• Hankin (3/5): It was ok - The view and location There was a problem with the main tv- couldn’t get normal tv, had to turn it off at the power to get sound to work. TV in main bedroom can’t get reception for normal tv One tea towel for a week isn’t enough For two days the smell of paint and turpentine smelt out the apartment. The vending machine in the foyer doesn’t work
• Lachlan (10/5): Great value for money and awesome views. Appartment was very spacious. - Great value for money with exceptional views from the upper levels of the appartments. Rooms were spacious, tidy and facilities were amazing.
• Stewart (9/5): - Very close to Cavill street and all main surfers attractions. The view over the river was amazing. Our adult daughters did not appreciate that we booked an apartment with one bathroom :) The contactless system may not suit everyone as there is not a staff member in sight. That being said, when we lost our room key the issue was quickly resolved

• Chen (9/5): We had a wonderful weekend and the apartment was terrific! - Great location, very close to everything. Easy walking distance to the beach and Q1 building. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable, with the spa bath and outstanding views being highlights. (These are not complaints, I hope it will be helpful feedback!) Some dishcloths would have been handy, since there was only a small sponge to wash up with. It took us a while to work out how the ceiling fans worked - maybe we missed a guide somewhere - we couldn't get the back bedroom fan working at all. I would recommend replacing the batteries in the TV and fan remotes as they seemed low on charge. The table on the balcony is very wobbly. The bathroom door in the master bedroom is sticky and the lock on it didn't seem to work.

• Jt (6/5): Pricey/Good Location/bad 2nd bedroom - It was very close to the main street and beach It is more a 1 bed room and office not 2 bedroom and you can hear everything in the 2nd bedroom when someone is on the toilet and the shower is very loud. Fan didn't work so spare room was extremely hot
• Rajesh (10/5): Amazing location with beautiful views - The location was brilliant in Surfers Paradise. I got a high floor and the views of the Nerang river were amazing, there is a small angle of view for the ocean as well. The property is self contained with all amenities required for a small family of 2 to 4 people to live in. The Kitchen was neat and tidy, the washing machine and dryer were very useful during our stay of 9 days. It's a self contained apartment, nothing much to complain of, but for such a long stay, at least once if it was cleaned up, it would have been helpful.

Loved it! - It was exactly as advertised Clean Amazing location Pool/spa was lovely & clean Kitchen was full of everything we needed Beds were comfortable- main room bed was huge Lots of pillows / blankets Smart tv The shower smelt a little mouldy & lets out a lot of water no matter how you place the shower door. We ended up using a full towel as a bath mat & limited showers to 5 mins max to stop the bathroom floor becoming flooded

• Cassy (10/5): Absolutely unreal - Location was unreal! Thankyou for the chocolates, water and biscuits. Balcony views unreal. Super comfy bed and lounge. The shower and bath are absolutely amazing. A bit confusing on where to pick up keys from. Tv unit was dusty. Both tvs in bedrooms couldn’t get YouTube or normal tv. The TV in loungeroom kept loosing internet connection. When air con is there’s a massive thumping sound in bedroom where 2 singles are. I had to phone wow stay a couple of times to tell them about the washing machine leaking onto carpet. Maybe you need to purchase a new washing basket as that one is broken. Not enough sharp knives in kitchen draw. There was only 1 in draw. Is there any discounts for us to return in the new future ?

• Kaylee (10/5): Can we go back again?! - Such a great apartment. Beautiful views from the deck and master bedroom. Comfy couch which was big enough for us all to stretch out on. Loved all the wee touches including a packet of biscuits, water, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tabs. Great amenities including gym, sauna, pool and spa. The washing machine lid doesn’t stay up because the gap is too small between it and the dryer, which is annoying when loading up. Fan light switch is in the second room which we didn’t find until nearly the end of the trip. It could do with some info around this. It was slightly annoying making beds in the second room, due to lack of space.

We didn't like the location of the toilet if someone opened the door your legs would be squashed,had to be super careful with a child. Some staples such as a knife, salt and pepper would have been nice if it was provided as well.

• Monica (9/5): Superb - The apartment is situated in the prime position in surfer paradise, opposite of the Cavill shopping centre where restaurants /Woolworths are. The unit itself is very comfortable and the view is amazing. We love it has got a washing machine and dryer so we can do a bit of laundry there. The staff give out detailed instruction/sms and make everything easy. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you! The unit has got kitchen and has basic kitchen stuff except for cutting knives. Need to buy oil, pepper and salt if you plan to cook
