1. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., check-out is at 11:00 a.m. at the latest.
Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible by arrangement, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning will be liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
2. Guests are not allowed to make reservations within their place of residence. Please contact us if you would like to book in your own place of residence.
3. Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not permitted, not even on balconies or in common areas (e.g. hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the cost of one
Special cleaning and damage repairs are required.
4. Bicycles may not be parked in the hallway or in the garden/yard. Please use the private lockable cellar for this.
5. Use of the garden/yard is not permitted as this is the tenants' private relaxation area.
6. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
7. Guests whose number exceeds that specified in the reservation are not allowed. We charge €30 per night of reservation for each unauthorized guest.
8. Animals are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are asked to contact us prior to their stay.
9. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing any lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking permits.
10. Noise level measurement systems may be installed in homes to monitor excessive noise levels.
11. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service team.
12. Please note that a valid photo from an ID with the name on the booking is required before check-in. (frontside and backside)This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

- Regina (10/5): Die Wohnung eignet sich gut für einen längeren Aufenthalt. - Der Stellplatz war gut zu erreichen und ist wirklich luxuriös in einer Innenstadt, wenn alle Anwohner am Wochenende dort parken. Die Wohnlage war ruhig und angenehm. Die Ausstattung mit echten Grünpflanzen war sehr wohnlich.

- Renata (9/5): - Mieszkanie w kamienicy, położenie dogodne. Czysto i funkcjonalnie Problemem może być parkowanie. Miejsca przy budynku zajęte. Zgodnie z przekazanymi informacjami powinniśmy mieć miejsce na parkingu w pobliżu. Niestety karta parkingowa ważna była do końca ubiegłego roku!

- Sybille (9/5): Schönes Freundinnen Wochenende - Wir sind Wiederholungstäter, wir fühlen uns immer sehr wohl. Da es sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist, sauber und sehr ruhig. Empfinden es auch sehr zentral zur Innenstadt. Es gibt nix zu meckern.

- Katrin (8/5): Hübsche FeWo - - die FeWo ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet - kontaktloser Check-in mit Zahlencode hat problemlos funktioniert - das Schlafzimmer hat Verdunklungsvorhänge Wir hatten den Privatparkplatz dazu gebucht. Allerdings war der Parkausweis nicht an der Stelle hinterlegt, die uns dafür angegeben worden ist, so dass wir den Parkplatz nicht nutzen konnten. Auf unsere diesbezügliche Nachricht an die Vermieterin erhielten wir keine Antwort.
