• PAOLO (9/5): Esperienza positiva. - La posizione è ottima per visitare Napoli. La facilità di arrivare dalla Stazione Termini. La disponibilità di Simone nell'accoglienza e la possibilità che ci ha dato di lasciare i bagagli per il pomeriggio. Forse i rumori provenienti dalla strada sottostante ma la qualità dei serramenti ha isolato in maniera egregia. La doccia aveva lo scarico un pò intasato ma penso si sia trattato di un problema momentaneo sicuramente già risolto.

• Maria G (3/5): - The location is close to the train station and also about 10-15 minutes drive to the airport. To get to the room is difficult, there is 2 set of stairs so if you have large bags is difficult, they have a lift but you have to pay and we tried and we couldn’t figure out how it worked and the owner didn’t mentioned about the lift… he sent a video on how to get in and once we were able to get in he told us the wrong room number, we couldn’t open it and he then via WhatsApp indicated to open a cabinet and get the keys for room 3 (this cabinet is unlocked and has all the keys of the rooms inside) we proceeded to get the keys and when we opened there were stuff of people in there, we proceed obviously to close the door and told him that room was occupied and then he proceeded to redirect us to room 1- that one was opened and they keys were inside the room. After that I felt very unsafe knowing that the keys of my room are right there open to anybody that opens that cabinet. The bed was horrible- it is sinked in the middle… very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this place!!!
• Hasi (7/5): - Ubytování se nachází asi 600 m od hlavního nádraží a od metra. V okolí jsou kavárny, restaurace, obchody. Komunikace s pronajímatelem. Složitější domluva po telefonu, jak se dostat do pokoje. Dále po příjezdu, kdy jsme se chtěli osprchovat tekla ledová voda, ve které se fakt sprchovat nedá. Kde se pouští jsme si museli zjistit sami, protože odpověď na zprávu přišla mnohem později. Ubytování je psané se snídaní, na kterou se chodí do kavárny na poukázky (snídaně obsahuje croissant + jeden nápoj - kávu, čaj nebo juice). Poukázky by mohly být nachystané na pokoji, aby se nemuselo čekat, až je druhý den ráno pronajímatel doveze.

• Sissel (5/5): Excellent location, but the property owner needs a descriptive folder to leave keys, Tax and water heater reset, and how - Location was absolutely fabulous! Less than half a mile walk from the train station and about a 1 mile walk to the old part of town. I felt very safe after we got used to being there. The apartment itself was just one floor up and there is an elevator you can pay for if you need it. The floor of the apartment is easy to clean. The bathroom was newly renovated. The hot water went out. I could not reach the property owner and we ended up having to take freezing cold showers because we had gone on a boat trip and swimming in the ocean that day. Two hours later (after ten pm) the property owner finally contacted me and told me where the water heater button was out in the hallway. The owner could have left a detailed folder in case problems like this happened and prevented us being very upset and comfortable with cold showers. This was my main complaint about the place we stayed otherwise I would’ve given it at least an eight or nine. It turned out that that day something had happened to turn off the water heater. Maybe an electrical issue? At any rate there was no acknowledgment or apology of there being no hot water for us when we needed it. They said oh it does that sometimes. If that happens, they should have a booklet there describing what to do if it happens. The other issue is there are hardly any hooks in the bathroom for towels and no towel racks. So you end up, trying to figure out where to put towels. It would be very simple for them to put plenty of hooks in the bathroom and make it easier for everyone. Also, this is called a bed and breakfast however they give you a coupon and you have to go down the street to a coffee shop to get a cup of coffee and croissant for other bakery. Good. That is your breakfast. The property would be much nicer if it had a coffee maker in the kitchen With ampules or some way to make coffee so you don’t have to go down the street. The other good thing, there was a supermarket very very close by which we used a lot. And also there’s a little refrigerator. And these were all super useful.

• Victoria (10/5): Красивые апартаменты в пеший доступности от вокзала - Отличные апартаменты, удобное расположение, в комнате было чисто, также были чайник и холодильник с обеденным столом, что очень удобно, также хочу отметить что Лука разрешил нам заселиться раньше времени check-in и помог донести чемодан в комнату, поскольку у нас не оказалось 10центовой монеты, чтобы воспользоваться лифтом, что было очень любезно с его стороны, ещё очень понравился завтрак -

• Konstantina (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, close to the central station. The room was super clean and smelled perfect. Too much noise during night, but the host tried to solve it. The breakfast was inadequate.
• Mike (1/5): Bad - Nothing at all Couldn’t get in, no staff on site at all, had to WhatsApp the owner who looks a delight (photo attached). Forced to book another (amazing) hotel on the day to get off the street. Dirty location, didn’t feel safe and were being shouted at by people whilst foraging for food in the bins outside. Despite not being able to get into the property the owner refuses to give a refund. Booking.com are an awful company and couldn’t care less about us. I can only assume the positive reviews have been paid for! Please don’t throw your money away.
• Wolfgang (8/5): TOP stay in Neapel - Simone was very friendly and recommended us some places, such as the pizzeria pelloni! The pizza was simply amazing and the taste was stunning! I have never eaten such a delicious pizza! Simone was also very friendly and always on hand if we had any questions! Room was great and very clean! There is nothing I can tell and pass on here! Maybe the breakfast should be reconsidered!
• María (4/5): An unmanned AirBnb rather than a Bed/Breakfast: better description of the location would have helped expectations. - The amenities appeared very clean and new. I felt extremely comfortable when in the rooms. Staff communicated via WhatsApp but never met up. I didn’t find the location easily. The map directed me to a different location. I only found out at that moment that it was not a hotel, but a unit in a building. No staff on site. Buzzed into an unmarked door on second floor that opened to three doors with room numbers on them. Elevator needed a coin to operate. A nice gentleman gave me a coin since I didn’t have local currency and my family had a lot of luggage. I didn’t like that staff was not on site. All surprises would have been easily resolved with more explanation on booking site. I was not expecting this experience.

• Katarina (7/5): Great room IF you don't mind the sketchy neighbourhood - The room is great - a large comfortable bed, a mini fridge, a big shower, a hair dryer, sheet & towel changes on the third day... The pastry & drink gotten from the breakfast coupons are fine for a smal meal to get you going. The room is really close to the Central station, where you can find trains, buses & the metro to any place of interest in the city (even to Vesuvio). The host was warm and welcoming. The neighbourhood (Vasto). We felt very unsafe at times. Lots of broken glass store fronts, lots of homeless & sketchy looking people. Nearby streets smell of urine and are filled with garbage. Be sure to read up on the neighbourhood before booking. It's a shame that such a nice room is in such a bad neighbourhood of the city. The room could also use a plate, knife, spoon and fork for each guest.
• Ingeborg (8/5): Very good - Nice, clean room, with comfortable bed and a small refridgerator, and a nice bathroom. Very close to the train station, which suited our needs perfectly. The breakfast included was typically Italian, a coffee and a croissant in a local café.
• Shirley (7/5): Clean room and great shower - Clean room and bathroom. The shower is fantastic It located a little bit far from station and sightseeing point, and dirty street.
• Iveta (8/5): Very good - Very nice new apartments, freshly renovated, everything very clean. You will stay close to the train station, which is very good if you want to go for daily trips. There are connections to everywhere. The street of the apartment is also very cute, very italian. The Only thing we regret is breakfast. You will get voucher to nerby cafeteria where you can get your breakfast every morning. You will get nothing more than 1 Coffee + 1 sweet croissant (3€). If you dont like sweet breakfast and if you like bigger breakfast, at least with some drink except Coffee, I wouldnt recommnend you this option.
