• Silvia (9/5): Camera stupenda - Gli ospiti disponibilissimi gentili educati sempre reperibili attenti ai dettagli. La camera grande luminosa spaziosa arredata benissimo . Il bagno pulitissimo e funzionante, la cucina attrezzata con frutta e caffè sempre a disposizione Il 4 piano senza ascensore, la finestra che non si poteva oscurare, il materasso un po' troppo morbido anche se nuovo e comodo, la posizione ben collegata ma un po' distante dal centro

• Péter Dániel (9/5): - A tulajdonosok kedvesek, barátságosak, olyan vendéglátók, akik foglalkoznak az utazók igényeivel. Otthon éreztük magunkat, teljes kényelemben. A közelben autópálya, bevásárlási lehetőség van, előnye az ingyenes parkolás és a csendes környezet. Tökéletes választás volt. A negyedik emelet kisebb kihívás, ha valakinek sok csomagja van.
• Alexandra (8/5): Wenn ein neues Bett gekauft wird, auch gerne 1.80 m, kommen wir wieder. - Das Zimmer liegt sehr zentral in unmittelbarere Nähe zu Bus und Bahn. Schönes Zimmer und sehr netter Vermieter. Das Bett war nicht gut, es hat gewackelt und gequietscht. Da sollte mal ein neues Bett angeschafft werden. 4 Stockwerke zum laufen, ist machbar. Leider war keine Verdunklung für die Fenster vorhanden. Wir haben dass Fenster zum schlafengehen schließen müssen, da es doch etwas laut war, ist zwar nachts 30‘ Zone aber man hört die Straße schon.

• Lee (1/5): Host cancelled charged us - Avoid!!! Host not contactable. We were ment to meet the host for check-in and didn't show up. We were stranded all night at Berlin hbf station.

• Antje (9/5): Alles prima! - Sehr nette Gastgeberin, unkomplizierte Kommunikation und Einlass über Schlüsselkasten. Ein Vorhang zur Verdunklung des Raumes wäre schön gewesen.

• Ruben (10/5): Great stay with a great host - Incredible hospitality from the host. This room is situated in the relatively calm area of Tegel, a few kilometers above the inner city of Berlin. The accomodation was clean and well maintained, and offered a wide arrange of possibilities when it comes to staying in Berlin.
• Nini (10/5): - Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und sauber und das Bett war bequem. Es gibt Supermärkte und Restaurants ganz in der Nähe. Man ist gut angebunden mit Bussen und Bahn. Ich empfehle 100% weiter! Vielen Dank für alles!

• David (9/5): Clean and Welcoming Apartment Stay - The room in the apartment was clean and beautiful, contributing to a positive experience. The host was attentive right from the start, even offering assistance with the cancellation of the room when I thought it necessary. The bathroom lacked a shower curtain, and the fixture holding the showerhead was broken, making it somewhat uncomfortable to shower.

• Hein (8/5): Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Preis/Leistung top! - Der Host und seine Frau waren beide super freundlich und bei Fragen immer hilfsbereit. Außerdem waren sie super leise. Ich war die meiste Zeit zwar nur morgens und abends da, habe aber nix von Ihnen mitbekommen. Das Bett war bequem, die S-Bahn Station Tegel ist in 5 min erreicht und in 25 min ist man schon sehr zentral an der Friedrichstraße. Außerdem gibt es ganz viele Geschäfte, Bäckereien und Supermärkte direkt vor der Tür. Mein kleiner Hund war auch mit dabei. Er wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und liebevoll behandelt. Ich bin alles in allem sehr zufrieden und würde wieder dort übernachten. Dadurch dass es eine Altbauwohnung ist, hat man die Geräusche von der Hauptstraße doch recht deutlich gehört. Wer da empfindlich ist, ist hiermit vorgewarnt :)

• Kristina (7/5): Friendly, great communication - Very friendly owner. Fast communication. It is possible to use kitchen. Free parking. Shower has no curtains, so it is complicated to take a shower. Could be much cleaner everywhere.

• Irene (1/5): Katastrophal. - Der Preis war konkurrenzlos billig, aber inzwischen weiß ich auch, warum. Das Treppenhaus war verdreckt und verstaubt. Vor allem aber hat das Schloß im 4. Stock nicht funktioniert. Wir konnten nicht in die Unterkunft. Wir mußten uns ein anderes Hotel suchen, weil wir abends Termine hatten. Der Vermieter hat die entstandenen Kosten nicht erstattet.

• Yoonseo (10/5): Charming and stylish place! - Stylish and well kept apartment unit! The place was incredibly tidy and comfortable, and the host Ron was very hospitable. The window view in the bedroom is also very charming:) Not super central but that being said, it is a very quick walk to the train station and then a 20-30min ride on the S Bahn to the centre of Berlin. Also just a p.s. the property is up 4 flights of stairs - not recommended for people with mobility issues or very heavy suitcases!!!

• Grit (10/5): Rundum wohlgefühlt, ruhige Lage, sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Gerne wieder :) - Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet, genau richtig für eine Person. Eine angenehme Atmosphäre und ruhige Lage! Die freundliche Aufnahme und Hilfsbereitschaft des Gastgebers hat mir besonders gut gefallen.

• Neil (8/5): Nice apartment in Berlin Tegel - Very fresh, modern apartment close to Alt-Tegel U-bahn station. Nice, helpful host and facilities like kitchen, washing machine etc. available. Good WiFi and television services. Only downside was the stairs. Fourth floor, no lift, so 93 steps from the street to the flat!
