top of that, they constantly harass you for a $1,000 deposit for damages, which is absurd considering even luxury hotels don’t charge that much for their best rooms. And the worst part? The property is already falling apart, so they’ll probably try to pin existing damages on you just to keep your money. Stay far, far away from this nightmare This place is a complete scam and an absolute disgrace. Filthy, rundown, and nothing like the fake photos they advertise. The hot tub was a disgusting cesspool of who-knows-what, completely unusable. People blasted music all night, and the walls were so thin it felt like I was sleeping in a nightclub. The worst part? They harass you nonstop for a $1,000 ‘damage deposit’, which is beyond insane considering even five-star hotels don’t charge that much. And guess what? The place is already trashed, so they’ll probably try to blame you for the existing damage just to steal your money. Avoid this dump like the plague
Diamond (7/5): DONT DO IT! - The lay out or the home It was dirty. Someone else’s hair in multiple beds! Food spilled on the floors! Bathrooms dirty as well! The host was EXTREMELY RUDE!! And unhelpful. Also! There is NO WHERE it states the will be a deposit of $700 before they can check you in. IF THE DEPOSIT IS NOT SENT! You get no refund and THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND CANCEL YOUR STATE! The host harassed me contacting me over 15 times within 10 mins to pay the deposit but refused to help me due to him not sending the info and to check in. Also the location sucked! This place if far from the main scenes and in the hood!!!

Venebel (6/5): Pleasant - Spacious, very clean, excellent bedding. We had to pay a deposit of 700USD on a Ukrainian site, giving all our credit card details! The owner took the opportunity to charge us 150USD for a siphon damaged by chicken soup!!! Unpleasant neighborhood....

Shereen (5/5): Avoid as difficult to Recover Deposit - Neat, spacious, facilities, secure garage, driveable to major attractions Being accused of damaging the property and charging $600 from my deposit for owners wear and tear responsibility, currently in dispute. Property is not worth the stress. Spoilt my holiday. Better off at a hotel.
Daniel (10/5): Amazing experience ABSOLUTELY worth the money! - The location is amazing. The facilities inside are all clean and working. You got midsize bedrooms and plenty of space in the living room. The kitchen is also big enough for a group of 8 people. The garage is alright despite what the reviews say. You can fit 2 cars in with absolutely no problem. The jacuzzi and terrace are there, even though a little tight and "far" from the house (you'll have to pass near another house where other people stay). Don't get confused tho, by far I mean 20m from the exit from the house. Still have to get my deposit back (will update this review when I do). Overall a wonderful experience. Would DEFINITELY recommend! A separate thank you for Mr Welcome for him being open and answering anytime. Solved all the procedural issue that arose! The forks, glasses and cutlery had some stains (maybe wash them better next time). But this is a minor thing compared to how splendid the rest is!
Yaniv (9/5): Superb - I like the place overall. It is very comfortable that we have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. I don't like that. I got only 3 blankets for 5 people. And I was asked to pay if I want to get a blanket.
Elaine (6/5): clean - We were asked to wash all the towels before leaving, which we did. I've never been asked to do this before, so I thought it was weird, haha, but totally acceptable. The bedroom door on the second floor wouldn't close, the bathroom on the second floor leaked very slowly and was clogged, and there were 3 rooms on the third floor, so it's estimated that few people use the bathroom and bedroom on the second floor. The kitchen was well stocked, with lots of pots and pans, but the spatulas and spoons were very soft and hard to use, but they were cheap and we could buy our own. Everything else was fine. The house was big and beautiful. If the landlord could fix the bedroom door on the second floor and the clogged bathroom, we would be very willing to stay here again. till 3days later still didn’t get our security deposit back bedroom on the 2nd floor can’t close ,and shower drain clogged

Sarah (9/5): Great property, modern features, proactive host. - Good central location (5344 Carlin Street), close to amenities and also only a short drive to the beaches, central LA and LAX (airport). Check our Miz La La, only a 5 minute walk, food was really very good - you can dine in the covered garden or opt for a takeaway. Communication with Mr Welcome (host) was very good, very proactive host, thank you! Access to the property was via a keypad so easy access. The property was very modern and comfortable with well equipped kitchen - cooker, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Washing machine and tumble dryer were provided. Bedrooms were large, modern, clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and well equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and hair dryer. Outside was a shared garden area with ample seating, BBQ, patio heaters and hot tub. We didn't realise this area was shared before arrival and was concerned that we would have to share the hot tub, etc, however, on both occasions that we wanted to use, there were no other guests in the area. The instructions provided by the host were thorough and helpful in using the hot tub, BBQ and patio heaters. All round a really great stay and somewhere I would rebook in the future. -Dogs barking from neighbouring properties - obviously this couldn't be helped by the host and it didn't disturb our stay / sleep. -Single garage was large but access to it quite tight; we travelled in a 7 seater Chrysler Pacifica and did manage to navigate to the garage and squeeze (albeit tightly) into the garage. Any car that is wider than this make/model would really struggle or would be unable to fit in.

Ladislav (1/5): Bad - The owner, controlling us thru camera. Threatening with fees for everything. We have paid 700USD for deposit and they returned us only 25USD. We had to "fight" with them about returning the deposit. They accused us for damaging the rail (it was already damaged) and for not telling them, that we have service animal! Service animal! Not recommend. Owner is foreign (Ukraine) trying to scam people (my opinion)

Andres (9/5): Superb - Good location, not far (by the car) from the LA Downtown. Silent district. 3 bedrooms each with it's own bathroom made it very comfortable for family with 4 members. There is hard to immagine, what might be better or improved more. From options we used only Jacuzzy - it was kept always warm and "ready to go". We did not use grill, but probably also easy to handle. The garage door dimensions are a bit challenging, but for skilled drivers would be no probleem😏
Linh (9/5): Comfy stay with garage in a convenient location - The house is clean and comfy. I love the fact that they have bathrooms for each bedroom and technically 1 TV for each room (downstair room dan use living room TV). The living room setting worked for our group of 4 but might be an issue for bigger group since dining table or counter can only accommodate 4. Very nice to have a dedicated parking. Location is pretty convenient to drive around. The garage was pretty narrow for our full size SUV. The yard is also small for big cars to maneuver to reverse into garage. People park along both sizes of the street, making it a little trigger to get in and out, especially when you reverse out. I dont think it would not a problem for a sedan or compact SUV.
