• Amal (1/5): À fuir Logement sale, froid, bruyant et mal situé, avec un propriétaire non réactif ; lisez les commentaires avant de ré - Rien Le logement est très éloigné du centre et situé dans un quartier bruyant et peu rassurant. Juste à côté de l’entrée, un bar attire des groupes de personnes qui font beaucoup de bruit et dont le comportement est intimidant. La propreté était inacceptable : sol très sale, notamment sous les lits avec beaucoup de saletés, miroirs sales, murs en mauvais état nécessitant d’être repeints. Le grille-pain ne fonctionnait pas, j’ai nettoyé le bouilloire avec du vinaigre moi même parce qu’il était très sale. Le logement était très froid, même avec le chauffage allumé. Nous avons signalé au propriétaire une fenêtre cassée dans la chambre principale. Après trois jours d’attente, un technicien est finalement intervenu, mais il a laissé la porte du logement ouverte et n’a pas réparé la fenêtre. À notre retour, nous avons été choqués, d’autant plus que cela pose un réel problème de sécurité. Le propriétaire a ensuite ignoré mes messages, affirmant ne pas les avoir reçus, alors que Booking m’a confirmé à plusieurs reprises qu’ils lui avaient bien été transmis. J’ai contacté Booking à plusieurs reprises pour demander un remboursement ou un changement de logement, sans succès. Un simple geste commercial m’a été accordé, totalement disproportionné par rapport au prix payé et aux désagréments subis. Les chambres donnent directement chez les voisins : il est impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres, sans aucune intimité. Demandé au propriétaire d’envoyer des photos réelles de la vue, ce qui est trompeur.
• maria andrea (5/5): Malisimo - La ubicacion El apartamento es demasiado chico. Tiene escaleras internas para acceder a la cocina y a otra habitación y eso no estaba publicado en las fotos. Además, en el departamento de plata baja había vivian dos mujeres que atendían en ropa interior por turnos como un prostíbulo, entraban y salían personas todo el tiempo generando ruidos por la noche. En la esquina hay un pub que genera ruidos toda la noche. La estadía para dormir fue un infierno ya que una de las habitaciones da a la calle. Y por último, el wifi no funcionó en toda la estadía, generandonos gastos extras
• Lewis (7/5): Comfortable, convenient, and the host was very reaponsive to our queries - Location - close to two stations. Plus lovely bedrooms - well fitted out with fans and plenty of PowerPoints, and lamps, wardrobes etc. Also - plenty of crockery in the kitchen, and a lovely comfy couch. Traffic noise from New Cross Rd, and the really rowdy ‘people noise’ from people standing directly underneath the window of the double bedroom. Particularly loud at about 2am so we had to abandon that room.
• Kar (10/5): Affordable with a great customer care experience. - I like the customer service. Whatever I asked for they provide immediate action. Really appreciate. And you could not find this kind of property with such a low cost. Everything was well organised and I like everything.
• Anita (9/5): Superb - We liked the furnishing and comfort of the apartment, as well as the quick and efficient communication with the owner. The apartment is located in a less central neighborhood, and it wasn't quiet due to street traffic and a nearby club.

• Domen (3/5): Ok, if we don’t mind cleanliness. - Location was ok, reasonably low price Bad communication with owner. No clean sheets and covers for seventh person, who slept on couch. Couch was very dirty if we keep in mind that there were no bed covers. Table in the kitchen was also very dirty
